Everyone here was so helpful. They explained everything well and they are upfront with their prices. The years of experience really shows in when they fit you for a ball. I have a large hand that happens to be double jointed and playing with the ball I have had in the past has always resulted in pain and discomfort at the end of the night. After I got fitted and bought a ball here the ball now feels like a hot knife going through butter after the release, with no pain after a night of bowling. I recommend anyone that bowls and wants to get a new ball or some grips to stop by and see what these guys have to say.

Ramon in the Pro Shop is very knowledgeable and friendly to new bowlers. Has great deals and can custom drill your ball to your hand. I bought my ball online and then brought it in for him to drill. He custom drilled it and then gave me some tips on how to bowl (free of charge but not an official lesson). Since then Ive purchased another ball from him as he will price match the internet and gives a discount for the drilling if you buy through him. Overall I will return to his shop whenever I have a purchase to make and whenever I need services for my bowling equipment.
