7 a.m. appointment, first in line before the doors were open, and it took 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. No explanation, no apologies dropped off right next to my vehicle so I wouldnt go inside and complain. Was too tired of waiting and too frustrated to go inside and talk to anybody. Probably wouldnt have done any good, a waste of time just like my four hours. And because of the excessive time I lost out on two service calls in my business which is 24 hour electrical emergency business. I paid for the full service warranty, and it cost me a minimum of $400 from the two service calls I missed. I could have went to Econo Lube for $29.95, been in and out in a half hour and then went to my two service calls. Thanks Ken Grody!
