I have never been so impressed with a cheese board in my life. This cute and unpretentious restaurant is a delicious surprise. A six cheese, salami and prosciutto layout included nuts, fruit, crackers. This was so beautiful and delicious. I would definitely go back, just to try more of their amazing cheese selections....oh and the amazing black truffle mustard with s spicy kick. Yum! The staff was also knowledgeable and patient as we made our choices.

Picked up a Trail Blazer cheese platter, Brie Bites, Goat Cheese Bites, and Caprese Bites. Everything was delicious! They were also able to accommodate an earlier pickup time from the original online order ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Presentation was so cute, perfect side dishes to bring to a dinner party. Also ordered a side of bread which was great warmed up for about 5 min in the air fryer. Would definitely recommend. Cant wait to try another cheese platter next time!

Great little cheese shop with helpful mongers available to guide you into a wonderful block of cheese. Small family business feel with great customer service. Could use a bit more extras to go along with the cheeses but overall a great selection of fine cheeses.Stop in and give them a try, I drove 30 minutes to get my selection and it was well worth it.Also, they have sandwiches and other food items available in case you wanted to get a great little lunch on your way through town.

Great place to relax and eat a nice cheese plate. Auntie Heather is knowledgeable and very personable. Great choices for the cheese plate by the monger. If you love cheese, I recommend going to this place. They also have panini sandwiches, the caprese was incredible.I would only make one suggestion and that would be to match the wine a bit better with the plate, some cheeses were good with the wine, others could have used a different choice of wine. Maybe offer smaller wine samples with the plate? Either way, we loved this place and the people that worked here.

What a gem! Its so great to have a cheese monger in town and not only that but a variety of wines and beers to pair with each. Their charcuterie boards are amazing! Its such a friendly place with indoor and outdoor seating and live music as well. Must Go!

$35 for a four cheese board, which was perfect to share with another person. We asked the staff to pick the cheese and were not disappointed. Staff was very friendly! They have live music sometimes so I will be coming back.

Heather and Amy went above and beyond to make sure my event was a success! They were so accommodating and the food/service the day of my daughters’ graduation party was wonderful. My guests went home thrilled with their to-go boxes, too. Thank you so much!

Opening night review! The Fullerton cheese shop is finally open! This place is quaint. Four tables that seat four people each. Four bar stools. Simple decor. They offer cheese, wine, grilled cheese sandwiches, and a whole bunch of other good eats. The staff is all very friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back.

AMAZING new cheese shop!!! You can try anything you want so uiu can make purchases of what you really like .. staff is friendly and knowledgeable... Selection is excellent and changes all the time... The goat and sheep cheese in olive oil is incredible...They have a great cheese plate deal called The Offering... Its 5 cheeses, 3 meats and all the fixings and then 4 glasses of wine for $100! I will be coming back for that!

So happy to come here the meats and cheeses where excellent berries were fresh and delicious. A great place to come enjoy a custom Charcuterie Board. They also have live music in the patio at certain times. Our server Heather B was very helpful in helping in our cheese and meat selections. They also follow all cleanliness requirements and disinfect the seating areas after each customer. My Hubby and me will definitely be returning.

We went here for the first time to celebrate my son’s birthday. It was an awesome menu and the food was the best we have had in a long long time!We decided to come as much as possible!The staff was amazingly nice, professional, and added to the wonderful experience.

Ok, Ive eaten here before and thier grilled cheese is AMAZING....until today, I tried the Honey Berry JamBrie....OMG, this sandwich was like no other sandwich Ive ever had. Creamy, 🧀🧀🧀🧀 and full of flavor !!!! DELICIOUS & my new go to sandwich. You have to try this if ur a cheese lover. Honestly Amy, you out did yourself with this one👏👏👏.

This was our first but definitely not our last visit to Let It Brie. We had two Paninis and the Watermelon Mint Salad. All of it was fresh and delicious! They were cutting the watermelon fresh when we arrived to pick up our phone order. Each panini also came with a small side tomato/olive salad. With garbanzo beans, onions, and a light vinaigrette. Definitely recommend.

Walked past here on a walk with my girlfriend and was surprised to how great this place is. They have a solid selection of hard to find cheeses, which are moderately priced considering how difficult sourcing can be. Cant wait to come back with some friends and get a charcuterie board!

The owners and their staff are absolutely wonderful. The cheeses and meats and all the other treats are amazing. Plan to take your time and experience the different pairings and flavors. I do wish the atmosphere was a wee bit more comfortable. But, all in all, it is a great experience.

Im always impressed with the quality of the selection. All the imported cheeses are phenomenal. Today we had campo, scorpio, lamb chopper, Humboldt fog remix, and midnight moon. They were ALL AMAZING. The staff is always nice and welcoming and will give you a sample upon request. Today also happens to be my birthday and they hooked it up with nutella bites topped with berries. What a freakin blast!

I went there a while ago (before COVID) and it was really a fantastic experience. They would help you pick cheeses based off what you think you would like, and get a really high quality charcuterie board. I assume it is still a great place if you know what cheeses you would like, they have a great selection.

Got some cheese and a grilled sandwich. Great place if you like cheese, good food, wine, and friendly owners. They have some good looking cheese tasting plates where you can choose the cheese. They have real creamed cheese that makes the store-bought stuff look like some alien foodstuff. Get a tub of their real creamed cheese and some good bagels for a Sunday your family won’t forget.Tables for enjoying food in the store or takeout if you wish. If you want to support small businesses and women-owned businesses in downtown Fullerton then go to let it Brie.

Owners/employees are so so nice and their love of cheese and desire to share that love is evident! I really enjoy Let It Brie and I plan to be going for many years to come!

Let It Brie is just what Fullerton needed. Great cheese from all over the world curated by awesome owners. Beer and wine are served along side cheeseboards, grilled cheese sandwiches and other rotating cheese forward dishes. Lots of spreadable sundries and goodies are sold here too!

The owners are very sweet and attentive. They have a great cheese selection and pair them nicely with wines. There is plenty of indoor seating. Am looking forward to going back.

Finally someone doing a wine & cheese shop right. Go in there looking to try something new. Their meat & cheese boards are a great value, and if you have a party of 4, then Id recommend getting The Offering. Will be returning.

Stopped by for some take out during the COVID-19 quarantine. I got one OC their Honey Berry paninis. The habanero in the jam gives it just enough kick to make it interesting and delicious. The salad that accompanied the sandwich was a sassy twist on Greek salad. Yum.I got some cheese to go too. The Honey Bee gouda was my favorite. The Quebec cheddar is going to make a tasty grilled cheese sandwich.RECOMMEND

While I would like to give Let It Brie five stars, at this time, I think they still have some work to do.A friend and I had lunch there one day. I ordered the Harvest salad and my friend ordered the Signature Panini. She was very pleased with her panini and for that I would give it four stars.The salad was just your typical green salad with some fruit, strawberries and pears but topped with Feta, nothing special. For a cheese shop I would have expected the salad to be topped with a variety of cheeses, not the typical Feta. I usually dont overly dress salads so their very small serving of dressing was fine with me. Im sure if asked they would accommodate a larger portion. I would rate the salad three stars as there are better salads out there.We saw a few cheese boards delivered to tables and I will say they looked delicious.I feel, for a new shop with a limited menu, their prices are a bit on the high side. I will give Let It Brie another try as I think the shop has promise and I wish the two owners the best in their new venture.

Let it brie has a vast and ever changing selection of cheeses from all around the world, so far Im a huge fan of the honey Gouda, the hornbauker, the wagon wheel, Humboldt fog, and the hatch Gouda cheese. They serve platters of cheese here with meat options as well and also have wine, and paninis available.

There are not enough stars to cover the great and fun time I had at the Let It Brie shop today. I had noticed the shop a couple of times traveling by bus (my car is in the shop). Today I decided to stop.I was in cheese heaven. I saw the cheese display. So many choices. Heather suggested I try the samples. MMMmmmm! I liked them all. I then sampled others such as Ewerika, Barely Buzzed, and Mareike Foenegreek. I was transported again to a gourmet paradise. I immediately ordered a half a pound of each cheese I sampled.Looking up at the menu board I noticed the mixes of cheeses, meats, and fruit on some of the plates. I asked Heather what meats did they have. She told me about the salami, prosciutto, and Spanish chorizo. I tasted the chorizo and salami and was convinced that I wanted all three meats to go and ordered them.Heather was jewel of a host. She answered all my questions, made suggestions, told me the story of the shop, that it was only opened about six or eight weeks ago. She made sure I knew that the chorizo did not go with some of the cheeses but with others. How the long the cheese and meats could be stored.What a serendipitous adventure! I am returning to sample more cheeses to take home.While I am writing this I am nibbling on Marieke Foenegreek and Wagonwheel with prosciutto and a baguette. I am in ecstasy.I highly recommend Let It Brie. Heather was the ideal and patient cheesemonger. I never felt pressured to buy cheese. It was my caseophilic and turophilic passions which drove me. And I was at the most favorable locale to explore those desires.Thank you Heather and Let It Brie for a fabulous experience and adventure.

This place is a phenomenal spot for foodies. The location allows for a fun evening of snacks and sips with close proximity to the adjacent bars and restaurants, which means you only have to park once! Their charcuterie boards are massive, and are definitely big enough to split. They offer a build your own board, which is perfect for those who want the cheese version of a Baskin Robbins experience. I highly recommend the wine flights so you can mix and match flavours. The staff are extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. The window shoppe also has lots of goodies and tools for at-home charcuterie projects as well. Highly recommend, especially for a fancy date night!
