Purchased a heatsink and paid for a 2 day expedited shipping. No shipping tracking email, had to contact them for the tracking number... Item arrived late in a soft envelop that didn’t protect a very fragile item from being damaged in shipping. The item was smashed and bent, called sales and was told the RMA number will be assigned within 48 hours, 5 days later and numerous phone calls and messages left there is still no RMA #. Will update this review with more info as it becomes available but this is a complete nightmare for a consumer! Stay clear of this company unless you want the run around and horrible customer service!
I just recently made a fairly large purchase of server RAM from the memory4less website. The pricing was good, the purchase process was easy and their staff was friendly and helpful when confirming that I actually made the purchase (not a stolen card). The order arrived the next business day in great condition.
I purchased a power supply for our server from Memory 4 less. It lasted 48 days and we were told oh well. The warranty is supposed to be manufacturers warranty, but guess they didnt want to stand by that either. Very poor customer service, they wouldnt even return my phone calls. I had to keep calling back until someone finally gave me an answer 6 hours later. In the meantime my business is down without a power supply for the server.
Customer Service honest. Traded me for a processor I bought that I couldnt use even though they have a no refund policy. Wasnt cheap but at least I got something I could use.
Horrible experience. Purchased a power supply I needed right away, paid for priority Fed Ex shipping and finally arrived 9 days later after multiple emails the first of which went unanswered. If I could leave negative 10 stars I would. Cost me a lot of extra headaches not having this system up and running. Avoid at all cost just pay more elsewhere. Service is horrible.
I ordered a replacement television part. After 4 days of no confirmation of shipping, I called and was told an updated email would be sent with shipping information. No email after 24 hours. I called back to find out the part is not in inventory and the order was cancelled. Still no courtesy email or call informing me of this. Some sort of followup would of been nice. Understandably, in the eCommerce world things happen, but a lack of customer service, no excuses. Doubt if I will try them again.
Ordered a HDD before 9 AM to be shipped next day. They didnt ship until next day Didnt notify me that they did not ship. Not good business!! Company made good, they didnt charge for next day shipping and apologize for their mistake.

I purchased a HDMI module for a Panasonic display. The policy they have is you must let them know if something is defective in 10 days. That doesnt really help customers who are on vacation. After much troubleshooting, buying other cables it became obvious the unit was defective. Dismantling the unit for the install takes two people. I wont buy anything ever again from this company because they sell shoddy merchandise that they know is defective out of the box. All I wanted was an exchange but they couldnt manage that. BEWARE BEWARE of what you buy when their merchandise is from a reseller, it is likely defective and youll waste your time troubleshooting and run out of time or just plan to drop all activities to get their shoddy merchandise installed only to not have it work. This was a waste of time, money and labor. Truth be told this is likely a reburb, however, they advertised as new. RUN do not buy from these people with their multiple misrouted e-mails and shoddy customer service.
