I have been going to this car wash for years. Their prices have gone up. But the service is still good.

Expensive, bad service.(Horrible interior clean, outside no clean roof, no air borrow out)

I wanted to write a great review until I had change and a vape taken. These people are unprofessional and rude told me I was lying. Matter not resolved. The guy who dried my car took off no one knows who I was talking about. Don’t leave a dime in the car they will steal it . No refund bad service.

Unfortunately I didnt wanna be part of the bad news 1 star reviews. But i had to 😏 took my car here for a full detail I dont even think they washed the outside of the car :/

Never really know whos working here anymore... ownership has changed over a bunchEvery single time I get a wash, I HAVE to do a quality control check no matter how much I spend.... latest wash was a 50$ “Diamond” wash with spray wax and I still have to point out dead bugs on the hood...Time to find a new spot

Use to love this place. They left watermarks all over my car from not drying it correctly. They did a horrible vacuum job, I can see dirt and leaves still on both my carpets and rugs. They also dropped something on my passenger seat and the entire seat was wet and they didnt tell me. I found out when someone sat in it right after and mentioned the seat was wet. The inside clean is terrible; they didnt even bother to clean the doors or dashboard. The last time I stop here. Sigh - if anyone has a better carwash place, please let me know! Thanks! 🙂

Took my car today to get rid of some water spots.It was $80. I was told exterior and interior would be done.Seems like they only focused on what was visible.Interior is dirtyThey didn’t even vacuum the car.Exterior is dirty.Never again will i take my car hereJust plain laziness

This used to be my favorite..but after what they did today 😠 no more lazy guys left my car super dirty. I paid $20 but the guy who suppose to clean my car. He didnt. In fact he enter to my car with his dirty shoes full of grease.. He dont even vaccum it..and also a lot of sscratches on the outside.. A lot he didnt clean the dashboard .i love the way the take care of the cars and customers before..not anymore.

They did a horrible job of washing the vehicle. The owner even argued with me, we will never go there again. Very disappointed in them. I would not recommend them. 😐🤬

Amazing car wash! So many options for cleaning services inside and outside car! On a sunny day they do get busy but they move fast. The employees are kind and professional! These guys work so hard make sure you tip them well! My car is still shining a few days after the wash!

Ok went here for the 1st time and seeing that this place always looks pretty crowded @ times so I decided to try it, normally I do not bring my ride to a car wash, so after getting my car washed here I KNOW WHY I DON’T BRING IT TO CAR WASHES!! So I paid for let’s just say more than the $20 package wash, basically the listed extra things that I paid for THEY DIDN’T DO!! I know I should have said something but I figure that’s what the supervisor was there for??? So if you guys do go here and pay for the packages MAKE SURE THEY DO IT!!! I guess all the regulars that come here must just get the basic wash....??

Always satisfied with car washes but their advertised car wash and hand wax job was poor at best on my Chevy pickup. Definitely wont bring anything other than straight wash in the future.

On the rare occasion I get my vehicle washed I choose Commonwealth Car Wash. They are fast, efficient and thorough. Last time I was there the finishing guy found my credit card that must have fallen into the crack between seats. He found it and placed it in the tray under the dash where I would be sure to see it. I drove away thinking, WOW! So glad I trusted my vehicle to Commonwealth Car Wash! Thank you

Ive been going to this car wash for years and seems its under new management since, the employees seemed out of sink yesterday afternoon. I took my Jeep in for the works hand wash and wax also, had both carpet and seats steamed. I left my Jeep there for a couple hours. When I came back to pick it up I noticed certain things were tossed and moved common to having it deep cleaned. When I check for my Halo which is an electronic device that charges phones and can jump start a car was missing cost me $140.00. I always kept it under my driver seat on top of the car mat. I am very adamant about checking to see if its there every time I take my jeep to get serviced or cleaned. Funny thing my emergency shoes were there?? Which had always been in the bag with my Halo. I let the manager know and they stated they had not seen it?? They did not even make an incident report or did much of a search. I was furious, I shouldve known better to have taken it with me. But, coming here had always been a safe place Its unfortunate to have such a bad experience. I hope management is taking care of there employees since, this occurs when while employees arent paid properly or valued they start to steal. Im sure most arent even legal to start with and have nothing to lose. So, for anyone considering going to take its vehicles cleaned make sure to take any valuables out of your vehicles prior to leaving it there. I have not received a call as of yet with any answers very sad they just lost a long time customer :-( Please read reviews below same scenario!

Horrible experience! Not going back car wasnt vacuumed right they literally didnt vacuumed the back area, they charged for rainbow wash and wax. When they knew it was brokenHorrible, service just another disappointment!! I mean Cmon if these guys want to have a Job in the car wash business, and not be replaced by those machines and do it yourself place! I suggest do a far better job! I Paid $25.00 for the worst service EVER!!Last time I was there it was horrible, went back thinking maybe things changed. Nope they are the same!DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO GIVE AWAY!!BTW!! BS that the windows looking into the wash are damaged. They dont want you to see that you pay for rainbow wash, and you aint getting rainbow wash!! Or wheel treatment

New ownership. Price increases. Covered waiting area gone. Only two attendants available to dry your car. To me it seems as if this place is being set up to fail as it is on a prime piece of real estate.

Avoid this place!!! Ive been coming here on and off because of bad service. owners change left and right. its under new ownership again. Today....It was packed when we showed up, which was fine. The guy said it would be a wait we said thats fine. We go in to pay and noticed that the carwash wasnt even on, possibly even broken. We asked the guy and he said yeah I told you it was broken No he said itd be a wait ...he said thats the same thing, broken and a wait hows is that the same when they dont even know when it will be and running again. He was incredibly rude and asinine. It could be hours. The service here always sucks. Never coming to this place again. If rather drive further away than come here.

Ive been coming here for a couple of months, i love it! If i could give it more than 5 stars i would! My car is always coming out shiny, clean and fresh! They have great customer service, theyre prices are great! I recommond!

Dont expect anything great from here. Their prices are ok and the wash you get will be decent. Over all its convient and so what quick so I continue to get my cars washed here but they always miss some stuff.

Dont like being hustled when I drive in for a car wash. The young man that wrote my ticket today refused to write me a ticket for a bronze wash at $11.99. I left and drove over to Harbor Car Wash and paid $9.99 for an excellent car wash. I have been a loyal customer for many years and am dissappointed with this kind of service. You lost me as a regular customer.

This is our go to car wash. Raul and his crew have always taken very good care of our vehicles.

I was robbed from this place, a thief works here. I had a $40 product hidden underneath my floormat, when my car was returned it was gone. I spoke to the guy who worked on it and he didnt help, he just looked underneath the floor boards and said its not there. One of the few guys who didnt even work on my car actually helped dig through the trash with me despite not being able to find it. I politely asked for the business number and they responded by telling me they dont have a number and insisted on calling the police. This customer service was so bad I had to write out this review because they couldnt even bother to help.

I took my car there to get it detailed, they did an amazing job for a reasonable price, i would recommend it, great customer service.

The machine must have a flaw. the worse car wash ever. left some sort of thick grease streaks .

Ive been bring my car here for awhile . Couldnt understand why my car was looking filthy from the inside. I found out they use the same dirty rag that is used to armorall the tires. They used same nasty filthy rag in the inside. Everythi g is oily and dirty. Disappointed . Now lioking for new place.
