Easy to use. Needed to print in a hurry with no availability of a printer. Noticed this one at the coffee shop. Although pricey, it was worth it to me in efficiency--I could do it on a coffee break without traveling.

I love being able to get a print job done without having to drive to FedEx or go through FedEx or Staples complicated website ordering process. I just email them. They email back. I pay. I get my print job. Done.
