I went there with my fiancé to see about getting an antique, family heirloom resized so that I can use it as my wedding ring. This ring is incredibly special to me. This location is my favorite so far, especially during Covid. There is always fresh air circulating. Everyone is very accommodating ans considerate. I personally work with Jenny Lu. When you work with Jenny you feel like family. The store makes you feel safe and welcome. Recently visited to upgrade my wifes ring. She is so incredibly happy with the outcome! Jenny Lu and the staff at this Robbin Brothers location were friendly and helpful from the beginning. I know thats expected from any sales associate, but they do their job well. They helped me upgrade my wifes ring for our wedding anniversary, and went above and beyond in helping me find a beautiful ring within my budget. It is essential to look for quality products, but it is even better when assisted by professionals that love their job and make your purchasing experience comfortable. It was such a pleasure working with the staff to pick out some rings. In particular Jenny help my fiance and I pick our wedding rings and engagement ring. I knew nothing about ring quality, metallurgy, and carats but Jenny was kind and patient to give me the information i needed to make a good decision. I cannot rave enough about the customer service I received while at this store! I have almost lost hope with companies and customer service!! I’ve been in customer service for over 30 yrs and I expect it back when I amWorking with a company. However, this seems to be lost in this day an age! Just went in to get sized for a ring. Im not a jewelry person most of the time, however, wedding/engagement/promise rings are something special! The woman that helped me was very polite and completely competent on guessing my ring size and took her time allowing me to use the ring sizer. I was offered to take a look around but didnt see the item I wanted from their website. The building itself is kinda vintage looking on the outside, I like that.

I can come in any time to get my rings cleaned/resized. We went in recently to get my rings cleaned and they are Covid prepared. Very clean and they take extra measures to ensure you feel safe.

Jorge Alvarado is a wonderful associate and I highly recommend seeing him if looking for a ring or any jewlery! After he took my wedding ring set to be cleaned he then took my husband and I right over to a counter to look for bands and found us an almost near exact match of my 12 year old wedding ring set! My husband and I have been searching for 4 years to find a match and Jorge found it for us in less then 5 minutes!! My husband and I were sold and so happy to hear Ill be getting my rings sized, soldered and back to me in the same week! I LOVE Robbins Brothers and will continue to be a customer for life!! This Robbins Brothers location is great. I have been coming here for over 20 years. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The store is very clean and beautiful. The quality of service for cleaning, sizing, etc is very good.

A year ago my fiance found my perfect engagement ring at the Robbins Brothers in Fullerton with the help of Jenny Lu. Was amazing, he gave her some input on what I like and the very first ring Jenny showed him was the one. He picked a beautiful Henri Daussi halo ring with a gorgeous cushion cut diamond. When he proposed with the ring I was just in awe on how perfect it was.Flash forward to this year we were planning to get married but ended up just stopping all planning due to the pandemic. Even though we didnt have any plans set we still wanted to get our bands. We contacted Jenny to see if the store was open and were excited when she said yes and had a protocol set to shop in a covid safe environment. We made our appointment and met with Jenny just a few days later. We were greeted by the staff with hand sanitizer, everyone was masked, social distancing and I saw the staff keeping the countertops nice and clean. As a frontline worker I felt safe shopping in store. Our main goal was to find my fiance his band, with the large selection of mens bands we found his perfect ring in the perfect size in under 15 minutes. I had took a look online before I came in and knew the exact band I wanted and was lucky they had it in stock in my size. My fiance and I were in and out with our rings in under 30 minutes.Jenny and her team was amazing, Ive referred a few of my coworkers to Jenny and Robbins Brothers and they all have walked out finding their perfect rings. I look forward to coming back again to get myself another sparkly gift.

I went in with my fiancée to look for wedding bands and Jenny first greeted us. Jenny was so welcoming, asked us a few questions, and made us feel relaxed. Jenny then walked us over to Shirin whom assisted us in finding what we wanted and in our price points. Shirin was so helpful, knowledgeable, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She even nailed our ring sizes just by looking at our hands which were later confirmed on the actual ring gauge. I’d definitely been going back to this location.

Worlds biggest ring store, I believe it. This place is huge. But a couple things about it bothered me...First, everyone there is on commission, and sometimes it felt like they were pressuring us to buy what they wanted to sell. I know how this is having worked my whole life in commission sales, but no matter how many times we told the sales person what we were looking for they kept showing us the wrong stuff. Also, would not work within budget looking to sell us the most expensive ring in each case we looked at regardless of how gaudy it was.Second, everything is shared, again as a commission salesman my whole life this shocked me. Several times we came back to the store, sometimes simply just to try and find a less pushy salesperson, we also ended up having a diamond sent into a ring. Guess what, when we checked out the receipt had like 12 salesperson numbers sharing the commission of our purchase. Even people who said Hi when we walked in the door, the person who we asked to get us the salesperson we worked with. Everyone in the store is seemed to get a piece of the sale. No wonder they try to pressure people into the most expensive stuff.I think this is a great store to browse at and find what you like, since they have like 10,000+ rings, but I would not (and did not) buy from them. What we ended up with was a simple diamond solitaire engagement ring (I had the loose diamond already) which cost us about $300 for mounting. Then we went elsewhere and had the real ring custom made based on our own design.

I still love my original wedding ring after 30+ years. And now, after the jeweler at Robbins Brothers restored the etching that had worn off, I feel like a newlywed again….I just can’t stop looking at my ring! The jeweler also polished and put a brush finish on my husband’s wedding ring and it is more beautiful now than when we purchased it! While having another ring cleaned it was discovered that I had chipped the diamond. (Maybe now I’ll remember to take my rings off before working in the garden!) I wanted to replace it with a diamond of similar size and quality as the one in my wedding ring so I would have more options in the future if I wanted a new ring made. Diamontologist, Allison Cox, was a pleasure to work. She had the jeweler measure the surface of my diamond and with from that information she pulled diamonds from their massive collection for us to consider. Since it had been many years since we had purchased a diamond ring, Allison reviewed the clarity scale as we looked at the inclusions under the microscope. With her expertise we found a diamond that is a great companion/match in size, color and clarity to the diamond in my wedding ring. I know that if I ever decide to have a new ring made by combining my diamonds and adding another new one, I will head to Robbins Brothers and work with Allison!

Worst service, i normally go to the riverside one. Since i didnt buy anything they blew me off. My husband bought the insurance and unlimited cleanings and they told me to come back later since i didnt have my book.... why would i need my book for a cleaning. After looking frustrated they started to act nice like it was their pleasure.... he spent so much money for me to have to beg to get service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. PLACE IS FULL OF LAIRS AND WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING FOR A SALE!!! They lied to me about my Pay off Date so I can save the interest. Apparently I went 24 days over the actual date (supposedly). I was in the store and was told my pay off date by one of the salesman and he lied. This place SUCKS!!!billing department is full of lairs!!!

Could not have had a better experience! There was an issue with my fiancés ring at first, that was outside of their control. But the woman who sold it to me was not getting back to me, so another AMAZING associate stepped up! Her name was Gianna, ask for her if you visit this store, trust me! She took care of us, along with more than 1 of their managers, on multiple occasions. We felt very appreciated & well taken care of! They fixed the issue, and went above & beyond my expectations!
