We had excellent service from start to finish. We still have more windows to do and Ill definitely be calling All American Doors & Windows back. The installers were very professional. They covered everything and made sure everything was clean and back in order before they left each day.A couple of screens came from the manufacture bent but were replaced immediately. I would highly recommend this company. My husband and I are very pleased.

I called to have someone come out. The office manager said she’d get back to me with a specific time for the coming friday and never did. I called back on thursday to set the time, got a guy who answered and he said they didn’t service my area and questioned my saying that someone actually said they’d set an appointment. (what? why would i lie?!) he transferred me to the owner greg’s voicemail and i never got a call back.in summary i’m glad they didn’t service the area because i would not use them after such poor initial customer service. i wouldn’t want to spend tens of thousands of dollars with a company that disrespects potential customers.no thank you!

I can only imagine how Id have been treated after handing over thousands of dollars to these guys. Called and got estimates, and then scheduled time off work so that Jeremy could come to take final measurements and collect a cash deposit (since they upcharge you if you use other payments such as credit cards). He never bothered to even show up, nor bother to follow up with an excuse as to why they wasted my time. Sorry, but you dont deserve my business and I feel the need to warn others. If you cant bother to treat me with respect before the sale, I can only image the nightmare of dealing with you tearing up my house.

My house was built in 1963, and years of earthquakes, foundation settling, and temperature changes had taken their toll on my original doors. Every one of my doors seemed warped, was rubbing and binding, or wouldnt even latch closed anymore. And the door to the garage was horrible! Things were so bad that I wasnt sure anyone could even fix them!I am so glad that I went with All American Door, Inc. to get all of my doors replaced! I am really impressed with how patient Greg and Jeremy were--my wife and I took several months to make up our minds. Lol. Jeremy painstakingly created multiple quotes for various configurations of different doors around my house. When we dropped in at All American Door, Inc. in Fullerton, Greg dropped whatever he was doing and spent hours with us, discussing various door styles and options. He happily gave us samples of door materials and colors to take home so that we could figure out what we really wanted.On installation day, David and Rayez arrived at my house promptly at 7:30AM with all my new doors in their truck. I am grateful to David and Rayez for removing my old doors without making the slightest mark on my new windows and shutters, or my walls! David was super helpful! During any construction job, there are always going to be issues that pop up. He spent a great deal of time explaining various options available to me during the installation. The installation took two days, and at the finish of each workday David and Reyez carefully cleaned up and vacuumed up all the dust throughout my house. I really couldnt be happier! Now all my doors are brand new, sound resistant, and can be closed without any rubbing or binding. It feels like a new house!A special shout-out goes to Jeremy, too! He arrived at my house on installation day and joined in working with David and Rayez. Jeremy was great, working to patch the stucco around my new exterior doors--he did a fabulous job! In addition to Davids help explaining thing to me, Jeremy did a great job tailoring various things to my liking throughout the installation.All in, I am super happy with my new doors, love the precision installation, and really enjoyed working a bunch of wonderful people!
