Nathan is very detailed and took his time to properly tune and adjust my hearing aids. He paid special attention to my hearing aids fit, comfort, appearance and calibration. It took four visits (which could have been done remotely) to get it perfect. It is easy to see that Nathan enjoys his work and helping others. Im a very satisfied customer.

If I could give this office 10 stars I would. I had such a positive experience with them. I did visit other Audiologists in the area and didnt get the service like I did with Nathan. Mind you, my own ENT office wasnt as flexible or understanding as this office. I needed a set of CROS hearing aids, my ENT office was charging me a couple hundred dollars more and I decided to reach out and Nathan. He was very honest, fair and transparent since day one. I asked my ENT office if I could test the hearing aids to see if this was something I could get used to since Ive never worn aids. The ENT said that I needed to pay for them in full before I leave their office. I was disappointed I couldnt test drive these really expensive aids. I called Nathan, explained my situation and he was gracious enough to order the aids and have them in his office within days. The best part about it, he was able to let me test the aids for 7 days at no charge with no strings attached. After 7 days, we met again to adjust and add different features. Nathan, I cant thank you enough for your time and courtesy.
