Im sorry to give bad review but I agree with the other person, this has always been a great experience but ever since the new person at the front desk got there it hasnt been a very pleasant experience. I gave it multiple chances but still horrible service from the new employee. One day I came in the guy had poor hygiene I could smell cigarette smoke with my mask on. He over charged me told him I been coming here nearly 2 years theres a mistake finally got the price right . Second time I called and he hung up on me in the middle of my question so I called back in to place an order and he couldnt verify anything did not even give me a price and just hung up. It hurts me to say this although this was a great place I had to go somewhere else.

The order arrived on time, which was impressive considering Id only made the appointment the day before. The person i talked on the phone with was friendly and went over the all my questions with me. She took my questions seriously and presented me with answers that was much more than I was expecting. I changed my order after our discussion and she had no problem with it. Ill keep ordering with them because they are flexible enough to make adjustments on the fly. That alone earned some respect. Over all it was a tremendous experience.
