This place is really cool. Regular restaurant bar during the day, Full-blown nightclub at night. The staff is great. Brittany the bartender is awesome and kind of hot.. five stars for sure.

First time here after the changed names. Plus this is the second day of the restaurant opening. Food was great. Good flavor and Cadillac margarita was perfect. Loved how hard the staff worked on keeping us comfortable and safe. Family had a good time.

This place is packed on the weekends where they have a live dj, dancing and an overall really good vibe. The selection of ladies that come here is always good also 😉. I recommend parking in the structure South of this place. They have really tight security with a put pat down and bag inspection which helps me feel safe. The food is really good too. Get the tots!!

Very loud. Food is so-so. Service is okay.Good place to watch the game.The loaded baked potato was good but not as large as I thought. The brisket is tasty.Happy hour would have been better deal. Did not know they tack on 18 percent gratuity regardless party size. It was 4 of us.Bathroom was clean enough though one stall had just roll of toilet paper lying behind the toilet, no dispenser.Bring ear plugs or try to read lips through masks.

Arrived at 8:30pm in a Saturday to meet up with friends. They wanted a $15 per person cover charge. Our friends had walked in 5 minutes before us and did not have to pay the cover charge.I was not going to spend $30 to drink bad beer and mediocre burgers. I met friends here on Wednesday and we had the worst Guinness ever, they did not know how to pour a proper Guinness. Our burgers were mediocre. We had decided to give them another chance.We just walked across to Stubricks Steakhouse. Those guys know how to make a meal.

The staff is so pleasant our waiter name was Romena, she was the💣💣💣💣, she was wonderful. The food was awesome we had wings and cheese curds. The Poutine burger is hands down the best burger I have ever had and it’s not even close. It was so good I had it two nights in a row 😭 also the Mac and cheese is to die for. Brittany the bartender was also very friendly. Must go place.

I went here for taco Tuesdsy and it was great. The they had some many different choices of meat for your tacos. There was a DJ that comes around 10pm I think it was, and the menu is full of great things to try out.

Way too packed, unnecessary cover charge when the drinks are already somewhat pricey. Theres no space to dance ever since they reopened. The males that go there are pretty trashy too in all my experiences. Theres better places to dance and drink at.

Jp23 was ok the food was pretty good I had a buffalo chicken sandwich they have bottle service .. but they lost our credit card and we got charged at two other bars in the area so that was a little shady.. I wouldnt use a credit card there again if I go back

Im vegetarian and I was given real meat. It did taste funny, yes, but because it was a different and a new brand to me, i didnt really want to question too much, plus the server was busy. In addition, veggie proteins are starting to look like actual meat and taste like it, PLUS the server wrote it down, and I trusted her/ the restaurant to give a vegetarian of 8 years FAKE MEAT NOT REAL. The manager comped the meal but yet no where to be found

Not a safe place for women who want to eat and enjoy drinks with friends. You have to constantly be covering your drink in fear that someone might slip something in it.

First time here! And wow!! Really great prices for what you get!! And you get ALOT!! Southwest Santa Fe Salad is DELICIOUS!! The Rib eye steak dinner is so tender and flavorful!! Shrimp cajun tacos are a great dinner if your not wanting alot. Our waitress was an awesome server. Always remembered our drinks and was very attentive to our details of what we wanted! All customer service was great here!! We will be back!! Thanks for a great dinner experience!!

Im not one for negative reviews.. I was in JP23 for about 15 seconds and am so insulted by a securities lack of professionalism, I will never be back. I showed my Id and went in JP23 to meet a couple friends who were already there. They were sitting at a table for two and I walked up said hello, and before I could finish doing that was getting kicked out for standing at a table of 2. Security grabbed my arm and led me out in an incredibly aggressive manner. 2 steps from the table he was yelling at me to put my mask on. Meanwhile many people were crowded around small tables without masks etc.I had not had a drink when this occurred. Im a behavioral therapist and work with children who have autism; Id like to think I have a decent amount of understanding and patience. I hope the security guard in question gets whatever mental- emotional support he needs.

Arrived and was told it was a 15 minute wait, which I was okay with at first. But then I noticed majority of the outdoor patio tables were vacant, so why the wait? The 15 minute wait turned into a 27 minute wait and finally I was seated, get this, in the patio area that was practically empty the entire time. After being seated I had to wait another 12 minutes before my server/waitress even came to my table. Will never be back and will not recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I have tried to come here 3 times and have bad experiences with the unprofessional or inexperienced staff all times. First time we waited so long to even be greeted that we left. I don’t understand why there is even a ‘Urban’ in the name. Should change into ‘Lantino only’ because it seems that’s the only crowd that receives decent service. They’re always playing hip hop music and have ‘URBAN’ in the name to draw a crowd but when some urban people pull up we get sat in the back of the club even though there is free tables and without a decent explanation. DONT come here if you black

We met with friends at this spot for lunch. we heard about this spot from many people. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff welcomed us with a smile and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was great. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Keep it up.

JP23s Nightlife is the center of Downtown Fullerton. Of course like every other bar it has its Good and Bad days, but I have had definitely more good days here at JPs. The Vibe, the music, the drinks are all major factors in making this go to nightlife spot to go out with friends and celebrate a birthday. Overall I have no complaints and have never had any bad experiences here.

This place is awesome. They care about their community by participating in the Feed Fullerton program and they have AMAZING ribs, pulled pork, smoked bbq, YuMmY Bacon Mac n Cheese.... and a hip, fun atmosphere. They are open with plenty of room at the bar, at a table, or on their kickin patio.

Went ther for ther wings special every 23rd day of the month. Wings wer ok kinda dry an low on sauce lol. Our Server Patience was sweet did a good job was very attentive.

They were charging $15 a person which is not the problem If it were to be worth it, but once we went in it was hotter than it was outside no AC no fan andat the end of the night the security was very rude. DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT. DO NOT. GO HERE. They steal your money the fishbowls are nice and the DJ was amazing but added gratuity already which means I double tipped on everything. On top of that this business broke the law. They broke civil rights acts that were put in place by the STATE. And they ignored it. I cannot sit by and watch as people willingly give their hard earned money to thieves. Im reporting the company to the police and as well as the State. I was wronged and I will not give up until this justice is served. Do not go here.

Went for taco Tuesday and it was the best! It was also the 23rd so they had wings for 23 cents. We went through 3 bartenders and they were all amazing. All of our orders came out quickly. Make sure to do the $2 tacos to get you moneys worth for all you can eat. Hot link was great. It was by far my favorite taco Tuesday experience.

I have been coming here for a while now and things have changed over and over again. Although the mac and cheese is still good it use to be so much better. And wing Wednesday use to be $3 a plate now its $4.50 a plate and there is hardly any meat on the bones. I will still stop by and have a drink from time to time.

Got a table on a busy Thursday night. There was a minimum but thanks to the teamwork of Zack the security and Cypress (I believe was her name) the server, she kept the waters and drinks coming all night and Zack did a great job of looking after us at our table. Will definitely be celebrating another night here with friends.

This is a meat lovers paradise!I visited this barbecue restaurant last Sunday, when I was hungry like a bear around 3 pm. I noticed that they have a barbecue buffet at a very reasonable price as less than $20! Incredible deal! It includes four kinds of delicious beef, chicken wings and ribs, plus the salad bar and deserts!I loved the ribs the most, and the wings, plus the vegetables, and baked potatoes, etc...I was so full and happy, then I had to think about going to the gym tomorrow; ) It is so worthy it!

The owner and head chef, Jacob, has turned this place on its head!! The food was INCREDIBLE!!! At first, I was disappointed by such a small menu but when I looked at the dishes, they sounded rich and delicious. My group shared the brisket, beef short rib, wings (insanity), chicken and pork shoulder and belly. ... OMG it was all delicious. Great food, great staff and good prices ... Win.

Great place to come to in the night time if you are under 21!! Only bar I know of in Downtown Fullerton where the bouncers dont really check IDs (speaking from past experience). If you are over 21, I would suggest going somewhere else as this place is so dirty, staff is rude, and too crowded to actually enjoy yourself.

Randomly came here on a Saturday night, and enjoyed it. The place looks like a (fairly high-end) restaurant from the outside, but is actually as much of a sports bar or straight-up bar as restaurant. There were good and bad things (for my taste), but would go back. We (there were 2 of us) split an appetizer and a full rack of baby back pork ribs, and a baked potato. It was a ton of food, and we enjoyed all of it.

First of all I was by myself for Thanksgiving this year so I thought I would order some good food I ordered a steak it was well over done the vegetables were over peppered the chili cheese fries tasted like dirt and they didn’t deliver the mac & cheese instead it was mash potatoes for 60 bucks it was a complete waste of time and money this restaurant is disgusting beware and do not buy from them it’ll make you sick I cannot believe I wasted my time

The drinks were overpriced, super hot inside, way too many people, and the security was extremely rude. I had JUST bought a fish bowl with my cousin that hardly speaks any English, and one of the bouncers got mad because he didnt understand what he was trying to say and snatched the fish bowl from my cousins hand and dumped it. Definitely wont come back to this bar.

Good food but they are cheap with their wing night special now. They have an offer of 23 cent wings on the 23rd of the month. You used to be able to get orders of 6 wings on a plate and order as many of those as you would like. Now you can only have 2 orders of 4 wings and you have to buy a drink. Im ok with the drink request but Im not happy about only being able to get 8 wings total.

There was 15 people in total in the building and I was told it would be at least an hour till I could be served. I was seated at the bar so not quite sure why I was refused service???

Food was great and fairly priced . Service was very good as well. Only issue relates to parking. We parked in a free public parking structure located one block south.

The DJ made the difference.The interior was clean and shiny.The drinks were a decent price.We danced :D
