Im just a hobbyist and needed sheet metal. The people there are very cool to talk to. They offer Sheets, Rods, Tubes, Squares, C-Channels, I-Beams, etc. They focus entirely on steels, and seldomly aluminums. They do not offer special materials such as Inconels, Titaniums, or Cobalts, etc. They do not accept recycling of metals.They have their scrap material up front and easy to gloss over. Just grab a hard hat, which they offer one to borrow at the front entrance. When you know what you want, just walk into the Will Call/Sales building and let them know.
