Hey everyone,If your looking at buying parts for your motorcycle from this place, I would highly recommend buying from here. I purchased an air ride suspension for the rear end of my motorcycle and installed it myself. The instillation on my bike was a bit of a pain in the butt which was mainly due to the fact that I have never done something like this. With the help from my wife,some time and patience we got it installed and I had some smooth riding ahead of me.The suspension made my daily commute to work super nice and I had less back breaking experience from all the road construction that was going on in Colorado during the summer. The control panel switch is supper easy and great when you need a quick simple adjustment.The only reason I did not give this place a five star rating is due to the fact that the instructions that were sent for installation was written for people who have done this before or have some decent experience working on motorcycles. I do not have that experience so it took me way longer then it should have to decipher the instructions. On the bright side, any questions that I had I was able to ask the owner over the phone. Also my bike had a weird back end so I was shipped the wrong part. It was easy to exchange but I had to pay for the shipping back to their store which was a little pricey.Thanks Platinum air suspension. Great product and great experience

This suspension system the answer to me need. I have the freedom to adjust on the fly and to adjust from a single rider to having a passenger with ease. I have no worries dragging my undertail after setting the lowering links up with no air in the shock to make sure there is clearance. This setup will turn heads to the unsuspecting passersby and friends. Great product, easy install and great ride.

I have a 2014 street glide special with platinum system and recently the air compressor mount cracked. I contacted Mike sent him some photos, next thing I know he was sending me a replacement mount. I have been enjoying the comfort and reliability of my platinum system on my bike, and I cant say enough good things about the product and service you receive. It is great knowing that there is a business still doing it old school they back there product and all I can say its the best.

Mike was totally awesome to work with. Even before I purchased he always answered all my questions. Bike is still being built so will update more later. But the install was super easy. Great product and service.

The staff was helpful ; Although the shocks were 1/2 inch too long they were easily modified by shorting the rod end. Shocks have been on the bike now for 4 months and they work great !

Walked in and asked for a air line fitting that I needed and the guy that helped me out was rude right off the bat. He confirmed he had 1/4 inch fitting that I needed and told me that he was on the phone out back in the warehouse and doesnt accept walk-in customers. No where on there website or Google does it say that they dont accept walk-ins.
