Isaac, my salesperson, and Brook in financing were great! Isaac stayed on top of all my questions and helped me out with everything until I actually pulled away from the dealership. I told Brook when I was in her office it was literally the quickest major car/truck/boat purchase i have ever made. Took maybe 5 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend these guys to work mine or any of my friends or familys boats. I took my boat and left it for just low maintenance, change filters and replace water pump, also bought water pressure gauge and batteries. Asked how long, the guy writing up the order form said two weeks out. Asked how much the batteries were, $140. Each. But the cranking battery was $200. The water pressure gauge was quoted $45. It was $100. They charged me six hours labor.After six weeks, $1642.15, I finally got to get my boat, but a very dissatisfied customer.

We bought a 2020 Suntracker from Midway Marine. At first, our experience was great. The salesman made everything happen. We overnighted the check to them so that they could work on installing some after market parts. Once they received the check, all communication stopped and there was no urgency on their part. Phone calls were never returned and the I give you my word calls never came.Fast-forward two months later, we still have not received the registration. The state says they never received it. Brook says that it was sent off 2-4 weeks after we purchased the boat, and that the state is notoriously behind. We placed a second call to the state who assured us that they were not in fact behind on registration processing and that they definitely had not received our paperwork. Follow up calls to Brook and the sales manager were met with laughter and insinuations that the state was lying.We absolutely will not purchase from Midway Marine again.

Overall the sales and service was very good. I would recommend it to my friends.

Can I give a zero? Took my boat for service.....lower unit went out when they took the boat out. It was an older boat so I paid to have it fixed. Same thing happened when I took it out. Turns out this outboard had to be filled in a specific manner with lubricant...This was done incorrectly causing damage. Still charged me for repair after discovering their mistake. Been 17 years ago but still remember their terrible service and lack of integrity.

Fast and easy transaction. Bought a new boat a 4:45 pm ( they close a 5 ) Came back the next morning with my old boat. 3 hours later the had the new one rigged and ready for the water. AAAAA+ to these guys.

Im an avid fisherman but at those prices...I dont see how theyre still in business. Its just for Professional/Tournament fishermen. Nice facility and employees though. Just waaay too pricey for me.
