Warren is a life saver. He helped me get a freezer. Ive been a long time customer of the Fulton,NY store so there eventually would of been mix ups or mistakes so after some consideration my original 3 star rating wasnt really fair. Keep up the good work!

My family has been dealing with this location for almost 4 years. We have never had an issue that hasn’t been quickly resolved. Furniture is beautiful and if there is something you are looking for that they don’t have they make sure that it’s delivered to their store for you. Special orders are available also. Every employee treats you like family, with respect, dignity and compassion.

Rent-a-center is a little on the expensive side. Hower they do have everything you could ever need. I dont personally rent from them but I was there today with a friend so he could rent a washer from them. They were very friendly to him and worked with him in order to get him what he needed at a price that was in his budget. I would not rent from them myself but I do see why people would.

Told them I WAS moving due to a bad situation . When I had moved, the phone had gotten packed away. Finally found the phone!!! Was bringing it in to store out of state!!! Tried to rent something but couldnt because new store said we cant rent to thieves due to the lies this store said. Thanks for nothing!!!!
