Bought our windows from Lowe’s in Camillus. They were ordered in August but didn’t come in until November 1st. The contractor that was supposed to come, didn’t show in November, didn’t call until late December. By that time we told the contractor and Lowe’s that we wanted a new contractor. They contacted Olins. A fella came by to measure and said they would install right after the holidays. They came and unfortunately the one window ordered by Lowe’s and the other contractor was the wrong size. But the other one was good to go. They came in. Put a tarp across my kitchen to prevent the warm air from being sucked out. Did an excellent job on the installation. Cleaned up any saw dust and were on their way. Excellent job! I would recommend them to everyone! Extremely pleased!

Olins came in and did amazing job for our house .Bought our windows through Lowes, first installer was just awful 2 screws in windows, needs 8, windows were measured wrong .Olins came in first consult were here 2 hours explained everything what was wrong, contacted Lowes corporate for us followed through, never dropped the ball.Were here when they said cleaned as they went around ..my house feels warm and my windows are now secure.I highly recommend them ..the woodwork they had to replace ( old contractor butchered) matches the style of my 110 year old house

Very happy with the install. I was referred to them by Lowes in Clay which is where I bought the doors. Interior door, exterior door, and storm door. Don’t let the installation prices at Lowe’s throw you off. The prices are for a basic install where there is NO additional work needed of any kind. It’s really just a base price. So when I got the actual quote from Olin’s, I thought wow this is expensive and I looked around. I went on Home Advisor and looked up the national average and the local average, and guess what, Olin’s was right on par. I know nothing about doors but after watching them I realized there is a ton of work that goes into it, from leveling to putting in new trim. It’s no joke. The guys showed up on time, put a tarp up inside to keep the dust away from the living area, and cleaned up everything. You’d never know they were here. It took them around three hours and they were on their way. I would definitely recommend them.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I hired Craig through Lowes installation services. He showed up 5 hours late for the install without a phone call. When he was two hours late, I called and was told that they had a transmission blow but were on there way. Two hours later, I called again and was given the same story, but that they were on their way. It was pouring by the time they arrived, they disappeared for an hour to go get a tarp, screwed it into my deck to make a cover to work. They rushed the installation. We can see daylight through the cracks, and this door leaks worse than the last one. Every time we schedule him to come out and fix the problem, he doesnt call and doesnt show up. Buyer Beware!

Low quality experience all around. They are currently the installer for Lowes in Camillus. Started the process on 9/20. Olins didnt come out until 10/9 for a measurement and measured incorrectly resulting in a 2 day delay for a price. He must have been too busy trying to upsell me viynl wrapping to get a correct measurement. Once we got the price they wanted to charge an additional $500 over basic installation. Mind you the installation was just removal of old doors and replace with new doors. My husband was going to do all the trip work. A complete waste of time.
