Amazing service, Amazing prices, called on weekend and within a hour he was here replacing springs. Went extra mile to adjust garage door opener settings. Oiled everything stabilized out faulty door opener attachment bracket and installed angle iron bracket for stronger pull point. So impressed I also had him set up a remote key pad. Second time working with Mike (for a different issue!) and both times have been great. Schedules an appointment with you right away, arrives on time and prepared for the job. Gets the job done quick but definitely focuses on quality. Our opener rig was not very secure so he took the 10 minutes to get that fixed up, along with taking care of the issue for which we had actually called. Highly recommended.

After the initial call, Mike was at the house doing the repairs within an hour. He did a great job and was easy to work with. I had a broken torsion spring, making my garage door inoperable. I sent Mike a help request mid morning. He responded within the hour. He explained he was currently on a job and wouldnt be available until late in the afternoon, but assured me he could get it fixed same day. It was perfect, I was at work and wouldnt be home until them anyway. Mike arrived just be 5 pm and got right to work. He explained everything he had to do and the costs associated. Even though most of went over my head, he explained the technical aspects of the springs and how they operate. The entire repair took just over an hour. I am very impressed with Mikes service and professionalism. I made sure to get several business cards to pass out. Repaired a broken spring quickly and easily, all the while explaining the steps. Then lubed, tightened and tuned the entire door/opener system. Almost as quiet as my dishwasher now!

Mike is your garage door pro. He arrived on time having driven through some very wintry weather.We thought the garage doors tension spring had broken disabling the door. Mike quoted us a price of $190 dollars. He explained that the tension spring had actually only slipped of its collar.He reattached it, replaced some loose hinge screws, rewound cables and oiled spring. Total cost...$118 dollars. He could have charged us for a new spring and we would have been none the wiser.Honest, prompt, and very courteous. Thats why we say he is your garage door pro!!
