Driving through to Oswego College to see my daughter and right before my eyes, I see this awesome Gun Shop signage and pulled in. Looks like I will be going to visit my daughter even more. This place is awesome

New to the gun world and just received my pistol permit finally. I Went to 4 places locally to research and try and decide on what pistol I will be most comfortable with. My looks are deceiving and I look like I should be baking at a church function with a Flowered sundress on. These local gun shops and Runnings treated me not like the “typical gun shop customers”. These employees ignored me, shuffled me off and were very rude but most of all didn’t take me serious I was looking to protect myself and wanted to buy my first pistol. Kress Tech was recommended by some other females in the county building so I gave that store a chance and I feel nothing less than satisfied with the whole experience and gained so much knowledge besides. The husband and wife duo have me as a lifetime customer.

I never leave reviews, but Finally got the chance to come take a look what inventory this gun shop has. Great location and felt safe and secure walking into this building store front. I was able to bank, stop at gun shop and then go get meat within ten foot steps.

I was a first time pistol buyer, and was recommended by a friend in law enforcement. They where absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and took my concerns and needs and got me into the perfect pistol. Great local feel, and will continue to have my business for years to come! Highly recommend if you have any ammunition or gun purchase, stop here it will be the only stop you will need to make.

Just picked up my new 38 Special Smith & Wesson. I had an incredibly hard time selecting this gun because of the huge assortment of guns this store carries. I just received my pistol permit and I spent 2 plus hours with the owner picking out my first gun. He even worked around my odd working doctors hours at the hospital and opened the store on his day off not knowing I would definitely make a purchase. Impressed!!!!

Owners are great friendly and knowledgeable people first time buying a gun there got it 50 dollars cheaper then anywhere else definitely recommend them.

My partner who is in law enforcement sent me to Kress Tech for a pick up order. They were very courteous as the shop was very busy. I was just there for a pick up, but I received the order within minutes of arrival.

Unbelievably helpful with my first gun purchase very knowledgeable showed me everything that I needed to know. I got home and had a mishap with the disassembly and reassembly of my gun and they were able to walk me through over the phone these people are wonderful.

I was directed to this gun shop from my co workers at Lockheed Martin. The owner and his wife juggled a store full of people and at the same time was able to get everything I needed (which is most important) I received my S&W AR 15 and my Glock 19 and ammo to go along with my guns I purchased. Recommend this gun shop for the inventory, customer service and knowledge. The wife doesn’t know as much but the owner is very knowledgeable. Very happy customer during these times of hardship.

Absolutely awesome store and people. Doug was there when I was in and made me feel extremely welcomed, he sat and had conversations with me and he is an extremely knowledgeable guy! He definitely made a lifetime customer out of my first time there! Highly recommend!

Great shop, a little far our for me but worth the drive. Made an appointment with the owners wife because I am very nervous and she made all my fears go away. I’m an official pistol owner and purchased the same Glock as the owners wife.

The owner of the gun shop has gouged prices an unbelievable amount since the pandemic. You’re not a pro 2a, your pro pocket and what’s in yours and that’s all you care about the fact that you are selling guns for 250% of their price is unreal and I feel bad for the people who don’t have that knowledge, and walk into your store and get taken advantage of.

Searching for Ammunition Has been quite the challenge in these times. The gun shop I supported and gave my business to for a few years now would not hold ammo for me while I was at work so I was unable to get what I needed. One of my co-workers mentioned another gun shop in Fulton so I thought I would give that Gun Shop a try. I spoke to the owners wife and let her know I needed certain ammunition and explained my situation with my work schedule. She held the few boxes they had left for me under good faith. I wasn’t holding my breath she would hold it for me as I am not a regular customer of theirs but I did show up after work. Not only did she hold the ammunition for me but the owner stayed later to make sure I received what I needed. Now I am a regular customer. Great place, knowledgeable, very friendly, but most of all fair in pricing.

Didn’t get treated like a number like the camping stores that carry guns and ammo. Family owned and they took their time explaining things to a novice buyer.

Never shot a gun or had any experience with firearms. I was very nervous so the owners wife took me to the gun range to teach me how to load, unload and shoot my home defense shot gun. Great shop, takes care of their customers

I’m a widow in my 60’s living fearful with what is happening around this world. I was brought into this gun shop from my nephew. The owner was very helpful to me. He had me talk to his wife and go through some “woman friendly” shot guns and rifles. These people are so helpful this man’s wife left her home to come meet with me within a half hour. I am touched by their kindness. Guns always scared me and this man was intimidating in appearance but at the end of this process I feel cared for but most of all not just “another” dollar made.

Nice ma and pop shop. Longer ride for me from Rochester but at least the owner takes appointments.

I could not find the ammo I needed anywhere within upstate NY territory but I called and this place had the ammo I needed. The owner held it for me and I drove over and picked it up the next day. Worth the drive, great gun shop.

Too expensive. Unfriendly. Full of misinformation. I always pretend not to know much about guns and these guys failed the test. Knocked the guns I wanted and boasted about their overpriced rifles. Treated my few questions like a chore and lied. Not a good place to buy a gun.
