I absolutely love this place!! I just moved to town about a month ago and Im already hooked! Such lovely service the ladies there are so kind. The ice cream is phenomenal the ganache cakes are fantastic! All around great place definitely recommend!

We dont live in Dunkirk / Fredonia, so we dont get there very often. We always look forward to our next visit. Ice cream is always good, their ice cream is amazing! Its worth the trip!!!Kudos!!!

One of my 2 favorite ice cream places I have ever been. My family has been going here for years and now I get to take my kids there! Wonderful selection, friendly workers, but I will say I miss the bears from when I was a kid! IYKYK

Visited this place while camping at lake erie state park. Huge selection and variety. I had the carmel and sea salt parfait. It was awesome. Ill be going back when I camp there again.

Always busy, but they can move the people through. They have handicap parking right by the door and easy access into business.The employees are friendly and take the time to listen to your order, answer any questions, and fulfill your order.All of the ice cream is home made and no matter what flavor you get, you wont go wrong.

Oh, yum! This place is a minor favorite of mine. When I visit western New York state, I love to stop here.My buddy and I happened to be in the neighborhood, so we stopped for impulse ice cream. I chose a waffle cone with two scoops: black raspberry and some kind of chocolate (memory fails).Yummy and yummy.The ambiance is kind of family or younger people. The selection is great, and the service is friendly.My friend treated, so I cant say what the price was like. Certainly it was not high.Did I mention yummy? Four stars, cause I rarely give five.

I had heard about this place when I was going to.college in fredonia but never got a chance to visit. Today we came to have some icecream and WOW It was worth the 55 mile drive. So creamy. So rich. Staff was exceptional. Prices are reasonable too. The quality is beyond amazing!! 10 stars if I can give. We have found our new favorite Icecream place

Its okay. Their hot fudge sauce is very good. Their espresso is okay, but Hersheys cappuccino crunch is way better. However their staff is friendly and quick.

The old lady put her hands in my ice cream and tried telling me to take it. I asked for a cup not a bowl. The young staff was taking care of things properly but the old lady had to be a disrespectful person.Never again.

Lady was rude once she asked if I would like to leave a tip on my card and I said no. No smile no thank or no response once she gave me my order. I never leave tips on my card I had a $5 in my pocket to put in the tip jar but with the way she acted I decides not to leave it.

Yes their ice cream is wonderful, but I hate the inconsistency with the size of the portions...each time its different.....one day youll get a medium and it is huge next day you could compare it to a childs portion....if Im going to spend money for something, I would like things to be the same or close to the same every time. I also dont like being made to feel my opinion is incorrect or not respected when I approach the situation as it happens and I have to deal with teen agers that look at me like my heads on crooked. So if you ask me how the ice cream products are, there is no denying; they are WONDERFUL, but the operation of the place needs some work.....
