Good attention! I visited for change oil service, and excellent prices

Abysmal customer service. Had a tire placed on hold for us and when we got there a young attendant took a serious attitude and said she couldnt find it. After a while, someone else points out to her where the tire is. She asked for our vehicles mileage and when we told her 6K she responded, Thats not your mileage; thats your trip mileage. I need your total mileage. Our car is newer, so 6K was accurate. Why she assumed we didnt know the difference between total and trip mileage is beyond me. Once we got inside, we were completely ignored and dismissed. We just walked out and got our tire serviced elsewhere. The mechanics/technicians seem very nice, helpful and knowledgeable, but Walmart needs to do better with its customer-facing personnel.

Great experience. Jessica, Eva and Frank honored a warrenty tire replacement my closer to home Walmart Auto installed. Wrong weight class made them wear faster apparently. Plan on returning for brakes soon. Thanks.

Had the same TLE Tech twice. Couldnt find his way out of a walk-in closet. I wish Apex or Holly Springs had a TLE equipped Walmart.

Very good both via phone and when I got there in person. They have the best deals on tires anywhere Ive found in Fuquay. Cant make a same day appointment, but thats my only concern. The man also answered a couple questions for me and showed me a product to use to clean my battery posts.

AWFUL! BEWARE! They broke the tire sensor on my car 3 weeks ago during a tire installation. Jessica the assistant manager for the department said shed make sure it would be fixed and would call us when the part was delivered. They have never initiated a call. We have called NUMEROUS times only to be told today that we will need to take it for repair and submit the bill for reimbursement. Walmart corporate has been no help. I was told today that the store manager is on leave and there is no acting store manager. Its just a cluster of a mess . Stay away and go to another business that will treat you righ t. Never ever again.

Went to make a repeat tire purchase. Walmart price was by far the best for my size tires (195/60/15). Installation was fairly quick as I arrived shortly after theyd opened ☺. Paid my bill, got my keys. Upon checking completed work, discovered the WRONG size tires had been installed 😧! Heres where they try to lay blame on me yet the work order clearly had correct size info. No apology extended 😕 just annoyance that they had to undo what theyd done!! I arrived with a cracked hubcap but left with a large chunk missing...hmm, over zealous reinstallation perhaps? Second strike and no apology. Take heed Walmart, a little courtesy goes a long way to keeping satisfied customers!!

They were the only auto center open during Covid, got my synthetic oil change for 44.88, will not go to Jiffy again to pay 90 unless I am busy. Thank you guys so much for staying open!

Got 2 new tires. Said it would be done in an hour it was more like 3 hrs. My advice dont wait, drop it off. They were helpful and everything seems to be good so far. Fair price!

I went in for an oil change and was the last person of the night. They forgot that I was waiting and shut off the lights in the waiting room. Other than that, the guys who worked there were polite and didnt try to upsell me filters or new tires so that is a plus.

My battery was badly corroded, they replaced the battery and terminals all for the cost of the battery and $5 for the new terminal install. The manager Alex took and out to my car and showed me what they were doing and made sure I was okay with it. This was a lot of work and there was no extra charge for it.

I paid them to put on new tires and replace my valve stems. After leaving I realized that they tried to take off the valve stems with pliers and tore them all up, then left them on. So when I got home my tire was completely flat leaked my air from the valve stem. Later on I went to get my tires rotated only to find out they had cross threaded several of my lug nuts. They are completely incompetent!!!

Extremely slow service when purchasing tires. If they tell you 1.5 hours expect another 45 to 60 minutes. But the prices are good.

SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE!I just called the auto center to be certain the tires I needed were in stock. The man who answered the phone said no one is here and hung up. If this is really the level of customer service this walmart has to offer the manager should really reevaluate the people he or she allows on there staff.

I bought a full set of tires here and have had nothing but problems. I tried to save money and it has cost me in the long run, time and money. They sold me a defective tire and I had to pay the prorated price to replace it. They repaired the value stem on the wrong tire the next time I had to come back with trouble.Stay away! Use a reputable tire store instead. Its worth it to not have to deal with the headaches Walmart causes and their poor customer service.

I just left Walmart tire in Fuquay I have a 2001 Ford Escape ordered tires from Walmart. Com had sent to store arrived a day earlier just left from there. They installed 4 new tires left blue on all 4 tires didn’t clean it off. They did an oil change was suppose to be the cheapest pit crew they chose upon themselves to do the standard oil change $10 higher. They were suppose to vacuum out yea I still have trash in the floor board. I asked she said oh they did the standard I said well it was suppose to have been the cheapest. I won’t be going back. Looks like after spend $550 they’d at least get the blue off of my white letters. 🤷‍♀️ Christy Ogburn

I have a newish Ford Escape, and I needed a new battery. Called, they said they could install it (I told them the battery was difficult to get to). Brought in the car, showed them that the battery was hard to get to. They said they could do it. After waiting for 40 min, they said they couldnt get to the battery. A big waste of time. The people were friendly enough, but know if your battery is difficult to get to, they cant do it.

I waited 2 hours to get an oil change only to find out that couldnt take the drain pan out . Before I decided to get it I ask how long it was going to take and I was told it was going to be an hour at the most . I got here a 7:20 am and got my car out at 10:00 am and nothing was done to it . They slow, they even had my cell phone number and didnt bother to call to let me know they couldnt do it . Poor costumer service and when I told the how frustrated I was for waiting for so long without knowing what was going on and were rude and gave me a lot of attitude. I will never come back to get an oil change here . I feel bad for all the costumers who probably had the same experience I did .

New battery, reasonable, fast and efficient!

Brought my truck in for an oil change. After waiting an hour and Ffifteen minutes I check With the lady at the counter and was told she didn’t have any paperwork on my truck. She is typing away on her computer trying to find out something (she has my keys - so she knows “it’s done”). Fifteen minutes later a service tech comes in and she asked him, his reply “oh..... the plug is to tight, we had to decline the oil change.. no one told you? Huh”She just hands my my keys and says “sorry”. Just waisted an hour and a half for NOTHING! Thanks Walmart Car Care Center in Fuquay Varina, NC.

Its Walmart so I was not expecting stellar service and they didnt provide it.
