I had not had an occasion to wear a formal ball gown for years and so had not a reason to visit the the Legendary Enchanting Moments Bridal store in Fuquay-Varina. Having not needed a formal wear dress for many years, I had not realized how much the formal wear industry had changed and that stores generally do not carry ready to sale formal wear but instead all would need 10 to 12 weeks to order a ball gown. I was shocked at how many stores I called and got the same answer, Sorry, you are out of luck. When I called and spoke with Debbe Gardner at Enchanting Moments, I did not get the patented refusal to help me - instead I got this - Let me see what I can do to help you. I have vendors who can work with me in emergency situations and I think I will be able to get you a dress in time for your big event! Did she ever! She showed me a few different dresses we could order and get in time and we discussed a few of the cosmetic changes I wanted to make. She made sure we got the extra fabric we needed to make my changes and her seamstress Fay fitted the dress to me, perfectly, and made the additions I wanted. Within a few weeks I went from desperately seeking a gown to being the Belle of the Ball! I cant thank Debbe and her staff enough for not only helping me out in an urgent situation but making sure I had one of the most beautiful dresses at the big event. I am a fan for life and highly recommend Enchanting Moments and the *****5 Star service. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

DO NOT RISK GOING TO THIS STORE. I got married 2 years ago and to this day I regret my dress. I was told they could adjust the dress in the bust and was told by the salesperson Lisa that they do a bust alteration on this dress all the time. I was then told by the seamstress who has worked there for 30 years that they never have altered this dress. I learned this only after I had gone in for 3 fittings and none of the alterations were done. The seamstress who fitted me never did any of the alterations so at the last minute I was pass on to the elderly seamstress. On teh Thursday of my wedding the seamstress was sitting in my living room trying to fix my dress. They lied to me the whole time. They are AWFUL. There are tons of other shops you can go to...dont risk going here. I cannot even order pictures head on b/c my dress looks awful. My boobs were hanging out EVERYWHERE on teh day of my wedding. I was ashamed to walk into my church with that dress on. I was not able to dance or really bend over and talk to people at tables without covering my chest. I am NOT exaggerating. I had no chance to purchase another dress b/c my dress was not ready until 48 hours before my wedding. They are simply awful and should not really be in business. This is supposed to be a beautiful day and me, my mother and my father were embarassed of how I looked. DO NOT SHOP HERE. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH THIS IMPORTANT DAY.
