My daughter needed a dress for her homecoming dance, and a friend recommended we try Serendipity. Oh my goodness! What a wonderful store! Not only did we find the perfect dress, but I found a work dress, a shirt for my other daughter, and four (!) pairs of shoes. I could have spent hours browsing through this wonderful shop! Serendipity is my new favorite store, and my daughter and I will definitely be back.

This place is WONDERFUL! It has a large selection of Brand Name Items and Great Prices! I’ve never been disappointed and always had a great shopping experience. The Best part is the Owner Jenna, she is exceptional business woman with a big heart. She knows all her clients by name and very sweet! If you haven’t been there, please check it out!

I am older and have a rounder figure so I didnt think Id find anything in MY size or style. I bought a pair of blue suede shoes Elvis and I can sing about and two great blouses within minutes of walking into the store. Then when going to my car, I lucked out on a sales rack and bought two pair of pants! Ive also got a couple of purses on my wish list. What a gem in Fuquay-Varina. Plus, the owner is gracious, kind and helpful. Serendipity, indeed!

Pretty pricey for consignment goods. I went there because they had a picture of Tieks on their website. However, I didnt see any in their store.

The staff is very friendly, clothes are all clean and nice. I enjoy this store because they have a wide range of sizes and they even have clothes that fit me and are still nice. So many thing can be found here from clothes, to jewlery, to make up, to terrariums. I honestly cant wait to go back and look for something to dazzle my family and friends with

Love shopping at Serendipity! Friendly staff. Great variety. Very clean. No musty odors like most thrift stores! Even got my family to get me a gift certificate for Christmas last year. Favorite thrift store!!

I had to wait about a month to bring in my items. That was the soonest appointment she had. I showed up exactly on time and was turned away because they do not take kids clothes. I quietly turned and walked away with my son. On of the girls working there came out and verified my name. Either way they dont take childrens clothing. We left. I remembered on the drive home that I was specifically told when I called that they do not take Garanimals which is a kids line of clothes from Wal-Mart. So I called to let them know that whoever I scheduled with told me this. They proceeded to tell me maybe I called another store. No. You even came out and knew my name. I was transferred to the manager because she didnt like my tone. Wait what Im frustrated and Im calling to try and make sure the same mistake doesnt happen to someone else and now Im getting blamed for the mistake!! I advised the manager that I know I called the right store because I live in the same town as the store so I know where I called plus the verification of my appointment after I left. She proceeded to act like it was my fault and tell me I was being unreasonable. I just hung up. Dont bother giving these unprofessional people your business!!!

Was in the store while in NC this past wee! Wow I actually got a pair of citizens for humanity jeans!They fit great and the price was only $20.00 what a find! This store is great.

I am from Michigan and have family that live here in Fuquay Verina. This is my 2nd time in this store and by far this store outranks nearly any resale shop Ive been to. Have to give a shout out if you are ever visiting in Plymouth, MI check out Second Time Around in Plymouth.

I think this store is just awesome. The owners are always friendly and very professional. I see reviews that say that clothes are overpriced, but I think that those are just people who dont realize that they only take name brand clothing. They dont typically take used clothes from Target and stuff… Which is NICE for the rest of us who arent looking to buy junk. I cosign clothes here and I think its just the best surprise to get a check in the mail after my clothes sell. The only thing is that I wish there was a much larger selection of younger clothing, as it seems the majority is middle age clothing, so Fuquay needs some young people to start consigning!
