I did not purchase anything, I just went on to see what they had. The people that work there were VERY friendly and helpful! They took the time to tell me about all of their products. The have refrigerated and frozen prepared meals and they make their own sausage. I will definitely go back to buy something!

Great! Delicious homemade Italian food, amazing quality. Prepared meals ready to go, you heat them at home. We got the spinach lasagne and an order of meatballs, both a family hit! We highly recommend.

Very nice place & people,best italian sub that I have had. Sandwich was prepared perfectly & wrapped properly. The owner gave me a sample of the broccoli salad. I will definitely be back.

I also got charged CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE for using my debit card. Customers should be informed about this, so they can make a choice to buy here or not. Sandwiches are average at best. There is a sign posted about getting a free ride in the police car if you steal from me ... and nothing happens if you steal from me?

This is actually a nice family run Italian market cleverly hidden within a gas station. They sell fresh food, meals for two, meat, fresh bread

The service and people are FANTASTIC!!! Great conversations and respect between the people and customers. The subs were not very good though. We ordered Italian subs and rubens. The ruben had very little meat and sauerkraut, a very small sandwich for $8. The Italian subs only had ham and turkey on them. The ham was a prosciutto, so it was very fatty and salty. They didnt include any salami or pepperoni. The coleslaw and potato salad had no flavor either. We heard great things about the food but when actually eating it ourselves, we were very underwhelmed.

Always delicious food and excellent service. Today they were out of what I wanted but the young man working there made up an order right away for me in just a short time .

The cashier doesn’t ask if your paying cash or credit card and always charges extra credit card fees. I’ve been their only 4 times and every time the same lady charged me extra even when she knew I was paying cash. DONT LET THEM CHEAT YOU!

Ive had the food and it was ok. My complaint is not being able to get a receipt at the gas tank. I have to go inside to get one every time. It defeats the purpose of paying at the pump. Once I was told they want to get people to come inside.

Was hoping for a much better customer service experience having read the mostly positive reviews. Not sure if it was just an off day but service was not friendly at all. I was the only customer in the store at the time I visited. Was excited to browse around to see what they had to offer and anticipated going home with much more than I did. I was a bit surprised that none of the prepared foods had any dates on them and no other information aside from a name (i.e. Meat Lasagna). Great, what kind of meat? Is there pork (sausage) and beef, just beef? I was not sure if the items were fully cooked. I wanted to ask this question after having visited another establishment where the items look cooked but were raw. When the gentlemen finally came over to the cash register, I asked if the item was fully cooked and the best way to prepare it. He gave me a strange look and with an off-putting attitude said Well it IS frozen.... So defrost it and then put it in the oven. It wasnt what he said but definitely the WAY he said it. I really felt like I was annoying him just being a customer in his store as though I came in at a really bad time. Seemed like his day was off to a bad start and my presence at that time made it worse somehow. My whole interaction (albeit not even that long) with him was very weird. I wanted to ask about the other items in the case and was going to purchase a few other things that looked good but just left with the 2 things I picked up. I wanted to purchase a few sausage pinwheels and some stuffed peppers but didnt even bother asking about them. He asked if I was paying cash or credit card and when I answered, he seemed annoyed by that too. I almost asked him if he was having a bad day. It was just really odd from what I was expecting and hoping for. Im a friendly person and dont need the red carpet rolled out but figured a place like this trying to establish itself would have better customer service. Im from up North too and wanted to engage with this guy to tell him I was happy there was finally an authentic Italian market in my area. However, his totally off-putting attitude just made me want to get the heck out of there. I probably should have put my items back and walked out. Id like to give them another try but Im unsure. I will say the woman that was in the cooking area did yell out a big friendly Hello and maybe I would have had a better experience with her. Wish I could have had the friendly experience like I read about in other posts on here and another site. Oh well. I havent had a chance to try the food yet but hoping it is much better than the customer service I received.
