Cashiers are very friendly and helpful.Although I am retired its nice to see people who want to work.This store has a nice supply of Halloween items and they are currently switching over to Christmas items.Theres plenty of stock on the shelves.I make holiday displays and I found of great decorations to work with.Every year this store has something different.I been going to this store for 5 years and spoke with the many employees this store hires.Each one Ive met have an excellent attitude and work ethics.In general..they know how to treat customers!I rate this Dollar Store in Fuquay Varina next to Harris Teeter 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!....Dollar Tree.

This location is fairly big. The selection of items seemed lacking despite how big it is. Nice and clean location. There wasnt too many people there. They dont enforce or make employees wear masks but they do have a protector screen. Idk people/customer dont wear mask anymore.

Clean store.Workers are nice friendly and helpful.They have Easter merchandise.Some Ramadan decoration, I hope they will bring more (plates, napkins, table cloths).Great location.

As a general rule this Dollar Tree doesnt have most of the new and hot items that are mentioned and posted on YouTube. This store gets some books. This store does have a small crafters section. This store does recieve some of the new cosmetic items. There is not a refrigerated section but there are foods and a big snack section. If you need seasonings this Dollar Tree is a good one to shop at. In the town of Holly Springs there is a much bigger Dollar Tree with a refrigerated and freezer section. They usually have the hard to find items and I recommend that you get there early in the day for best results. Plus this store has very rude employees (one in particular) who makes me resolute not to return again. Im going to report this store to corporate

This place has the worst customer service I have seen in years. The gentleman cashier was so rude 1st he lied about his register being closed as he was checking out a customer so I walk to the next register then as there is only 1 open lane and 10 people bhind me he walked bk to his register and stared checking out customers . The wait time was over 8 minutes they need corporate to come and evaluate this nasty always out of stock rudest service ever store.

Got lots of goodies there. Some for now. Some for Christmas. Only problem I had was register was giving us a problem, holding everything up. But my cashier was nice about it. I recommend Dollar Tree to anyone who needs a few inexpensive small things.

It had everything I needed. There was a line, but its expected on a Saturday evening. Was clean, but didnt have notice much. I was in and out. Bought a pretty gift bag and the paper, they had a lot of options. I was pleased with what I got.

Right now I am sitting in Dollar Tree with one cashier and the line is around the store almost. I am giving cheers to the cashier. She is the only here working so I am giving the store 5 stars because she is working her arms while in this hot, no AC on, with at least 20 people. Props to her!!

I’m sorry to have to write this, But this store is a dump. It’s very DIRTY, very under staffed, & unorganized. Someone from the district level needs to have a hard look at it. I drive out of my way to visit a much nicer store.

This Dollar Tree needs help. I understand bc I worked in retail that a lot is asked of employees but could we be a little nicer and friendly, a great attitude can go a long way. This store is consistently clean and well set up but shelves are always mostly empty with little on display.I would love to see more crafting supplies, if you check out Lizzy and Erin on Facebook, you’ll see that these live video crafting gals are your best saleswoman, check them out, they use many of your store items to craft with and are always mentioning your stores. Dollar Tree is a great place to shop for odds and ends of a temporary use. Also a great place for snacks and cards.

The employees there are not required to wear masks . The girl checking me out said it was too hot. Most had on masks but if your a cashier u should be wearing a mask. I was told to call the corporate office if I had a complaint. WOW.

Always able to quickly run in and stock up on household items. The savings on brand name paper towels, napkins, freezer bags and trash bags keeps extra $$ in my pocket ☺

The shopping experience at this store was ok, but the other customers in line three were trying to get me in trouble like it was nothing. Other than that, I know how to respect my elders, especially the one who was working on line three. His name was Mr. Jerry, and he was showing me how he was doing his job the Democratic way. Im not here to cause confrontation or any other problems, but please, Im a Democrat just like he is. Ive been a Democrat since I was ten years old, and now Im 32 years of age and already know how the system works. If Mr. Jerry didnt want any problems, then he would have told the other customers to shut their mouths so he could do his job. Otherwise, the next time I come back and stuff like this happens again, trust me, Mr. Jerry will might as well lose some of his customers other than me if he doesnt hush his own mouth beating me over the head like Im the one with the problem instead of other customers. God knows that I didnt cause any problems in this Dollar Tree Store. All I did was minded my business and paid $1.07 for totally awesome cleaning spray so I could get up out of here. This is why Mr. Jerry would have to miss me with his intimidating behavior towards me lol. Also, if the other lines are not open besides line three, then thats the problem.

My husband loves to refill our grandsons goody bag for days he is extra good. He loves what he can get for a few dollars and little guy gets to pick anything he wants

Great customer service at this location. Always someone who can help when needed. Good selection and their balloons last forever, great spot for birthday supplies and gift wrap, bags, etc.

Awful experience today. The store manager was rude to myself and another employee there. She only came out of the little office if there was a long line only to shout next in line then cash, check or charge. Store was disorganized and dozens of unopened boxes in the middle of the aisles. This manager should learn how to treat the customers and her staff. All of the other Dollar Trees Ive been to have very nice employees and a clean store.

I love this store. I just walk through and always find things I can use or try new food.

Positives:Good stock generally - I love that I can buy the almost elegant glassware, chic white plates, bowls, & coffee cups, kitchen cleaning items, Scotties facial tissues, small bags of candies, chocolates for guests, small containers of auto interior & exterior sprays, cleaning supplies, & car washing mitts, fantastic buys occasionally, like the NICE desk lamp my sister bought, and the wonderful selection of gift bags, etc. - all for $1.00!Negatives:Really nice cashiers :) but one very grumpy employee stocking shelves who doesnt like to be bothered helping with a question about an item. :(The Dollar Tree store in Fuquay has some issues with cleanliness, i.e., trash being allowed to run over in the trash can out front and employees smoking out front of the store near the entrance. The Holly Springs store is better at keeping everything clean and smoke-free (so far in my experience), so I prefer the Holly Springs store, but I do like the inventory in the Fuquay store and I am very familiar with how the store is laid out. For these reasons, I shop at the Fuquay store about once every couple of weeks when I am already in town, so I give them three stars.

I just thought it was strange how the cashier said hello to caucasian customers but when I walked up to her and smiled she didnt say hi and once everything was rung up she didnt give me my total. I had to look at the display above the cash register to see how much I owed her.Lets work on that!!! Lowkey racism isnt flattering.

Never had any bad experiences but they are smaller and very limited on items. Larger stores in Fayetteville have been better to find stuff in.

Our family is here probably about once a week. We pretty much get all our gifting supplies (wrapping paper, cards, balloons, etc), party / picnic supplies here and walk the seasonal areas often looking for seasonals (beach/pool stuff, school supplies, holidays, etc). Like other DTs (tho smaller), this place is we well shopped and may carry temp items so if you see something and decide not to get it, you might not see it again. My son and I are still salty we didnt buy more 20+ pack nerf bullets many months ago. :)
