I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! So glad I found it!!!The banana nut is too die for!!!!! Best meal replacement shake I have ever tasted!!! And the atmosphere is so welcoming! I’m so thankful I can pass up Burger King to get a smoothy here!!!!

I am sad to post this! I wanted to love this place!I found them while googling for a tropical smoothie near me! And was excited to find them! I paid twice the price for a smaller, less tasty, poorly blended smoothie! I have been juicing and blending my breakfasts for the past month now so it’s important that they are of good enough quality to replace a meal! This was not. I will however go and give the Teas a try and update this when I do! I would also like to say that I wasn’t pleased with the flavor options or the super long wait !

The staff (LaZaria) and owner (Pam) are very personable and knowledgeable of the products. The shakes are truly meal replacement quality and the different teas work wonders. One of my favorite places.

I started going to the nutrition spot on chenal originally, but then this location opened up near my work. My first time going was good. Every time since, the girl has been show and had no enthusiasm. Today I tried to order a tea and she cut me off saying OK were out of this and that. So then I asked what they had and she answered, so I tried to ask what something treated like (sweet, sour etc), and I got its on the menu. Everything is on the menu.. I felt like she was super rude and honestly, not that I come often, but I dont really feel like I need to come back... Definitely not the same atmosphere or vibe as the nutrition spot.
