Kb Johnson services my home as well as my place of business and we could not be happier with the service we receive. I was out at a local restaurant with two other coworkers when we ran into the owner. He went out of his way to introduce himself and bought our lunch to show his appreciation for our business. There is no doubt the success of their business is due to the relationships they build with their customers.

KB Johnson oil is fantastic! Quentin, one of the employees, spent at least an hour to an hour and a half to find fittings for me to fix my gas grill. Total cost, $4. These guys were so patient and kind with me that I am never using anyone else for propane. I dont care if I have to fly from Texas or California back to Fuquay North Carolina, I will only use them because of their kindness, honesty, professionalism, and above all patients! I simply cannot recommend them enough!

Wonderful people! Worried about having no propane and using all my gas running around... went online and found KB Johnson ... sent message after hours and they responded before opening an assured me they had propane. There was a line but everyone, customer and associates were pleasant, friendly and calm! You ALL rock! New and happy customer.

Always fun place to visit

In addition to great propane service, I have had an excellent experience dealing with KB Johnson Oil in helping repair both my propane grill and expensive Viking stove. The grill was old and pretty well shot, or so I thought. It is a Broilmaster and the outside was still in great shape, but all of the insides were in bad repair. That included the burners, grill grates and even the briquettes. My husband had tried to get parts to fix it, but no one seemed to have them. I mentioned to my representative that I guess I was just going to get another one, and he sent a repairman out to quote the repair. It was done fast and efficiently and within a reasonable budget (much less than a new unit). I was so impressed that I asked for a quote on refurbishing my Viking Range. The 20 year old stove is now in excellent condition, a result I only could hope for! Good Job KB Johnson! Thank you.

They are a great local propane distributor. Their hours for drive up tank filling are fairly short but not bad. They also offer Saturday filling seasonally.

I had a really hard time finding a gas company online with halfway decent ratings. We asked our neighbors for a recommendation and I have them to thank for referring us to KB Johnson. At KBJ, someone always answers the phone, services are ON TIME or a minute early for any appointment (rare in todays world), they stick to their quotes, and everyone Ive come in contact with is knowledgeable and patient, especially Tim, who found a leak in our gas fireplace and dealt with my ridiculous questions with a smile on his face. So far, so good. Im very happy with our gas company thus far and would recommend KB Johnson to anyone needing gas.

If you want to spend your winter in the cold, these are the people to call.I called on Monday for a serviceman on to work on the controls on myblower for my gas logs, they said Tim could come out on Friday - he did,but it was Friday four weeks later. After he left ($108.12 later) I triedthe blower - did not work - called the office, they said they would relaythe information to hIm. That was 12 days ago. So far, no response. Nomore K. B. Johnson for me.
