Very satisfied with the service I received at Carolina Monogram and Company! I had a graduation stole that had been embroidered two years ago and needed to be updated, but the place i had originally gotten it embroidered had since closed. I took it to Carolina Monogram and Company and they did a fantastic job matching the previous work! They showed me the thread colors to make sure we had the best match, and had it ready in a week (pretty great, considering the pandemic circumstances). They were friendly and professional, and I am very happy with the final product. Would recommend you check this place out for your embroidery needs!

The owner and employees are very kind and knowledgeable about their line of work. I have brought in countless items to be monogrammed as well as purchased many birthday, Christmas gifts as well as items for myself over the years. Keri has special ordered items for me for a bridal shower and most recently she worked with my husband with his t-shirts and baseball ball caps. High quality screen screen printing and embroidery. She gave us wonderful service. The only thing I would suggest is during the holiday season allow yourself a week; 2 at most for turn around, they are very busy and sometimes it can take longer then the normal 3 day turn around to get your order due to the volume of work they are doing.

One of the employees was nice while the owner was really rude to my grandmothers when they went to go pick up my shirts for college while I was at work. They never double checked the spelling of one of the words so it was spelled wrong and I had to get them redone. They said they would have them done the next day to find out they were barely touched so now I have to wait another day. Thank God I didnt procrastinate to get these done or else I wouldnt have a proper uniform for my classes

Really give a 0. Poor communication from Keri Zollo. Gave her my order, recd but was not what was discussed she was going to correct...2 weeks later went to p/u was not finishes wasted trip. Went back and forth in messages finally got item. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Find someone else! !

Poor customer service! Quality merchandise poor! Not what I ordered, blamed it on everything but herself. Do not order from her, go across the street for better service.

IF 0 star was an option they deserve it. DO NOT SHOP HERE! The owner is rude and unprofessional. I brought in 3 shirts to have printed with my logos on it. They did the complete opposite of what I asked for, so she offered to replace. Which I thought was great. After having already paid for the shirts I didn’t hear from her for 4months. When I emailed her I was told she forgot the shirts at the dry cleaners.. not sure why they were there. I then email a week later and I’m told she ordered me new shirts which again I’m confused about when I was previously told they were at the dry cleaners. I then go into her store to get my shirts and my money back and she flips out telling me I brought her dirty shirts and it was my fault it took 4months to return my shirts. She’s not professional at all I would run far away from here if you want things done right and on time don’t shop here! Once I finally got the replacement shirts, I was one shirt short and one was a XXL. I wear a large and large is what I brought in. When I tried to get this fixed I was told and this comes from her email to me, “I will no longer be reading or responding to any of your emails as I do nothave the time or energy to be involved with this negative situation. Ihave done all I can and will do.”Thank you Keri CowhamRun far far away!
