Bought a gun safe for $500. When I got it home the inside had mildew or mold on it. Contacted TSC about it. After long waits for responses and multiple emails from me they told me I would have to bring the 212 pound safe back in at my own cost to receive a replacement. After that they never responded to my emails again and they rejected my review of the product on their website.

Love Tractor Supply can always find something that I can find use for. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Had chicks and ducks for sale this trip and my 4 year old loved them. Huge selection of boots/clothes and everything else you could think of. Thanks will be back!!

After a snaffu with an on line grass seed order that arrived in store then was damaged in store (this particular grass seed is harder to locate than the holy grail) the manager John actually drove to another branch and picked up another one for me and brought it to Fuquay. Now if that isn’t great customer service I don’t know what is. 5*s

Every time we go everyone is very nice and helpful. They dont have dog sweaters through. They did have a great toy for my little guy!

This place is my first stop for pet supplies! I have 3 full size dogs so food can get pricey. Especially because one of my dogs has allergies. The food is competitively priced. The thing that has impressed me the most is when they are out of the bigger bags I need, the manager will give me multiple smaller bags for the same price. This is a big deal because I am extremely limited on the kinds of food my pups can eat. They have a good variety of specialty foods, grain free, weight management, performance, high protein etc. Outside of food they also carry shots for animals. It is much cheaper to purchase the shots and give administer them myself. Although it is worth mentioning that rabies needs to be done by vet so they can register it. Every other shot Ive needed I get from here. They also carry more pet supplies than I expected. My dog had an ear infection so I decided to see if they carried Zymex otic, before ordering online. To my surprise they did! Also, get bladder control pills for my pup with incontinence. Point being, I purchase almost all my pet supplies from tractor supply. I may be able to get it for a buck or two cheaper online(usually only cents cheaper) but Id rather put money in the community than feed the Amazon giant. The hardware(nuts and bolts) section is also impressive and is by the pound, which is usually cheaper than big box stores.

The best alternative to Home Depot and Lowe’s. You get friendly setvice + all the great “pet/animal” service and support.

So tonight we had a calf go down... mama stopped producing milk. I had to go and get supplies from tractor supply in Fuquay varina and I called before I arrived. I needed to get electrolytes in this baby quickly so time was definitely a factor. I called and told them what I needed and they had it at the door waiting for me to pick up. I walked in and they said are you the one with the baby calf I said yes. They opened a register and checked me out immediately. I was in and out in a blink of an eye. This was outstanding customer service!! And we greatly appreciate everything they did for us tonight!

Our family loves Tractor Supply (TS)! They have all the vegetable seeds, pet food, and chicken feed brands that we typically buy, and their customer service is excellent. The cashiers and store employees are courteous and always help me get the 40 / 50 lbs. feed bags out to the car, which I would struggle to do by myself, being a petite woman.They have cool lines of Western boots and garden shoes. I absolutely LOVE wearing my garden shoes I bought from TS for rainy weather or for working in our garden beds. And my sister and I love their cotton shirt line for ladies ... the shirts are SOFT and just the right thickness for summertime.We also have used their Saturday PetVet Clinics. They offer a great price for your annual or semi-annual pet exams (and vaccinations, if you choose to give them).I recommend Tractor Supply as a home and garden store that feels like you are dealing with friends.

Great place for many home and garden needs. Youll find things that are useful on a large farm or in a small yard. The staff is friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about the products they sell. Is addition to outdoor equipment, tools, animal feed and other farm supplies they also carry good quality durable clothing and footwear.

Dont go here for nuts and bolts. Some of the other stuff is okay, but if part of your purchasing needs includes nuts and bolts plan on driving to Garner or Womble Hardware in Lillington.

Wow...ordered a grill online for customer pickup. We met Cheryl and everything went perfect. She helped us to breakdown the grill so it would fit in our Grand Cherokee and then helped up load it. She ran around the store looking for the grill cover we needed too! Customer service is definitely the priority. I so appreciate all she did to help us! Everytime I shop at TSC the staff is eager to help and always knowledgeable. Today I was filling propane cylinders and I did have to go back into the store about 10 minutes after the first time to ask for some assistance again. Im sure its a case of only having one trained employee, but I would have appreciated a little quicker attention. I probably wouldnt have gone back so quickly but another customer arrived with his tank to refill as well. Still, very pleasant, courteous and helpful.

Great local spot when you dont have to go to the orange box store. Got my fence gate here! They help me maintain my yard with all the good stuff.

One of the things I like the most about TSC is that if you only need one washer or one bolt, you can buy just that and its sold by the weight. Its usually a lot cheaper than going elsewhere and having to buy a package for considerably more! I love this place!

Wide variety of products but sometimes it takes forever to check out... not from long lines but from a longer than usual check out process... at least the few times weve purchased here.

I placed an online order for containment fencing. I arrived and it was immediately loaded for me into my vehicle. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I will definitely make this location my favorite on their app!

I come here religiously for my staples for horses, goats, chickens and dogs. As soon as I walk through I ask if Teresa or Cheryl are working. They are beyond helpful, i like them a lot plus we catch up. I do love Tim who is a recent hire. He is super friendly and always eager to assist with whatever I’m on the hunt for. Met Jon the manager the other day for the first time and he is also great, friendly and hard working.

Always well stocked on the products I buy. A very clean store. Employees always friendly and willing to help. Sometimes Ive found items here that I couldnt find at other hardware stores. A great place to just browse ... always something of interest 😊.

Needed trailer parts. Theres an extensive selection of trailer parts and lots of very helpful employees to around to help me find what I needed.

I shouldnt have to get my own cart for things Ive ordered on the internet. I shouldnt have to ask if there is Timothy hay in the back every time Im there. The store manager shouldnt act like there is nothing he can do to fix his own inventory. I shouldnt have to call corporate just to get the store manager to fix his own inventory. He shouldnt be rude to his own corporate when they call. They have the product now. Took 2 weeks, 4 trips, and 1 call to corporate. Please note: I have been working in retail for 13 years. I have been a retail General Manager. I know how inventory works. I know how auto-fill orders work (inventory replenishment). I do not call corporate on a whim. Takes a lot for me to get to that level. Do better.

This store is so unique. I go in to get huge bags of dog food, and end up leaving with some unique trinket every time. Very nice staff too! Almost every time I check out theres someone who offers to help me load those huge bags into my car. You have to stop by. It really is hard to explain Tractor Supply. You just have to experience it, and then you realize you are no longer able to do without it. The Retreiver brand dog food is my dogs favorite and the vet told me that its a good brand. Go Tractor Supply, savings and the stuff is good for the dogs. Yeah!

Tractor Supply has some things for sure! However, I am not a fan. The employees do not seem engaged, and, knowledgeably about their products. Also, I was in to purchase a non-selective herbicide and they had different sizes of the same brand sattered around the store. I almost purchased more than I needed because it seemed that was all that they had.

I generally buy animal feed on Amazon, but having a neighborhood store nearby is great - especially since it can compete and have nice people to assist. I had one of the most knowlegable associates helping me buy dog food - I was thoroughly impressed!

Poorly managed. Today, for the second time at this store, I called to check if an item was in stock and was told yes, we have 60 of them, only to learn after I drove 20 miles to the store that they were completely out of stock on my item. Their computer inventory is not up to date and they didnt bother to check with their eyes. Also, while they stock landscape fabric (weed control) they do not carry the staples or pins required to hold it down. Very strange. On the plus side, Theresa, one of the managers, was very nice and tried her best to help me locate stock at another store. Ultimately, though, it was easier for to drive to Agri-Supply in Garner - they are a much better supplier of garden and farm supplies - they have better selection and TONS of inventory!

Rude staff, no one offers to help you. I was told one thing on the phone and when I went to the store the rude staff member who seems to busy to help me rudely said she wouldnt unload the truck for just one item. She didnt even try to help me find it on the shelf. Every time I go everyone looks like there miserable. I just go get what I need and leave. Not a friendly experience.

I get several items here and their prices are fantastic. I have to drive a little out of the way, but the deals are worth it. Biggest opportunity is customer service. Theyre usually running around moving things or talking to one another instead of engaging customers.

I have been promised repeatly by the manager Jon that the horse feed we use would be in stock. However for the last 2 plus months they have been out of Sentinel Performance. Yesterday was the last straw! While trying to select another equine feed product that would fit our needs I asked for assistance from a store associate, he was more interested in chatting with a friend than helping a customer. When checking out the associate at the cash register said they had technical issues unsure how technical issues affects customer service by someone stacking feed. The 5 star reviews must come from people who pick up what they want and never need assistance

We have been to Tractor Supply 2 times. The first time I bought rubber boots. The display had 19.99 tags all over the shelves. When we approached the register cashier said the boots were actually 29.99. They rang up. 25.00. She said it was a customers fault for the situation. We did purchase the boots. Our second trip we chose a tool and a card. Different cashier goes to find tool price and does not come back. When I go show her where they are located she will not look. She says you must by 2 of the tools at twice the price. I do not need 2 of the same tool. Then she tells me it is a customers fault. Congratulations tractor supply you train your cashiers well. Heaven forbid one might attempt to buy a high price item! Both occasions there was one or two other customers in the store. I understand why . Did not make second purchase and will not go back.

This store has it all. Its like Harbor Freight Tools on steroids. Staf is friendly and knowledgeable. You can hangout here for hours and still not have seen it all.

Worst TSC in 100 miles. Constantly out of common items including feed. If you go there for 3 things you might end up with 2.

Tractor Supply had Winter Rye seed for $5 less per 50 lb bag than my regular supplier, where I spend tens of thousands of dollars.They also carry Carharrt clothes, which I love.Very friendly staff, and it doesnt take as long as it used to to check out.

Tried to order a kayak on their website. Seemed to be fine when I ordered, but I quickly got a notification that they had cancelled my order. They didnt say why it was cancelled. I assumed it was because they had miscounted their stock, but I tried calling them anyway to see if I could possibly get it from another tractor supply. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and when I finally got a person on the line, they simply said they were out of stock and hung up. Not great customer service.

Obviously its a very niche store. It has some great deals on things like lawn seed yard and regular tools compared to the big box home stores. Their prices are really competitive.

This is the best store in Fuquay. My mother went there Tuesday morning to get a generator. The staff got them pizza for waiting so long. The staff is great!!!!!

Pet friendly environment. Plus it has the cheapest farm animal goods. Employees are always ready to help you.

TSC has a good selection of supplies for home and farm. Our store has small section of clothing and boots but other stores have a larger selection. Their horse feed is a dollar a bag higher (for what I use) than our little independent feed store.

Always helpful, havent met an employee yet who wasnt eager and happy to help me.

Great place to shop for some tools and feed. I bought a seed spreader and it was bigger and heavier duty than the one at Home Depot for alot less money. Rubber tires versus the hollow plastic tires in HD. Better value.

Good products and prices. Clean store and enough room to have your shopping cart with you. Sometimes hard to find an employee though.

Good service, great help loading cattle panels. Feed prices reasonable and a good source of cheap but serviceable small livestock buckets. Only downside is they are moving towards prepackaged syringes and needles, which makes it extremely pricey to buy for vaccination, etc. So order those from Jeffers or something instead.

Usually get dog food, etc. from here...great selection of no grain & very reasonably priced. Also use pet vet for shots, scripts, etc...long lines but well worth it...seems like they can deal with all breeds, large to small & you cant beat their prices compared to the vets I used to use

Its a good smaller-sized store that carries the basics. They have ton more products on their website. Might need to go to more of a specialty store for specific or hard to find things (ie parts for lawn equipment, animal feed, erosion control, etc). Staff is pretty friendly there.
