This company has changed SO much in the last 4 years. We used them before and they were fantastic. However, this move was a whole different story. The day of the move we kept waiting and never heard from them, we called and were told we were 2nd move. Long story short it had to get rescheduled. The “manager” asked twice about the next day, and I had to keep explaining to him I couldn’t because my grandfathers funeral was the next day. The day of the move (which was scheduled to be a full pack and move) they walk in and say “does anything need to be boxed up?” I said umm yeah everything… they had ZERO packing supplies. Thankfully we provided 13 boxes. The stuff they packed was wrapped in our paper towels and clothes so it wouldn’t break. They couldn’t even properly tape boxes. They stuffed heavy stuff in a box with one piece of tape across the box but not even on the seam of the box (I’ll post pictures). They tore our brand new boxes that we planned to reuse or store stuff in. They stuffed them so full you couldn’t even close them. We found our salt and pepper shakers unwrapped, upside down in a box, with salt and pepper all over everything. It gets better… on the way from one location to the next they get in a fight with another person in a car and we have to call the police. The whole experience was an absolute nightmare. I would NEVER hire this company. They gave us a discount but after seeing how they packaged our things it was definitely not enough.

I had All My Sons booked for 11/6/21. They were supposed to give me a 45 minute notice and I only received a 25 minute notice (my new house was 30 minutes away) so I had to rush to get there. The move went as expected with no damage, but the cost was $250 more than estimated.I was estimated ~$600. Once the move was over and they showed me the bill it was right at $900 for a 1 bedroom apartment (furniture only). They charged 1 hour to get to and from their warehouse. I was never told about that charge. There was also a $27 credit card fee that I wasnt told about either. I wasnt given the choice to pay cash.When I contacted the company about it all they did was refund me the credit card charge. They told me I was given an email confirmation about the other charges (which I was never sent--I never even received a receipt). Do not do business with these crooks.

Customer service told me entire move should take 4 hours. It took 9 hours. I live alone (young female) and my new house was 15 min away. The 2 men who arrived moved slow, and did not use any team work to wrap or carry furniture. One guy will just be watching the other one. I also have a broken light fixture, and no mattress covers were used. One told me they get paid 17$ an hour, while the customer is left being charged 149$ hour rate for mediocre service, NOT experienced. Don’t let the quality phone service make you think this is a good moving company. I regret the decision

This is the worst company! Do not use! I booked my move with them for this Saturday, over two months ago in Holly springs. After committing to being at my house at 9 am, they then said it would be noon. I waited all day only to get a call from a “manager” around 5pm saying they couldn’t move me at all. Wouldn’t let me speak to a supervisor. I now had to hire another company, will need to take the day off, and move during the week. I still have not received back my $300 deposit which was the only thing they were quick about taking. Do not hire this company!

Was told that I would have 3 experienced movers upon arrive I thought they sent someone children a 17 year old that had been on job for one week and a couple of days. The oldest was 24 two which wereVery slinder in size and the other stocky built. The oldest had two years of experience I was quoted an estimate amount according to time to complete job which was 3 hours for travel to and from destination and five hours of packing I originally explained to lady who set up appointment that my furniture was heavy and big in size I also had pieces that were expensive in which I packed myself a long with person belongings after about 3 hours I was informed that all of my stuff was not going to fit at that time the leader in group call to inform his boss Justin that all would not fit on truck I talked to just his solution was to send a second truck at the rate of $40 additional an hour mind you I asked upon initial appointment if they would send someone out to look at home she asked for my address in whic she must have looked at pictures on line. To make long story short they ran out of supplies had to get more wrapping was told they couldn’t bring dresser from upstairs because to heavy headboard was dropped because 17 year old on cell phone was never given a contract in beginning until the end in which my name was forged never signed the manager Justin up price to almost 1900 from (I’m rounding off) 1600 too say he was giving me a 15% discount so he did a bate and switch move. My experience was horrible I still have to hire someone else to come and complete job. Customer care offered $250 off and I started so you will send someone back out to complete job for $250 crickets on the phone. Don’t use this company

Will never use again.1.Price was quoted differently than at the end of the job.2.Movers had no tools with them, even though items being moved were told to the person taking the scheduling the move.3.Did not finish the job b/c they said there was another job to go to.4.Was promised that it would not matter how long it would take to unload, but it would be done that day, what time they would finish a job, said by the same person that took the order, but then was told by another person in the office that it was too late in the day and we would have to wait the next day, thus, us being charged another day.*If we wouldve known they were going to charge us $1,400.00, we wouldve gone with another moving company that was more prepared.

I am so disappointed with this company. I scheduled my move for 3/20/2021, called at 8:30 am the morning of to confirm and was told I would receive a call 1 hr prior to arrival. Waited until 3pm and called again to verify again if they were coming. The representative told me there were no record of a move. I told him I spoke to someone earlier that morning to confirm. Again he voiced there was nothing on file and this late in the day all the trucks were out. This has been very inconvenient for me and I will never call this company or recommend to anyone. BUT WHEN I ASK FOR MY DEPOST BACK, He quickly told me he could compete that right away and I could find other arrangements with another company He lied from the beginning! How were you able to refund my deposit and you told me there werent any record of a move 🤔

Avoid this company at all costs. So much damage, unprofessional crew, office employees were unwilling to help, frequent changes in date of move and time of move, personal items were damaged, and the list goes on and on. I HAD TO REPAIR 14 HOLES IN MY WALLS WHEN THEY WERE DONE MOVING US OUT OF OUR HOUSE. No response from the company re: compensation. DO NOT USE THEM! WED GIVE 0 STARS IF WE COULD.

The crew at All My Sons was very professional hard-working, and were a great team. They did a great job taking care of our items, in a safe and speedy fashion. Very impressed and appreciative of their maneuvering of furniture into hard to reach areas. They were able to fit all our items into one truck. Glad we chose this company.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Worst moving company I have ever used. Dressed and behaved unprofessionally, took multiple breaks chit chatting and smoking, put 5 holes in my brand new house, never wrapped furniture damaging multiple pieces and have multiple items broken in boxes. Spoke to the General Manager a week ago where he was escalating the issue to the Regional Manager - have heard nothing. They were supposed to send someone this week to fix the damage to my house, still waiting on that. 3 Bedroom one story house where all the boxes were in the garage, moved 5 minutes down the road - took 6 hours and cost over $1300.

My initial quote was extremely underestimated. They charged me $700 more than I quoted. When I received the estimate on the virtual walk through of my house, the estimator advised to have their movers dismount large TVs and package them for shipment, because “if it breaks they will buy a new one”. On the day we received our goods, they unloaded the TV and the screen was cracked. My 65 inch $2000 TV is now garbage. I submitted the claim and they said all they were legally responsible for paying was $300. So with the underestimated quote and broken TV I lost $2400. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I should have moved myself. Simply just a terrible business.

This company is amazing. They are professionals when it comes to protecting your belongings & the care they give. I was very impressed with the process of the guys seeing what furniture I was moving & they knew how each piece would be wrapped & how they would move it. They valued the walls, door frames & the hardwood floors & treated everything like it was their own. Really nice guys & the office employees were great too. I would recommend All My Sons Moving for moving anything & for just moving things in my home when I need help. They are super! Give them a call & talk to Eric for all your moving needs.

I wish I could leave this local company a better review, but they cancelled our move an hour before they were supposed to show up; citing weather surges and insufficient staffing. That should tell you all you need to know... One star because the representative was nice, refunded our deposit, and offered to reschedule our move for a weekday morning at a 10% discount. As working people, we couldn’t swing a Tuesday morning. Not to mention, our lease ran out the day of the move. So, we rented a U-haul and hoofed from a third floor apartment to third floor apartment (at the same apartment complex) by ourselves. However, based on the other pitiful reviews I’ve read, I would say we dodged a major bullet! As a student, I have lots of classmates who seek moving assistance when their leases run out each summer. I guarantee I will do everything in my power to make sure that All My Sons does not get a single penny from any of them. If you’re someone that values transparency and reliability from a moving company, I would advise you to check out some other local companies.

The guys came out work. They worked and did not waste my time. They were knowledgeable and they trained new staff to work correctly and smartly. They worked didnt play around. Great crew. They were FANTASTIC, super professional, hard workers, honest, respectful, and very careful with our belongings. They made moving a 3000 sq ft home easy and did it all within an 8 hour day (large furniture AND boxes!). I cannot give them enough credit/praise in a single review.

We can’t say enough good about this veteran owned company! We looked at the reviews before booking with them, and called and spoke to the owner and expressed our concerns. We are super glad we went with them. As veterans, we have moved many times and had good and bad experiences. This was one of the best moves! We had closing date changes and Keenan was very accommodating to keep our goods on the truck for a few days. Chris’s team was very polite and professional! They called with an exact arrival time, and hit the ground running during packing and unpacking! They kept us informed of everything! Whatever the bad reviews are-give this company a chance! The movers took almost 9 hours to move just furniture!!! They were milking the time!!! We moved 4 houses down and only need the furniture moved, we had already moved the boxes ourselves.

The team of Mario, Theo, Jason and Brendon loaded the truck for my move. On moving day they called and set the expectations of their arrival. They arrived, took inventory of what was to go in the truck. Theo was an excellent packer and would build “walls” in the truck so no space would be wasted. I was amazed at the amount they were able to get in the truck. We thought it was going to take two. Jason, Mario and Brendon were very careful in disassembly and wrapping the furniture to be loaded. On delivery Shawn took Mario’s place and again- what a great team! Every box, every piece of furniture was carefully delivered and placed where it needed to go. They worked with a few short well deserved breaks. Overall, what was a stressful task turned out to be a very smooth process! Thank you to the teams and All My Sons Moving.

Had a great move with this team! They were able to handle all of the items in a timely fashion and were awersome. They kept me posted on the time frame of arrival and how they were going to go about meeting me at the new location. I really appreciate all of their work and the fact that everything was handled the way I would have done it myself. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

This was the worst moving experience I have ever had, and I have moved several times in my adult life. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVING NEEDS. Go literally anywhere else.First, we were supposed to have 3 people to move our stuff. Only 2 were able to lift heavy objects. I am pregnant and could have done the job of the third individual. SECOND, they shove a contract in your face after they initiate the clock (time to move which equals cost of the move). Make sure you read through it instead of rushing through to save time/money. What a SHADY practice. Shame on you, All My Sons. You should send the contract prior to the move.They got lost on the way to our new residence, adding time (and $$ to the total cost). Then they moved at a snails pace to unload (6 hours total - 2 more hours than any move has ever taken for me).The cherry on top was that they destroyed our dresser, a chair, and our Bowflex dumbbells (about 2k total damage - add that to the 1200 dollar move). How much will they compensate us for our broken things? Hahahaha....200 dollars. Oh, and when they damage your brand new house, will you be compensated?No.STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY.

Amazing staff. Everyone we talk to was very nice and never once pushy. Our crew was great. They were super friendly and worked quickly. The only reason I can’t give them 5 stars is they hit and knocked over one of our new neighbors mail box . They said they would go over and tell them. I’m not sure if they weren’t home or the crew didn’t go over there .But, I wasn’t happy that I had to meet my new neighbors over their damaged mail box. I just wish they could have left them a business card or note about it. Thankfully they were nice and understanding and I hope it was taken of. Otherwise they made our move easier!

The worst experience! I hired them to only move as little as 4 things, not only did they show up late but also i was promised that they were going to work in a timely manner. It was 3 men moving FOUR things and it took them over 4hours to do so. On top of that 3 out of the 4 things were completely damaged and missing. It’s been since October since I filed a claim and I just now heard back from them because I had to send them the info 3 times. I have payed $600, the drive was 15 mins. From the $600 they want to give me $80 back for having them damage all my things. Am I crazy or this is absolutely unprofessional.. for all that I could’ve just bought 4 new pieces of furniture.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the moving services I received on Saturday, July 25th, because I recommended this company to my lady to save money and time with our move. She typically hires a different moving company but they were booked so she decided to go with your company which in hindsight was a mistake. I thought she was receiving a reasonable price for your moving services but it ended up costing us more, not just financially but in time. The services we received reflected poor quality, poor value, unprofessionalism and unresponsiveness.The first hint of this was when she booked your services. She did not receive an acknowledgment email with the quote and had to call back several times before it was sent. When it was finally sent the date or quote were not included which caused a bit of concern but she decided to proceed anyway. An arrival time wasn’t given but was told that she was the second move of the day which turned out to be false and was actually the forth move of the day. When I called and asked if we could get an estimated time of arrival the lady who answered told me no because they had 20 trucks out and she could not give me a specific time on when the movers would be on their way and that they would call when they were an hour out from my house. The movers didn’t arrive until 6:30pm after they called at 5:00 pm and said that they 30-35 minutes out from my apartment, which caused me to adjust my line of fire to get things accomplished. We were quoted 3 movers and only received 2 movers, the gentlemen were complaining about how they werent even supposed to do our move and how they had to do our move because the original crew got into it with a customer and just quit the move and went home. After they were finished loading the few items i.e. dressers, tables, bed, couch, lamps they stated that they had not eaten and that they were going to stop and get something to eat. They didnt finish our move until 10:30 pm, after they left and we began to setup our furniture in different rooms and noticed that they damaged our furniture with tears in our couch, cracks in our tables and dressers.I will not be recommending nor will I be using your services ever again!!!

Zack and his crew from Raleigh South were fantastic. Not your typical no personality movers. They all had great attitudes and got the job done right. And not a single complaint, especially cause they moved us from the third floor. Appointment was set for 8:30 AM and they arrived on the dot. Highly recommend working with them!!

I requested a quote from Yelp* and received a call from All my Sons about an hour later. The salesperson was polite and informative. I received quotes from other movers and they were way out of my price range. After reviewing my options I called All my Sons back and spoke to an equally polite salesperson to schedule my move. I received a call from the local office two days before my move to go over the details (afternoon/morning, how many boxes, appliances, furniture, special care items...) they were very thorough. My move was afternoon and had an arrival window, 12 - 3pm. My movers called 20min out and showed at 1pm ans were very polite. The movers were well prepared and carful, but still quick. I was able to move in one day a 3 bedroom house completely!!! The office even called before the move was completed to check the quality of service!!! The price was very reasonable and the service was worth it!

Crew were okay, business practices though are abysmal. I was charged twice what I was quoted. I made the reservation with a crew of 4 only to receive a call the morning of my move saying I couldn’t do that which ended up causing a longer move which cost me much more. I was charged for the time the crew stopped to get lunch, crew left items in my apartment like furniture pads. When I called to complain I was given an attitude by the representative and told that he wasn’t any part of my move so he couldn’t help me and would have the manager call me back when he got in the office.....it’s been 3 weeks and still no call. I would highly recommend you chose anybody else for your move. Even if they quote you the lowest amount they will jack up your final cost with unforeseen fees

Our experience was great with these guys. They arrived early, and loaded our stuff from a garage and the apt. Coming out of and going into a second floor apt. All done by around 4:30 including an hour plus drive between locations. No problems at all. Did call to reserve about 2 months ahead.

This company was the better priced and a flat rate on time. I move ALOT, so I already knew how long it should really take. The crew was great at keeping it to that time frame. They did forget a whole closet of boxes, but thats also my fault for not walking through to check that we had everything. I would definitely recommend this company for moving needs!

I dont give anyone 5 stars because I feel no one is perfect so I will start with the negative and my BIGGEST complaint is that the crew laughed at my moms jokes a little to much. Now she thinks she is funny (not)!On a more serious note my moving team consisted of Isaiah, Aqmen, Anthony, and the BEST driver and lead of the team Brian James who did an AMAZING job during a VERY stressful situation of moving my daughter to her apartment. They showed up and showed out!I under estimated the job of the move and these guys knew I needed help and Brian could sense my agitation with this move. I am retired military and its the norm to get slow workers, people who want to over charge the government with material used such as tape and wrapping materials but this crew was cost effective (because I was watching), careful about moving our items, worked around my family who was ALL in the way, and the most important thing worked hard to beat the time I estimated for the move and that one thing confirmed for me that they work for a company that values PEOPLE over DOLLARS and that builds brand loyalty and ensures I will spread the word to others about their business ethics. And, if you are reading this far in my review I got a REFUND holla!!! Now who wouldnt use a business like this again.Im a single mom, retired military with one daughter that I love beyond words and this was her first contact with civilian movers not contracted through the government and she said, Mom we should have asked for them with our last military move because they are awesome! They left a GREAT impression on her to see that movers care and work hard to get our items from one place to another.From the fast booking to the constant communication during the move I would recommend this company to anyone and request the best lead driver I know Brian James.

Do not use this company! They broke/damaged 83% of the items that they packed for us. The main person was also aggressive, rude and unprofessional. A complaint had to be issued by a written statement, and unfortunately not once were the issues about the service addressed at all, so this process is a waste of time. If you value your furniture and do not want to add stress to an already stressful situation then avoid this company.In response - No, it was not booked under a different name. Carrier ref 5337738. If you contact your customer care team in Texas Im sure they can forward you the statement and all the emails. You will find that I requested at numerous times a response to the issues that were highlighted. On each and every occasion the request was ignored.The BBB even contacted your store to get a response, but your store stated that the issue was addressed in the form of a small reimbursement. This was a complete lie, as the small reimbursement had already been agreed for the damaged/broken items and had nothing to do with the service provided and the previous emails clearly show that.No other family or individual should have to endure the experience we had, or go through the very long complaint procedure with a care team that fail to acknowledge or address the basic customer service skills.

This company is terrible. They cancelled on me the morning of our move, when they were supposed to arrive in just a few hours. I was in tears and explained there was no possible way we could get another mover on such short notice. They said they didnt like to have to make the phone call, but they were sorry there was nothing they could do because they overbooked themselves. I asked if they could at least come later in the day and they told me they were full. They did return my deposit, but honestly, that was the LEAST they could do for bailing out on us at the last minute. We ended up scrambling and had to move our entire 1600 square foot house by ourselves with our children in tow, along with one guy we hired to help us. My husbands leg was injured, hence the reason for the movers in the first place, but he ended up having to lift and lug things after all. We ended up working until after 2am to get everything done. No offer to compensate for the unprofessional and inconvenient way they left us hanging high and dry with boxes packed and one foot out the door. Steer clear of this company!

Worst experience, they broke 80% of my things. They were very unprofessional. Took them four hours for four pieces of furniture. Customer service is terrible. They take forever to get back to you after reaching out multiple times. The gentleman that arrived at my home were rude & reeked of marijuana’s. I am unhappy & unsatisfied with the whole company. I would have been better off moving the furniture myself. I recommend to not use this company for multiple reason. Worst of all they over charge for a terrible service . With insurance on my things that they broke. They offered me a ridiculously low amount for the damages. By far worst experience with a moving company i have ever dealt with.

We had three movers come this afternoon to load a truck for us and they were excellent. Mike, Austin and Edgar were friendly and definitely know how to load a truck. They loaded far more than we thought possible on the truck and worked hard the whole time. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use this company again.

Terarius, Theo, and Jay were great. They had our stuff loaded and unloaded very quickly and with a smile. They also took great care of our stuff, which we really appreciate. Thanks for the hard work, guys!!

***do not spend your money with this company***I made my appointment and gave my 100.00 deposit 9- days in advance. The morning of the move I called and asked what time would they be at my residence. The guy then mentioned my move was pushed back to later in the day without anybody notifying me.He then asked could he reschedule my move for the following day. He agreed to call me one hour later with a better timeline on when the movers would be on their way.He called back as promised and said his movers walked off the job and he had to cancel my appointment for the day.When I asked for a refund he said he usually doesnt do refunds but he would this time. I will be calling corporate after this holiday weekend.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

We were very pleased with our move. The crew took extra care with our belongings and had to move our items to 2 different locations. Marcus, Jason and Adrian were very professional and polite. We couldnt have asked for a better group of people to handle our move. We will definitely use All My Sons Moving again and will highly recommend to anyone we know that needs a moving company.

This was the single worst experience Ive ever had with any company. They are unprofessional and unqualified. Not only did they destroy some of our furniture and damage our new homes walls,floors and door casing, but they stole my wifes ring and watch out of nightstand. These people dropped a dresser down a flight of stairs which injured two of their men,so my family and I unloaded over half of the truck and moved all the heavy furniture that they couldnt lift. Now Oam dealing with a claims person who I had to initiate contact with after days of no response and worst of all no one even saidsorry for any of this. Iam possibly going to hire an attorney. Trust me dont trust this company with your move.

I definitely recommend this company. Lowest-priced movers I could find, and they sent 3 guys to my house who were very friendly & respectful, and worked quickly and carefully. They did a fantastic job at a reasonable price.

Did not have the best experience with this company, we were told the owner would call us the next day to resolve the issue we had with them but that never happened even after we tried contacting him after giving him a week so now 2 weeks later Im leaving this review: we were moving on post, we cleared with the company ahead of time that getting on post wouldnt be an issue and that his company did it all the time. They were supposed to show up between 3-5pm saying that it would not take long at all to move our stuff knowing that our apartment was on the third floor. We limited what was being moved to furniture and some boxes so that the movers wouldnt have to move all of our little stuff. They were supposed to be in town that day but we found out they were not actually in town and showed up a little after 5pm. the movers themselves were friendly and great. We finally get to post and are waiting for the movers to attain a permit to get on to Fort Bragg but what shouldve been a 10 minute stop turned into about a 40 minute as one of the movers had an active warrant and we had to wait for military police to show up. He tried starting an argument with them outside but a civilian cop broke it up with the promise that he would not enter Fort Bragg so we then had to go drop him off somewhere where he proceeded to complain,yell at a police car driving by, and be vulgar. Finally we got on post after leaving him. Now down a mover it took longer to move our stuff in, my husband had to help since it was past 9pm and we were exhausted. Our stuff was left haphazardly because of this but we werent going to hold the movers any longer as it was late. The movers apologized for their co-worker. In total we were charged almost 900$. We even had to pay for the hour and a half plus because of the mess with the mover with the warrant. It was very upsetting. I would not recommend this company to anyone at all.

Movers were efficient and very hard-working! No complaints.

Scheduled moving appt for 6/2, they quoted us at $159/hr and took a $100.00 deposit and told us they usually start about 8 to 9 and would receive a 1/2 hour call prior to arrival. 9:45 came and received a call that all my staff called in..could we do Monday and they would give us a discount. They showed up approx 9 a.m. and the guys were friendly, courteous. Took them 9 to 11 and charged us another $524.00 (still $159 hr x 3 hours + materials). So total I paid $624.00 and phoned them again for my discount...I received $90 back. They scratched a piece of my furniture, scratched my flooring (luckily I am redoing the flooring), they put a gouge and black mark on my newly painted ceiling. Bottom line, I feel I paid too much and consider them unreliable but I guess you take your chances.

The company booked my moved, processed a $100 fee, and called me back to cancel my move. They said they dont know why they booked my move? Very inconsiderate and unprofessional!

Great experience. Professional, efficient, friendly, on time and carful. Marcus, Lawrence and Theo were the movers. They did a great job. I would ask for them again.

We used this company in 2009 an they were terrible then an I see nothing has changed. Showed up 1 hour late and were not professional at all. It was like they just got lazy folks off the street who had not worked an needed some One to fill that time slot for the day and charged extra because they were late.

Movers (Will and Jason) showed up on time, worked hard to move my belongings, and were very polite. I would recommend All My Sons Moving and Storage to anyone looking for a hassle free move!

I had a really great move. Jae and the guys who came to help with my move were professional, beyond nice, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

Worst moving company. Do Not Hire.Took them 10hrs to move a 1600sqft home 20miles. Charged over $1500.They lie over the phone and tell you a normal estimated time. Cancel the day of the appointment and come late the next day to then take twice as long as it should and expect you to pay it all before unloading the truck.

Moving can be a traumatic experience, at least for me. Shawn, Zeron & Hicks made it a great experience for me yesterday. They were funny, personable, and efficient----three things I really enjoy!

DO NOT use this companys services. it has been thirty days since all my sons handled my move. where to begin.... how about with all of the damage they caused. i let it be known from my first contact with them that my absolute #1 priority was that my brand new and very expensive furniture not be damaged. well, my brand new $1600 Benettis coffee table was not packaged properly and showed up with a massive chip in the corner of it! after submitting the claim, i also noticed two other areas around the edges that got roughed up too. they unscrewed the feet on my sofa and apparently knocked some hardware loose because two of the feet wont screw back on. after telling the guy when they arrived that the ground was way too soft to park the truck on the front lawn, he did it anyway and now i have one hundred feet of eight inch deep tire tracks going across my front lawn!and after thirty days of waiting, their response to this? a check for $168.00!!then lets get to the price shock. to move a partially furnished one bedroom apartment... $850!!! i had every single thing not only packed but staged and ready to go. and it still took three guys four hours to empty it out?i would be fine with the cost being (significantly) higher than what i was expecting if at least they had accomplished my primary goal of not damaging my property. but as i said, not even that was accomplished.i wrote the owner an email expressing my concerns and explaining the issues right after the move - no response.this company will dazzle you with their exceptional customer service on the front end, then damage your property and settle with you for an amount that doesnt even come close to repairing all of the damage. and they take a month to even do that!save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere for a company that wont screw you over.

Never use this company. The entire crew showed up smelling like marijuana. They also were unprofessional and lazy. They were cursing loudly around my wife and kids. Not to mention their rates are outrageous and at the end of the job they tact on additional fees that werent discussed to me before hand

My experience with them was perfect. The crew were fantastic.
