Visited this location on two separate occasions a year or so apart. The first time was to send a small package through UPS. After 3 weeks, the intended recipient informed me that he never received it. UPS tracking only stated Label Created and nothing after that. I called the UPS store and gave them the tracking number. It took a week for the package to be found and finally delivered. The second occasion I dropped off two packages to be returned to Amazon. One package made it to Amazon, the other did not within the 2-week time frame. Again, UPS tracking only stated Label Created and nothing else. After a similar experience at another UPS store, I contacted Amazon to explain the situation and request a refund. UPDATE: I did receive a call from the store after posting my review. The person apologized for the issue and explained what might have happened with the item. She was very pleasant about it.

UPDATE: The figure is 20 inches tall, and weighs about 4 lbs MAX, what is considerably large?? Thank you for the response, but you charged $10 for the box, another $15 for the packing materials, THEN the $5 for packing it, And then STILL charged $54.00 to ship something I can clearly get a rate for on the UPS site for $30.00 to the exact address. $84 to ship that item is ridiculous. Regardless of your explanation, a box for $10.00 is not reasonable. And I am sure the bubble wrap or whatever was used was not worth $20.....your packing fee was $34.00.My wife went to ship a collectable for me I sold. They charged her $10 for a box, and $20, for packing noodles...seriously...and the full retail to ship a 5lb package to NJ from NC for $54 ground!!!! Robbery. Save your money, do it yourself. It would have been 30 bucks MAX.

Dave at the UPS store in Fuquay Varina went FAR beyond excellent customer service. I went for an unusual project. Not only did he help me brainstorm an idea of making an insulated sleeping quarters for an outdoor cat from an item that I purchased from the store but he actually took the time to cut the opening! I couldn’t believe it! This insulated cat quarters is perfect and he saved me a lot of time. Honestly, everyone in the store was very helpful and caring by offering ideas. I have used UPS in Fuquay many times and always have a great experience. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The store is always busy but you would never know it by the attentive service given to every person that comes in.I was helped by David C. Several times with printing old newspaper articles and pictures for a feature wall. I was helped most recently Andrew. He greeted me Sincerely and was very helpful . This is the only place I go for printing, packaging, faxing & mailing .

I showed up to the store in the midst of COVID-19 concerns with 65 identical packages to send off. I was lucky to work with Tiffany to get all 65 packages addressed and sent off. Im high risk for getting COVID-19 and very concerned with entering stores. I called and spoke with Travis and he said to call the store when I got out front and he would come to me and get my package I had to return. It’s very important that all UPS customers realize the UPS Store is considered a 3rd party vendor to UPS corp. What this means is if you have insurance claim with UPS Corp underwriter (Crawford) they only pay max $1000. I run small business & ship small expensive items regularly. The insurance underwriter only pays full claim over $1000 if you ship from UPS Corp location or driver, not UPS store. For example, Raleigh NC only has one location that meets this criteria. The UPS Store has no authority, you may as well be shipping from Granny’s shipping center. UPS Store should be required to inform customers shipping insured packages that they are third party vendor & not accept insured packages over $1000.
