Wonderful experience! Sunny was amazing! Super helpful and all around nice. They try to work with you on the covid scheduling which is awesome because most companies wont tell you about the shipping delays due to covid and manufacturers catching up. That being said, one of the MOST TIMELY locations when taking in account the covid delays. Absolutely amazing experience and amazing customer service!!! A lot of other places lied about the 2 or 3 day wait. I love this place because they were honest about the delays. Canceled my other orders and ordered from here 100% worth it.

Mattress Firm was the best mattress outlet we have been to. The salesman was extremely helpful and informative, we have back pain and were looking for something around a certain budget, and he told us how the mattresses were made, how long the beds lasted, and was honest about ones we wouldnt like. The mattress we picked wasnt in stock because of covid and high demand, but he explained how long it may be before it arrives and told us he would keep us updated on when it is on its way. I would definitely recommend mattress firm for anyone that has been burned by a disappointing mattress purchase in the past.

Dave was great!..He was informative, but not pushy. We gave him out preferences and he showed us those selections and not what we werent interested in. He didnt try to pressure us into buying, but we did, and was generally, just a genuine, nice person.

In addition to helpful information about the mattresses, he spent extra time making calls to research my questions about using shorter legs, saving me from making the wrong purchase for my situation. We wont get delivery for a few weeks, but so far I am very pleased with the service.

Dave at Mattress firm was so helpful in helping us find the right mattress for both our needs and our budget. He was not pushy at all and was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses.

I was disappointed that there was difference between states I wanted a purple 3 but was told Alabama stores cannot sell it and I would have to pick up in Ga. The main reason I went to a mattress store is because I can not move mattresses in an out of my house. We ended up settling for a more expensive mattress to get the comfort we wanted. I would leave 5 stars for the ladies that helped in the store the 2 star review is for the company.
