Had an excellent experience shopping for a big American belt buckle on Oct 29, 2021. The young lady who helped us pulled out every buckle that we wanted to look at. She also helped us fit the buckle to the right sized belt. She made this first time belt buckle buying experience one to remember! Thank you very much, Mr. Steve for hiring such polite, courteous and helpful staff!

Great service. Had more variety of boots and shoes than I thought they would. Great store

When we got to the store, we thought the air was out because the door was propped open but nope, they were just cold and decided to let the a/c cool down the outside air. We spent about an hour in the store buying 2 pair of safety boots / shoes totaling almost $400. Not once did either of the employees ask if we needed assistance or to help find the size needed. Now, once we checked out they were friendly and offered a free t-shirt but I feel like we should have been offered some assistance while shopping. I got frustrated trying to pull heavy boxes out from under other boxes looking for the right size, boot, etc... for my husband and son.

This little store has much to offer! AND its refreshing to walk into a store in the days of COVID and see others (employees and customers) smiling faces, like minded folks that enjoy freedom and breathing fresh air! Not a store for liberal Karens.

Been driving past this place for 17 years and ignored it. Today I stopped by and was impressed with the selection of shoes, work boots and western boots.

My first visit to the store. The customer service that I received from a young lady named Mackenzie was the best customer service I had had anywhere for as long as I can remember. She was very informative and diligent and helping me to find what I needed. I will be returning. Hats off to a great employee!

Great sales people. Not pushing. Young lady came over. There were places to sit but it was so cool she sat on the floor and we tried over 6 pairs of shoes plus inserts. It was closing in 20 mins they told me not to rush. I found a shoe i liked made a purchase they told me about a program for offices available i took info to share with my coworkersWill definitely return when i need more shoes. Love tbe composite safety shoes

Great place to get boots and more. My husband and I have bought footware here several times from wedding boots to work boots and several in between. They have competitive prices, staff is knowledgeable and polite. If they dont have what you need they will order them for you.

The service is second to none. The selection is the best Ive found. And the prices are very competitive. I keep going back again and again.

My husband always purchases his boots here. The staff is exceedingly helpful when it comes to what type of boot he needs. And they helped me on my first Chaco purchase. There is typically a sale I think, but we get his boots at the same time every year so Im not positive. I highly recommend this friendly place!

Be sure you are absolutely sure that what you are buying is what you want because you cant get a refund no matter if you havent worn the product all they will do is give you a gift card to the store (lame!) other than that they have a great selection of boots

Ttading post has a wide variety of boots and some shoes an western wear they also have the carhart jacket in several colors they have great friendly service if you are looking for casual or work boots this is the place to go.

This is one of the most absurd experiences Ive ever encountered. Weve bought several pairs of boots and other various items here for a very long time including Carhart jackets, shirts, belts and buckles, a western wallet, etc. We typically have to wait on an order for boots because youre usually out of the size we need and as always, we come to pick up the ordered boots and theres no problem. Well this time, we ordered the same boots because once again, you are out of the size we needed and upon picking up, we are charged almost $50 more than quoted when ordering. The customer service was extremely rude to the point where another customer walked out while overhearing the situation. Never in our experience of coming here has this ever occurred and we are not looking to putting ourselves in a confrontational situation again. This experience was very much uncalled for and we are deeply disappointed.

Store was clean but items are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I had a hard time finding womens jeans & they only had very few & not my size. Only 2 girls there & they hardly spoke 2 me & they are not very friendly if u look a certain way. Only gave one star for trying. Sorry but I will NOT b back. Find somewhere else to go.
