First time there I had researched it on Goggle and everything positive posted was true.Took my son there for a cigar and a drink and some father & son time.Excellent environment.Adam was bartending and was welcoming and knowledgeable of his product.Being from Tampa I wasnt expecting much but it was 100% on pointWill be a regular from now on.

I have been here on three separate occasions. This classy cigar bar is always a good place to smoke, drink and solve the world problems. You can expect it to be a calm and quiet place to; smoke, drink, work on your laptop, gather with friends etc. This establishment is unlike the other bars in town that are loud, rowdy and uncollected. Although it is two hours from where I live, it is somewhere I can be sure I will have a good time! They also have a good cigar selection. Very clean. Expect the very best when you come here!I overheard the manager say, as well as around-the-hour cleaning and wiping down seating in between customers, they also take an entire day on Sunday to do a complete thru clean.

Nice spot to sit and unwind. Plenty seating. Pretty quiet, conversation stayed at a low hum while there. Humidor conditions are right, good selection of sticks and pipe goods.

This place is very nice, cleanest bar I have ever scene. It’s low lit which makes for a great atmosphere. It is a wonderful hang out spot, and also quiet for those who do not like big crowds and a wild place to spend your time. They include a large selection of cigars, and drinks with plenty of seating. Which include tables, and also couches in the very back. The bartender was very helpful, and knowledgeable on their products. It’s a wonderful place to spend your late nights with friends.

A classy establishment, they have a good selection of cigars in a walk in humidor, and the staff is quite happy to help you pick a cigar that might be to your taste. They will also show you how to properly cut and light one if you dont have the experience to do so. They also have a decent selection of liquors and beers/ciders to sip with your cigar. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I cant think of anything Id change. Wonderful through and through.

Being from Miami Florida I wasnt expecting a wide variety .. I was pleasantly surprised .. they not only had my favorite maker of cigars (My Fathers) but they had a great selection of other top named cigars along with a great selection of wiskeys to enjoy it with .. I think I found my second home

It has been a long time since I was in this place. But when I last visited it. The place was still cozy and a great place to burn a stick with friends.

This is absolutely the cleanest place, I have ever been in.When I first walked in, I expected to smell strong cigar smoke, but I didnt.....I am not a cigar smoker, but am a light cigarette smoker.The cigar smells were pleasant and not overpowering.Adam was behind the bar, I explained that I was hearing impaired & also mentioned that I read lips.When he answered my questions, he looked directly at me, so I could read his lips!He was very kind and made me a delicious White Russian.It is a nice mellow place, where you can enjoy a great driink, cigar & the company of your friends!My friends and I will definitely be returning there!Adam deserves a raise! 😁

Excellent selections of Bourbons scotches and beers, one of very few places in Gadsden where smoking is permitted. Kyle Molly and Hunter are the beverage experts and can lead you to something good all the time, they really know their stuff! This place also has a beautiful back patio space and a living room setting aside from bar and cocktail tables. Old Havana Cigar Bar in Gadsden never disappoints.

For being a cigar bar, its great. However, I dont smoke. As a non-smoker, this place is hard to handle. Youll smell like smoke even after 3 showers. The beer selection is pretty good, tho, so theres that.

Best bartenders in Alabama. This was a five star review for a year, but they just lost two great bartenders in Molly and Hunter. They will be hard to replace.

Everything is excellent! My husband and I go as frequently as we can. We have visited several cigar bars in Alabama and Tennessee and return here for the friendly and very knowledgeable staff. We know them by name and they know us by name as well. If you love pipes and cigars and craft beer, please stop by and enjoy!

The best watering hole in Gadsden. Reasonable prices and a great selection of craft beer, top shelf liquor, and premium cigars. You can have a conversation without having to yell above the music and its a laid back atmosphere where you can enjoy everyones company.

Ive been to many cigar bars around the southeast and none come close to the caliber of Old Havana Gadsden. Large, walk in humidor with some of the best craft beers on tap and a full bar.

Its like Disney World, but for cigar aficionados. Love it!

I can only comment on the beer side of their service. The people seem to be nice. They have a pretty nice place and seem to have a good selection of cigars. I dont smoke but would visit because they have a good selection of craft beer. My issue or complaint is with the management I have spoken to. They have a very good beer selection in a cooler against the wall behind the bar and behind the people sitting at the bar. What this means is you can see what they have or ask the bar tender what they have because he is at times waiting on customers. You also have to get all over the customers at the bar. I find it frustrating and behind the times in all honesty. When I respectfully and professionally addressed they need a beer menu with two different managers and I just received excuses. They obviously are not very motivated. They said the beer menu changed a little at times so they could not keep up with it. Come on man! How long does it take to bring up a Word file and hit the back space button??? I explained you can easily change a menu in a word file and print it on a piece of paper. More excuses and one guy was pretty defensive. Basically just being lazy. Its ironic to have a good selection of beer that customers cant easily see to buy. (Blackstone on Broad St. has one and a decent selection also) If they had a beer menu as most places their sales would increase. When you go to a restaurant there is always a menu. Is it really that difficult? You would think the owner would want to provide the best service he could to his customers... I will give them credit that they have done a good job with the old building and the decor is nice and the service has been good. They appear to have a very large selection of cigars also. You just cant see or tell what freaking beer they have to offer! LOL!
