The parking lot traffic is insane, ppl everywhere, no one obeying traffic laws of any kind. The inside seems well laid out. We were able to locate things pretty easily. Check out cashier and exit personnel were pleasant to deal with.

Stopped by early this morning, quick in/out before work.

OPEN MORE CASH REGISTERS! ESPECIALLY ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY! 12 Registers not counting self-service and Walmart can only keep 3 open. Thats just wrong. Hire more cashiers! Walmart is a multi-million dollar company. Walmart can afford it!

Only visited produce and ladies clothing sections. Had an extensive variety of items to choose from in the produce department. Had everything I needed plus new items to try. Also found several items on sale in the ladies clothing department. Would love to browse when I have more time.

This is the busiest Walmart Ive ever seen in my life but I was in and out pretty fast

Went here on a Sunday to have my tire patched up. Its the only auto center that is open during Sunday. My tire patch up cost around $15.. Service was fast and just be patient with the Que.. the employees are doing their best to accomodate every customers even during Sundays. Kudos to the team.

My experience with Walmart has always been that it has been the best way to get an item of interest. They are congenial and efficient . Also their prices are very agreeable.

Very wide selection of merchandise. I love it compared to the one back home in Oneonta! Theres just so much stuff to choose from.

There was only 4 cashiers open out of 20. People agrivated and standing in line. Shelves not stocked and what was stocked was hard to get to.

I was able to find most of the things I needed to get this trip, and most of the shelfs had something on them.

I had interaction with 2 associates, 1 was very friendly and helpful. The other one was rude. Didnt have a key for the cabinet and said she would get someone. I waited 10 mins and no one showed up. So I left.

Placed a curbside order and as Im arriving to pick it up I received a message saying they are out of stock of 4 of my items with no substitution options. I park and go in which I didnt want to do hence the online pick up. Once I went in.... ALL of my items were IN STOCK (not substitutes) and they were too lazy to actually do their job.

I find everything I need, but they need more cashiers when things get busy other than that the people are always nice to me

There is always something sketchy happening there and nothing is ever stocked. Most of the employees are rude and not helpful at all. Definitely worth the drive to just go to centre or attalla

2nd visit. Food good if you are willing to wait a long time. Waitress did not check on us, no coffee refill, asked for butter and jelly which never came. Asked someone else for a to go box. Check never came. Sorry but my time is valuable too.

I am very disappointed in what I experienced today, it was such an unprofessional and unpleasant event. Today August 1 at around 17:43 aisle 5 the cashier had a really bad attitude and was giving us a really bad stare just because we bought a lot of items and not only did she not respond to our questions but also kept taking deep breath every now and than and telling us drop what’s in ur hand and pick up those with an horrible attitude. And once I showed how upset I was she then told us very rudely might I say “have a good day “ these things shouldn’t really happen and no One should feel what I felt today.

My curbside pickup was incorrect for the third time in a row. I took the incorrect item to the service desk as instructed.The cashier refused to refund, saying I had to wait 24 hours. I asked where the item was located so I could repurchase-she did not know and made no effort to ask anyone else where I could find it. She was rude & said whatever when I said I would just try to locate it myself, which I did. I proceeded to a checkout line, order receipt in hand and asked the young girl there if I could just exchange the correct item for the incorrect item I had been given. Even exchange, same price. She also refused to allow an exchange, so I paid for the correct item, left the incorrect one, expressed to her this was the WORST Walmart experience I had ever had, that no one seemed to want to do their job, and told her to keep the change. She was nicer about it than the customer service clerk & I am certain I over reacted, but I spend on average $500/700 each month at Walmart & am not accustomed to rude treatment. I live in another city and work in yet another city so I wasnt really sold on the idea of making another trip to correct their mistake. At the end of a long, extremely bad day I found the whatever attitude very irritating when it was their error, and not the first time at that. So now Ive vented and perhaps will be moving my shopping even more to Amazon in the future so I dont have to deal with employees who dont really care about doing a good job. Thank you.

I like this Walmart alot more than the other one across town, this one is usually not as crowded as the other one.

Went in to look at grills after we couldnt get help at Lowes. Looked around, found one I liked, and an employee (I think his name was Stuart) was right on hand to help us. He was awesome, stayed with us right up to loading the grill on the truck and getting a propane tank.

In the beginning it was great. Now, they are excessively late all the time and leaving things out of my orders or always out of stock on first one thing or the other . They skimp on produce and the produce picked is not the freshest. If you are a cash or credit card payer, you get handled a lot better than someone who receives EBT benefits. Im over it. I would rather shop for myself in a mobility scooter, which they rarely have also.

We order our groceries every two weeks and the people who bring out your groceries are very kind.

Did my groceries and and a haircut all in one stop, haircut was good but I left with hair all over me even where I was covered by the cape hairdresser was in to big of a hurry...

Not a single department can answer the phone. Employees and management are completely incompetent and rude.

Delivery service is trash! Throw the whole service away.

Love this Walmart! This Walmart is a big store and packed with merchandise! There is so much to choice from, and their are tons of clearance items. The clothing selection is huge and the employees are so nice! They have fun displays everywhere, really enjoy it here.

Disgust because the store closes at 11, I arrived 12 minutes before to buy Tylenol for my baby who had a fever and they did not let me in, I explained my situation and they did not let me in, I understand that they have policies but they must consider certain exceptions occasions. I clarify that this has been the store in which I always buy but today as a store and corporation they were bad for me.

I love the east Gadsden WalMart. They are better about having things in stock now than in the past.

Quick grocery pick up service

I previously posted a negative review about this Gadsden Walmart. The post was meant for my hometown Walmart. This Walmart was a breath of fresh air.

I cant really say much because its a major corporation but i will say they actually had an item i was looking at on amazon. Amazon listed it for 38 dollars plus shipping but walmart had plenty of the exact same item i needed (for once) and it was 25 plus tax. It was a pleasant surprise.

I needed bags of mulch loaded for me and it was done in just a few minutes. Good service.

Some of the people that work at the one in gasdsden need to be fired

Store is usually clean, most employees are nice, helpful and know where things are located. Down side is that there are always fairly long checkout lines and quite a few empty shelves and spaces. Just putting it out there, imo the grocery side has an unusual layout. I like to shop my cold & frozen foods last this layout seems a little backwards.

This was the East Gadsden store. I asked if the dressing rooms were open and the attendant was rude telling me no. Then I needed help at the jewelry dept and I ask for someone to Paige someone. They finally paged them 10 mind later so we still waited, 20 mins before walking off. I left there and went to other places to get what I needed.

Arrived at 8:00 am first one in line to get my car serviced an oil change tires rotated balanced. Was informed that it will be about an hour. Did a little shopping went back to the auto service center about an hour and 15 minutes later. Was told it would be about another 30 minutes. Then when the car was finally ready I had to wait another 15 minutes at the register for someone to check me out. I love Walmart prices but their customer service sucks never again.

There were 2 cases of expired Heinz turkey gravy value size at Walmart in east gadsden. I told a stocker nearby but she didnt seem to care. It looked light in color and very dusty. Just something to add to our list of things to watch for.

Wal-mart app has turned into click bait and the store refused to honor the price or get an actual manager to speak with us. Called Wal-Mart corporate and was told that they had no say in the store honoring the price. Also said they have had several calls about this item and the price and yet it still shows on the app

I have now called 8 times tried every extension possible no one will answer the phone Customer Service I’ll like Tronics associate every option you choose the phone rings at least 40 times before it just abruptly hangs up on you 🧐 poor effort. All I had was a simple question that could’ve been answered with a yes or a no but yet I could not get that just be warned if you try to call your not gonna get an answer from any extension!

We received a message at 5:23pm today that our grocery order was ready. Our scheduled pick up time was 5-6pm. It’s now 7:40 and we still have not received our order. There was 15 minutes that no one came out the door to deliver anyone’s groceries. This isn’t the first time this has happened. You need a better system!!

Too many self check outs not enough staff. And the ones that are working are too busy on phone and talking to help customers.big companies are using the covid to decrease employees for larger profits.

As walmarts go this one is at the bottom of the todem pole,but its close by me. Rainbow City or the one in centre is so much nicer to shop
