Took nearly a month to get my husbands ring. Thats because when they ordered it they got a size 10 instead of a 9. So that came in two weeks later, but had to resend it back to get it resized to a 9. Which took another two weeks! But the wait was all worth it for my husbands sparkly diamond ring! I even got a good deal on it. Thank you!

Went into the store in Gadsden on Mothers Day. It was a pleasant experience except for having to wear a mask. The woman who helped me was nice. She did get a couple things wrong on my order but called today and had it fixed.

Horrible horrible customer service! My ring was ordered. Was told it would be delivered November 13th. November 13th comes around and we call to see if it came in, and they told us our order somehow got canceled. We had to go back to the store to reorder it and 6 weeks later, it still isn’t in. Went there today to see what the issue was and why it hasn’t came in and the man basically said he had no idea and he had no way to look it up or find out and to comeback tomorrow when someone else is working! We will NEVER use them again! Don’t waste your time! Go elsewhere !

My husband bought me a beautiful diamond bracelet for Christmas last year and it has one spot on it thats dark.. We stopped to talk to the employees about it I told her I have insurance on the bracelet she didnt want to even look at it.. She just told me there was nothing they could do about it.. So very rude so disrespectful.. Worst customer service I have ever had... If my insurance doesnt cover my bracelet then what the heck is it good for..

Took engagement ring in to the local Kays(Gadsden Mall) for cleaning and was told a setting was loose....no problem. The issue was that I was told it was covered under warranty. Then, a couple weeks later they call and say its not under warranty and itll be $2,500 to fix it. I refused and raised the issue to the Kays home office. They then said $2,000....I refused, then $1,500...I refused. Finally it got down to $800 and I still refused to pay. This happened a few years ago and they still have my ring that I bought and paid for. Kays refuses to release it without being repaired which is nothing more than blackmail. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! KAYS WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!Keith Mitchell

PLEASE!! For your own sake, take the time to read this!! Engagement and marriage is very important, these people don’t treat it that way. I called customer service and many stores multiple times about a 36 month financing offer for bridal purchases of $3,000 or more, MULTIPLE customer service reps told me it was 0% for 36 months, me and my dad checked multiple times. When I would call this store I dealt with a manager named Mary, she was VERY NICE and helpful. Until I bought from someone there other than her, when I called with issues she was BEYOND rude. I went in the store and told the guys I wanted to purchase a ring with the ( 0% for 36 months) he said yes we can do that. I purchased the ring, at the time of purchase I said, “ are you sure this will be the right promotion, the 0%?” He said we aren’t able to see as much as we use too and you’ll have to wait on your statement to come in, if it’s not right, come back we will fix it. The day I purchased he gave me a few discounts which made my site a little under the $3,000 so I got a necklace and earrings to match which made it 3k, HE TOLD ME THIS WOULD BE ON THE 0 for 36 months. I got my statement, they had me paying 7k for this ring at 28%, I call MARY she is extremely rude and says I don’t know what you’re talking about. I call the store they say ohhhh no sir we don’t have 0% it’s 14.9% for 36. Some and my dad call customer service multiple times again and hear from multiple people that they infact do offer 0% for 36. The guy tells me it’s only at certain stores, well why the hell didn’t you tel me that when I purchased it instead of saying yes sir I can get you 0 for 36!? I went back to exchange it so they could fix it, he added $400 dollars to my bill to makeup for the discounts he gave me and said I have to spend $3,000 on the ring itself, again WHY IS THIS MY RESPONSIBILITY? You should tell me that the DAY I CHECK OUT YOU DUMBASS. This location is full of scumbags who care only about getting your money, thankfully I’m now dealing with the actual financing back who is doing all they can to help me, they got me to the 14.9%, it’s still not the zero but it’s better than 28%. I WOULDNT TAKE FREE JEWELRY FROM THIS LOCATION IF THEY OFFERED. These people are terrible and dishonest, the worst ones are the two men, ones Hispanic and ones African American, NOTHING against those races. But so you know who NOT to deal with, and MARY seems extra nice until you need something AFTER a purchase. I have all phone calls and my second visit to the store audio and video recorded and I’m currently working on that. PLEASE BE AWARE. You can’t take a ring back from your fiancé once you propose and return it, they know this and they take advantage of it.

The people that work at this location are beyond rude. I have had two recent experiences that were absolute nightmares. They lost my ring, then when it was found my wedding band was destroyed. They had to have one made for me and it isnt close to the one I had. I could go on and on about that 3 month nightmare but it isnt worth it. All I have to say is avoid that location at all cost. I will never ever buy jewelry from them again.

Terrible !!! Ordered my husbands wedding band on Feb 20 and it was supposed to take 2 weeks well 5 days from being 2months its back but gotta be sent off again its not sized . needless to say we got our money back bought a ring somewhere else and they lost our business !!!!!
