Went needing parts for a old but still great mower. Parts wasnt in computer but the guy pulled books and cross references and truly went above and beyond what he had to just to help dont remember his name but was a young very polite and very knowledgeable guy. Very good visit

There isnt a dock, so, they unload from the street. As with every John Deere dealer, they unload quickly and have friendly personnel.

People upfront real friendly service department chainsaws been in there over three weeks never received a call called several times on hold forever chainsaw still not fixed so they had to get in touch with steel that was Tuesday the third took it in on 5 August

Just moved to the area, I purchased a Stihl Trimmer from here and it works great. I took my Stihl chainsaw for a tune up and service as it was running poorly. When I dropped it off I was told it should only take a couple days. After checking on it 3 straight weeks, I finally just went to the location and the service manager Grant said they were just finishing it up. I paid $165 for the work (which i thought was too much but I paid it and left). This weekend I tried using the chainsaw and it actually runs worse, it wont idle at all and will run for a few minutes if you hold it wide open but then dies. Today I went to the service area and spoke with Grant, when I told him the problem he said well, I mean. I guess you could bring it back in? so I asked how long would it be this time and he said Now, that I cant answer. I let my driver work on the Stihl machines and so he drives one day and works on equipment the next day. (Im starting to see the problem here). He then said OK then and picked up his phone to call a customer, so I left. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AND I RECOMMEND YOU FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT UNDERSTANDS HOW TO WORK ON YOUR EQUIPMENT AND WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!

I took my X350 by to ask about mowing deck alignment and these guys were AWESOME! Not only did they adjust my deck, but they showed me about the detachable hose attachment and greased the front axles. All with a smile. They really have the RIGHT ATTITUDE when it comes to customer service. Thanks!

I took my weed eater in for service, they said itd be ready in a couple days. Three weeks later I went to get it fixed or not. It was fixed with a new carborator to the tune of 103$ then I bring it home and its idle is way too high, seems it wasnt tested.

We bought our Zeroturn from Agpro 6 months ago. Good and honest people. Mower is performing as expected. No complaints with the service department either. They go above and beyond. We will be back when its time for tractor.

Used lawn mower 2 times. Making noice in mowing deck mechanic said nothing wrong manager said pulley bad from manufacturers said ordered part and should be ready Tuesday. Mechanic said today nobody told him anything wrong. Still sitting right where it was. 3 weeks now and grass knee high at our house. Needless to say I do not recommend Ag Pro in Gadsden bad service 10,000.00 dollar lawn mower still cant mow grass.. Ok so today. Still no mower. In shop now can be 3 different things wrong. Checking all 3. What happened to bad pulley and part already ordered?? Okay. Still have our mower and no word on how long it will be they did bring a loaner so we could now grass maybe since they are keeping it so long they will make the payments?? 7 weeks and counting.....
