I ordered a husqvarna pulley assembly nearly 2 months ago and I still havent heard from them. Even after calling back 3 weeks later they still havent gotten it for my trimmer.

If I could give zero stars I would. We went in told them our price range and all he had to say was “well we got several mowers in that price”. Had zero interest in helping us actually find the mowers mentioned in the said price range we were looking for. Not to mention as we walked out they were pointing and laughing because we didn’t have any knowledge on mowers. Absolute worst and rudest customer service !!!

Ive seen the reviews and was surprised. Every time Ive been by Service Star, the folks I dealt with were first rate...if they have changed, Ill see tomorrow as I need a part. Yall have a good day Roll tide. God bless.

Would not trust anyone else with my equipment! Went to SEVERAL shops before taking it to Ward and his staff, they identified the problem, called me with a plan and estimate, then repaired it in less time than expected. They earned my business. Honest and trustworthy.

These people know their stuff. I took an old part for my lawnmower to them. They were able to identify it and locate another. Not many people can do that anymore. Usually a business can sell you a new machine but they dont know how or why they work. The people at Service Star can help. Stop in and check them out the next time you need service for an old machine or you need a new one. They will become your go-to place for parts and service.

My nephew purchased a new scag zero turn 8 months ago. It has been in and out of the shop here 4 times in the last month. He has lost business because of them not being able to fix it right. He met with scag representative yesterday day which pretty much told him he wasnt important enough to take this to his supervisor. I am not happy with this rep. So I will call his supervisor myself on Monday. I do not recommend a scag mower to anyone. Will post again after speaking to scag representative on Monday.

Had a husqvarna walk behind took it to have the belt and baffle replaced got it home after they lost my name and number. And it wont run. Said we didnt try to crank it Now that makes sense right?

Apparently this people here don’t want do businesses... I was planning on getting some mowers from here.. but looks like they don’t want to sell them...

Greg is the nicest person at store.Extremely long wait for repairs to be completed.Would not recommend in the future.Older man was not friendly in person or on phone.

Had what I needed...excellent service!

If you want your equipment fixed look elsewhere. If you enjoy getting jerked around for 3 weeks and your mower coming out worst than it went in this is the place for you.Took my mower in to get a new clutch put on. After 3 weeks of being told “I’ll check and call you back” (with no call backs at all) it is finished being repaired. I crank the mower to load it on the trailer and it starts vibrating violently. Informed store manager that it wasn’t doing that when I dropped it off he has his mechanic take a look. 30 minutes later mechanic comes out of the back and informs me that I have a bent crankshaft. After arguing that it wasn’t bent when it came in the mechanic basically tells me I am a liar that he didn’t do it. After a refund for the clutch that was $300 and the mechanic putting my old parts back on I am taking my equipment else where to now fix a clutch (original problem) and a bent crankshaft.

Bought riding mower,very good to deal with. Friendly service . Hope service after the sale is as good as the purchase experience.
