We went into harbor freight to pick up a palm sander, found it quick enough, and got in line. Then we proceeded to wait about 8 minutes as the lady checking the one person in front of us out was pushing the warranties for the items that they bought pretty hard. When it was us checking out she tried to do the same thing and upon the third time we said no, she finally understood we didnt want the warranty. Im perfectly fine getting that information as Im checking out but if I say no to something that should be the end of that conversation. I dont want to be hassled or sold anything on top of what Im already buying I will not be coming back.

This place is awesome for name brand workout clothing and sunglasses!! All sunglasses are $3.99, polarized or not! Take time to browse and youll be surprised at what you may find. The staff is awesome too!

Good cheap tools. For tools youre not going to use very many times its a good trade off for the cheaper price.They do have quality items like chains, wheel chokes, shear pins etc.Their higher end electrical and pneumatic tools can be found by better quality manufacturers at the same price elsewhere.

I really like Harbor freight for their wide selection of tools & low prices. You cant go wrong with the 2 year warranty either. If you buy a 2 year warranty and your item breaks, you can just take it back for a new one. You can also purchase another 2 year warranty if you have to take your warrantied item back.

Walking and looked for the product I needed found the area where it was located but the item wasnt there so I decided to ask for assistance. I ask the cashier who said I dont know I politely ask can you find out if ots out of stock. She looked and said we got 3, I ask where they were located. She told me where I was looking. I started no maam I spent 20 minutes looking behind the boxes and all around. I ask could they be In the back? She said. Ill ask. After a couple minutes she said oh there on isle 1. Now mind you all the others are on isle 6. So I spent 15 minutes looking on isle 1. They are not there . I ask again and she said. Uh well I dont know. I left wont go back !

Stopped shopping at HF as much since they stopped sending coupons out to regular customers. They also stopped carrying filter bags for the shop-vac that I purchased a couple of years ago from HF. BRING BACK COUPONS PLEASE!!

Pretty good, quick stop for any DIY projects. tools, nail guns,, spot lights tarps, etc. Staff was extremely professional. Wearing of mask strictly enforced and they will happily provide if youve forgotten yours. 😊

I usually find what I am looking for here. The stock numbers on the sandpaper did not match the stock numbers on the price placard so instead of haggling around, I bought my sandpaper where the prices are clear to the item.i did buy a garden rake. It costed more than Lowes or Ace do I hope its a good one.

Although I am not crazy about chicago brand tools because of their quality, I am pretty impressed with the staff there that are extremely knowledgable about their products and their functions and the honesty that comes with the explanations. I was helped by this young lady by the name of Sierra who was extremely helpful and very honest about some of the products I was deciding to buy. She helped me steer clear of the ones she thought were going to cause me problems, or that either had more than what I needed or not enough. She showed great interest in helping me as an individual and made me feel very important as a customer. And was quite keen on her hand tools and power tools. I recommend this store highly and will definately be back. Thanks again for the great prices and the wonderful help you guys have there.

Great place for tools on a budget. I needed a special motor for a 7x10 mini lathe. They didnt have it but I got a number to call, found the part and saved $144.00.If you have never been there, go check them out. There is something for everyone and it wont break the bank.

Has just about any tool u can think of. Very cheap prices and most things are medium grade, good enough for home projects and general car maintenance. Usually friendly service and fast checkout.

This store seems to be continually out of items. The other stores will have tools and equipment I need but not here. Have to drive much farther to get items.

I like Harbor Freight Tools okay, sometimes I find things that I like. I spent about $30.00 worth of merchandise that I wanted the other day. Now my husband loves to shop at Harbor Freight every chance he can. Hes always saying he wants to buy certain things when he gets him a shop to work in.

I called and asked Jeff if they had any Tri fold ramps . He assured me that they did . So I went to the store to find out, he was wrong and they did not have them. Instead of taking five min and checking he was lazy and wasted my time coming Down there . Very poor customer service . Jeff’s needs to get his stuff together

Bought my 2nd compound miter saw and got an awesome deal and friendly sales people.

The people who waited on me were polite and respectful. However I ended up making two trips back because the leaking 5 swivel air hose I bought was replaced by a nother hose that when I opened the package was split just above the fitting.Poor quality air hose can be dangerous but I just use occasionally for filling bike tires and mower tires.Otherwise leaking hoses can wear out your compressor. Open package, inspect the hose before you leave the store to save time and money.

Great just purchased their 5draw tool cabinet and assembled some great tool chest
