First time here an we loved it. Broker told us our load is ready, we showed up 5hrs before appointment, gaurd was very friendly, went to check in office the staff there was very friendly and kind. They gave us a door, we was in and out in less than 30min. From the moment we checked in at gaurd to the moment we checked out at gaurd. If they not busy they take you in if your load is ready. We gained 4.5 hrs on the road and with the bad weather now, that was a lot of time. Great place!!!

They supposed to start at 7am. Im the only one here since 620am. The reason why they are late getting to me is ( sorry someone else had your paperwork. It happens when theres a lot of trucks). Sure thats a good reason but a very bad lie

The frozen Stouffers entrees may not appear appetizing in the container but the Salisbury steak & macaroni and cheese dinners are actually addictive and taste really good.

Picked up a load another company could not load on time. They worked me in as quickly as possible and staff was very nice. The gate gaurd is awesome she was working her tail off.

Its good for delivering to. Plenty of space to back into the docks. Not a zoo with a ton of truck rolling in

This place was great to unload at. Just to let anyone know. If you are coming west on hwy 26 the Truck entrance is at the railroad tracks. The sign says 1st left after tracks, but you arent across the tracks when you need to turn. And dont make a left at the light that just goes to the employee parking.

By appointment but may be flexible if theyre not extremely busy.

The worst place I’ve ever been got here at 250pm yesterday I understand my appointment was at 730pm and it’s the next day 940 and still not getting loaded stay away from this place 9 hours is minimum wait

Arrived just before 13:00 for a 15:00 appointment, got a dock at 16:30, currently 19:30, still in a dock, ive been the only truck here since 14:00, they did let me drop my trailer and run to the store while waiting on a dock but other than that seem like rude people, pretend like they dont see you standing at the window, typical jerks. Lady at the guard shack was nice tho!

Quick Loading if your load is ready. Was in and out in less than hour. Make Sure Your Ref Temp is set to -10 F and trailer is clean.

First day of orientation. Glad to be back at Nestle! Wonderful place to work

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING! Lookout is 2 miles away and had room to make a couple spots even st 4am. TRUCK ENTRANCE IS AT THE RAILROAD TRACKS. BUILDING WILL SAY STOUFFERS! Guard was friendly along with all other staff. You check in at guard shack then make wide right turn and stop by the recieving office. They give you a door and THEY BREAK YOUR SEAL unload time was about 1.5 hours

Wow this place make sure wen you are picking up or delivering you are in the right place the address was ok but it was not there it was a cross the street DHL warehouse had no name Nestlé Food to all Driver before you drive in make sure you are in the right place is bad information they didnt no either

I dont always deliver here. But when I do, I dont.Is your load a Nestle to Nestle at this address? Take it to Stouffers across the street, check in with their guardshack and theyll probably have you drop and hook there.Pilot/Flying J a few miles away. The shortest route there is fine for trucks.

I was very pleasantly surprised. Had a hard 1700 appointment so I assumed I’d be sitting in a dock for a while. Guard tells me that my trailer is already loaded, just drop my empty and bobtail across the street to pick up the loaded trailer. Very easy and the guards at both locations were very friendly and helpful. Only annoyance is that I had to scale my empty trailer when I came in ... I don’t exactly understand why because all empty trailers from my company should weigh about the same, but whatever it’s not a big deal.

NO overnight parking for trucks if you are early to your appointment. Theres a walmart at 165 walton dr that we parked at with no issue. The walmart is located in a plaza so plenty of stores nearby.

Every time Im her to get live unloaded I sit for 24+ hours. No bathroom! Just a portapotty. Make sure you have enough food and water with you. Very upsetting!

Awesome awesome place, appointment for 9pm arrive at 7pm out the door at 830pm. Fast and friendly. Would give more than 5 stars

Slow when they feel like it

Got a 3:30 appointment. That’s when shift change takes place. Came out and broke seal at 4:20 and said “ it’ll take me about an hour” Bummer. Gave them a 4 star because they were very courteous in the receiving office.

Checked in at 6:30 am, docked in a door at 7 am. Didn’t start loading till 10. Finished at 1:30 pm, be prepared to wait for your load. Reception is great but more then 6 hours for loading time is ridiculous.

Large lot, not too busy. Was a quick unloading process.

I had 8 pallets to deliver... IN & OUT in 20 minutes

High pay and good benefits. Bathrooms are rarely cleaned which is bad for 24 hours operations. They work hard to be clean.

Pretty easy in out.. is usually preloaded and ready a few hours before app time..can call and check on load..
