They were a little confused on helping me pay my bill. I came into the store thinking that would be the easiest way, it wasnt!
I️ came in today to my local Verizon after a very frustrating phone call with Verizon customer service. Griffin helped me understand everything and explained step by step how we could actually fix the problem! He actually made my bill better than what I was working with before. I’ll always come to this store!

Went in to make a change to my plan. Was one of two customers. I walked around aimlessly for 10 minutes without the employee there saying a word to me, until I overheard him tell the other customer that all they do on Sundays is bill payments. So then I interrupted and asked if I heard him correctly. He said yes, I thanked him and walked out of the store. Would have been nice if he had mentioned something to me or asked why I was there so I wouldn’t have wasted my time.
Natalie & Jamie provided 5 star service today. Every time I have stopped in with a question or need help, the staff has been excellent!
Went to Verizon to get a new phone case and the staff there was amazing especially Natalie! She helped me pick out a great case and even fixed my phone problem! Next time you go into the store ask for Natalie!
Two people working, what one person didnt the was also a big help.I purchased the new Note 9 and really like the phone, however; being electronic illiterate, I needed a bunch of help setting it up.Highly recommend them for service and supplies such as cases and screen covers.

Live on the west side of Columbus? Drive out of your way to this store. I live in hilliard and have a store 5 minutes from me and will visit this store everytime in the future. Jamie is the man, and helped me out a lot. There where a few hiccups but Jamie was on it and took care of everything. 100% percent satisfied with the service offered at this store.

See Natalie, shes is top notch. Verizon customer service is amazing both in store and over the phone. Natalie managed to get me what att promised and never delivered. Heres my story I switched to VERIZON because of a lot of problems with att. I had att for over 11 years and never had a problem but now I found out that is only because I never had to call or deal with customer service or a store, I just paid my bill and that was that. The store manager is not good at keeping his word. I originally called a the E. Broad st location to see how much I could buy an iPhone for with no payment plans. I was told You cant do that, Im busy then I was hung up on. So, I called customer service which took forever for a rep to answer. Her name was Denise, Denise stated I could buy a phone out right and explained that it may make more sense to get a plan with insurance on the phone. I agreed and continued to setup up an account but was stopped at the end of the process when she told me in order to keep the same numbers I would have to go to the store. I did that and the manager said for me to leave because what the rep on the phone told me was not possible, he then continued to threaten me with calling the police, even though I did nothing wrong. Anyways, AT&T sucks and this store is horrible. I came to this store after all that and was lied to repeatedly by the store manager and the sales rep I dealt with. Customer service is terrible at att. So, I canceled and signed up with VERIZON, which gave me a better deal and has way better customer service. VERIZON cares about their customer att doesnt. GO TO VERIZON for great service. Natalie at VERIZON at 220 Granville st in Gahanna is awesome and knows how to take care of customers.
