Terrible service the ladies behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me standing there for 10 mins while they talked to someone who already have their drink. Once I got asked what I wanted I was informed they don’t even have venti cups and can’t make 2 grande. I have a free drink what’s the point in buying drinks for stars if I can’t get what I want when I want to use them.

LOVE MY LOCAL STARBIES!! No other place like Dunkin or Tim Hortons can even compare, honestly. Starbucks coffee, drinks, breakfast, lunches, pastries and the ability to provide you with just about any crazy drink combo you want is awesome. I love the app and can load money from debit directly in app to giftcard that way I can earn double the stars per $1 spent and its super easy to get stats to use back on drink, customizations and even merchandise! You can also transfer balances from other Starbucks cards to existing one in app too! Drive thru staff are ALWAYS KIND AND EFFICIENT no matter how crazy or long the drive thru is!

The location inside of Kroger Marketplace in Gahanna, Ohio is fairly well run although at times they could use more experienced staff and more staff in general. They seem to run out of things frequently. Nevertheless, they make my drink well consistently.

Good staff, quiet. Seating is still closed because of covid, but once its not will be a nice chill spot for a coffee.

So i just picked up an iced toasted white chocolate mocha with blonde expresso and they forgot the freakin toasted white chocolate mocha syrup it tastes like straight coffee and cream!! So gross and Im so disappointed and i was looking forward to my coffee this morning. I better get a refund they told me i could get later!

Extremely rude!! Apparently making a drink that’s literally on your menu isn’t an option because it’s an inconvenience to the people working. Will report this to Starbucks headquarters.

Very rude girl and guess what?I asked for vanilla latte and I got hot milk with vanilla .... no coffee at all,I thought it was me ... I open the lid and totally white ... unbelievable!People at Starbucks : if you feel in mood to attend customers ... please just dont go to work. 🤭

The best Starbucks around Ohio State. You will rarely encounter bums that makes you feel uncomfortable. The workers are awesome because of their high energy and love to serve you. CLEAN!! Very clean Starbucks with a great customer base inside.

Good coffee but workers here are rude. I always get light ice in my Frappuccino and lady shook my coffee at me asking “is this how it’s supposed to look because you don’t get light ice in a Frappuccino” And when I said I wasn’t sure she said “ok well then how am I supposed to make it you tell me”

Starbucks seems to be doing a great job of diminishing their brand with these licensed stores (the stores within grocery stores, etc.) - the difference in employee quality at licensed stores, including this one, is really quite striking. The Starbucks baristas here seem to try to almost stare me down (consistently!) - as soon as I come in the automatic slider doors at the main Kroger entrance. Perhaps it dissuades Kroger shoppers from ordering so many drinks?

The cashier, my receipt says it was Stephanie, was rude and impatient. They were out of two of the drinks I ordered so I did take a little bit longer to order but there was NOBODY in like behind me and they werent busy by any means. The drink was made poorly and there was about a two inch gap between the drink and lid. I understand that the drinks are hand made so theres going to be some variance but when I voiced my concern she took the cup... Added ice and said is that batter? I was extremely disappointed with my experience.

I really wouldnt mind paying more for a simple or specialized coffee if the employees didnt act so arrogant. Its not all about you. Its all about taking care of and at least acting like you give a flip that Im spending my hard earned cash at your overpriced joint. js......

Great service for the regulars. Lot of turnover though so there can be inconsistency with wait.Regardless, I really appreciate how well I am treated there so 5 stars despite occasional issues.

Even great if you dont drink coffee. Try a strawberries and cream frapuchino or one of their breakfast sandwiches

A bunch of want to be fancy rude people buying coffee and bringing there mutts in there stinking up the place. They took 30 mins to make one small damn coffee and charged me like 7 damn dollars... Never again will I order here. Or any starbucks for that matter
