Very warming, yet professional atmosphere. The staff is AMAZING!!! I was nervous about my appointment and the staff made me so comfortable. They even assisted with my new eyeglass style! I highly recommend this location. You won’t be disappointed!

The Doctor and staff were very good. They took the time and care to explain each step in the exam and fitting. They followed all protocols for Covid. They made picking out frames very easy, and made sure all costs, discounts, and insurance were explained. Our visit was very nice and easy. We would recommend them for all ages.

I recently had my annual eye exam. Dr. Wolfe is highly-skilled, kind, and explains things thoroughly. Brad and his staff are very pleasant and efficient. Brad suggested a clear frame which is almost opposite from my safe tortoise frames. I purchased a pair of Michael Kors clear frames. I cant believe how they showcase my eyes and compliment my reddish-silver hair. Im glad I took Brads suggestion!

I was happy with my vision exam here. As someone with long time high blood pressure, I like that they offer the option of taking pictures of the eyes so that the retina and optic nerve, and any effects of high blood pressure can be accessed. I will continue with Pearl Vision because of the comprehensive eye exam they offer.

They have pretty good service when youre actually there. 3 stars because dont bother even calling anywhere near closing time cause they wont answer. I tried calling even 40 minutes before closing for a simple question. Nothing. Last I checked closing at 5pm means you work until 5pm.

Five stars all around! The team members were helpful and friendly and I felt VERY safe as they followed all COVID procedures. The Doctor took his time explaining test results and the appointment didnt feel rushed at all. I have a new pair of glasses that I LOVE and I will be recommending friends specifically to this location in Gahanna! Also- Go with the blue light blocking and the HD on your lenses. You wont regret it- it has made a world of a difference in the last 2 weeks sitting in front of my computer all day.

My Mom and I both needed exams. Dr Wolfe was very patient and accomodating as we went through the process and as we made decisions regarding our care. Warren in the sales/service/ordering dept however, WAS A ROCKSTAR!!! He was so patient and helpful as we tried on many pairs of glasses even though he probably had to sanitize them all himself after we left. We were so happy with our first two pair of glasses and with the care that we received, that we are ordering two more! We are happy customers, who have had good luck with Pearle in the past, and we were not disappointed this time! They are going to have to deal with us for the foreseeable future!

This Pearl Vision is terrible. We try to make an appointment but we were told that theyre not accepting our insurance. Come to find out that its not the insurance is the Problem its the people there and the Doctor who has the problem with us being here patients because we are in the same pearl Vision just different doctors and its find.and if I could give this a zeros I would.

I’ve been a customer at the Gahanna Pearle Vision location for years. However, I had to reschedule my eye exam which was originally at 11 am and then rescheduled for today at 10:40 am. When I had mistaken my rescheduled appointment for 11 am, I showed up about 14 min late. The receptionist at this location was passive aggressive and not understanding of the situation when I had explained myself. Did not offer me a reschedule until I had brought it up myself. Only when I had pushed about a reschedule it seems she was able to “squeeze me in” today. Would like to mention the rest of staff and Dr. Wolfe were very welcoming and friendly as usual.

I stepped on my bifocals, bent them and the plastic thread holding the bottom of the left lense snapped. I took my glasses in this afternoon to have them repaired. The store had very careful safety precautions for the corona virus crisis. The techs were very kind and one was able to work on my glasses immediately. While I waited, I looked at their impressive offering of frames. I have an updated prescription from my corneal surgeon but didnt have it with me. I was privately planning to return to get some updated glasses next week when my repaired glasses were returned to me. They fit perfectly and I was told no charge! It was a generous gesture considering the current state of the economy. I plan to go back for a new pair!

Jenna is absolutely the best and most caring person. I needed new glasses--perscripton sunglasses, new distance glasses for night driving, and new computer glasses. I needed them fast because I was moving out of state.Jenna made it happen. She watched over my order, worked with the lab to make sure that I would have them in time. When a snag arose, she quickly moved to plan B.I got all 3 of my glasses in time for my move.Dr. Wolfe also makes you feel very comfortable. Now that Im moving I will miss all of them.I cant say enough great things about Jenna and the entire staff at Pearle Vision in Gahanna. They will take care of you!

Beautiful frames, very helpful staff, and they’ve got that fancy picture machine so you don’t have to dilate your eyes. Dr. Wolfe is pretty bubbly (in a fun way.) Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and the prices seemed reasonable.

I went for an eye exam at the Gahanna Pearle Vision. Dr. Wolfe is the ultimate professional. I really liked his calm demeanor. I tried Pearle Vision for the first time to get glasses. Jina and the staff helped me to maximize my insurance coverage to get the best pair of glasses. I also called about a second pair and they were able to help me purchase sunglasses at a reasonable price. They have many styles to choose from and the staff is friendly and does not try to sell you items that you do not need. Check them out!

I have used Pearle Vision, Gahanna for two years now and I have been happy each time! Dr. Wolfe is very soft spoken, and kind, and makes you feel comfortable during your exam. He answers all questions, and talked as if he remembered me from a year ago, which I thought was nice given how many patients he probably sees! The other employees are great to work with, and are friendly to talk to. They have a good selection of frames to choose from, and they do not try to persuade you into purchasing contacts after you say no like other eye care centers. Although they do ask, but they leave it alone once you say no. They have additional imaging of your eye that you can opt in for for a small fee, and as a worrisome person I love it because I get to see what the doctor sees and can have peace of mind on the health of my eyes. I will continue to come back for the quality and comfort that Pearle Vision provides!

Im not happy with customer service or product. They sent wrong eye prescription then when I picked up glasses they wouldnt do adjustments, I told them the rx was not correct, I was told to wear them for a few days my eyes needed to adjust. The prescription was wrong I had to wait longer for new glasses. I would not recommend them to anyone.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE!! First off, I was a new patient and was able to get an appt. within two hours of calling to set one up. It was the day before Thanksgiving and I wanted to get an exam before the holiday! The staff was so welcoming and personable!! Dr. Wolfe was awesome and made me feel so comfortable. He explained my images and the process was super fast. He fit me for contacts right away and I was able to order my yearly supply with no issues!! Never again. They will not get my business. The door was locked during hours. Acted as though I was intruding. My glasses I bought there, The frame finish is chipping and have a chip in a lense. They treated me like dirt.

I had an appointment last year here and I had several issues with this location. The staff seemed nice at first, but I heard them complaining about customers the whole time I was waiting for the eye doctor. Also, I had to take out my contacts and walk to another room by myself. At my previous optometrist, I took them out in the same room I would be seen in, so I did not think to bring my glasses. I wanted to at least be shown the room with my contects in but I was told by one of the women that I was overreacting about not being able to see and it was just one room down. I tripped over a mans foot in the hallway. My contact prescription is -7 for reference. When I got in the room, she said oh look, you made it. Then she took pictures of my eyes and saw how bad my vision was and said that she didnt realize how bad my vision was when making those comments. People should not be shamed for being afraid of walking around a new place without their contacts. Later, I went back to pick up my new contacts and they couldnt find them right away. The woman working kept asking if I was sure I had been told they were ready. I had, and eventually she found them. Not sure if she was new or if they just have poor organization. Overall, I would not return to this location because I do not feel that the staff really care about the customers. In fact, they cant even care to pretend like they do like the rest of us in customer service.

My son had a eye appointment to get a new prescription for Glasses. The Doctor took his old glasses and got his Prescription from them. And he did abousutly nothing. The doctor had my son look at 2 slides, and said thats it. We were only in his Office for 10 minutes. He just gave me his OLD prescription. It was a complete waste of Time and Money. I would NOT recommend. We went to OSU and they did Amazing job. OSU took their time and got it right

I had an eye exam there and it was quick and painless the entire staff was amazing everyone was so friendly and nice loved it I literally have a pearl vision thats 5 minutes away from me but the Gahanna location is worth every bit of the 15 minute drive and I will only go to that one from now on

I went to Pearle Vision in Gahanna about a month ago to have my glasses repaired. I spoke with Renee and she took my glasses without even asking if I bought them from Pearle Vision (which I did not). She returned shortly with my repaired glasses. I ask her what I owed and she replied nothing. I wanted to pay for the repair but she insisted there was no charge. Today I needed a new prescription pair of glasses and I returned specifically to the Gahanna Pearle Vision after the great way I was treated before. Renee was again the employee that helped me, this time with my new glasses. She again took great care of me and had me in and out in no time at all. She really knows her stuff and I highly recommend Gahanna Pearle Vision and Renee.

After several negative experiences with optometrists is my local area, I decided to try Pearle Vision in Gahanna. Gina was absolutely amazing in ensuring that I was able to use my vision benefits to the fullest. She was also very patient with me as I tried on more than 50 pairs of glasses because I have trouble making a decision about something Im going to be stuck with for quite a while! My glasses were ready within 10 days of being ordered and fit perfectly on arrival. Dr Wolfe gave one of the most thorough eye exams Ive ever had. He even introduced me to special lenses for a stigmatism that improved my vision better than ever before. I didnt know it was possible to see so clearly. Im not one to leave reviews very often, but my experience here was so good that I felt compelled to share so others can experience the great care I received here, too. The folks here are life savers!!!! After negligently losing my glasses (two pairs in 6 months!) and running out of contact lenses as well, I called Pearle Optical in Gahanna for an emergency visit and was able to get an appointment the next day (other optometrists couldn’t get me in for weeks). I was very reluctant to go to a corporately owned optometrist, but visited this place for the first time yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed my experience.This office is at a prime location, and is located within a mile of 270 and is housed in the same shopping plaza as my gym and the local Kroger.I arrived at the office bright and early and was greeted warmly by both the doctor and office staff. After completing new patient paperwork, I was promptly taken back for my exam by the clinical team who was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The doctor here was extremely friendly, professional, and highly skilled at what he does. After he realized I had neither glasses nor contacts at the moment, he was nice enough to give me a free trial pair of contacts to take home.Even better, during my visit the team asked me if I had any concerns about my current contact lens brand— I mentioned pricing (I was paying about $300 a yearfor contacts), so they recommended a brand that was only $115 for a years worth. It also came with a $100 rebate, so ended up being only $15 after sending in rebate details. Wow, What a deal!!!!!!The icing on the cake was while ordering my contacts, a staff member was nice enough to go out of her way to check stock and found out that they actually had several pairs of the kind of contacts I needed on hand! Yay!!! Who doesn’t enjoy an eye exam with same day glasses/lenses??? Seriously, this was the very first time I’ve ever visited an eye doctor for an initial exam and walked out with everything I needed, so I was impressed!Since I was without glasses as well, this person also answered my insurance questions and helped me understand what out of pocket costs would be if I wanted to order hardware that day. She explained how my benefits wouldn’t cover a new pair of glasses until 12 months after getting contact lenses, helping me to avoid a hefty, unexpected bill.To sum up my experieI arrived blind as a bat, apprehensive and uncertain about how my appointment would be, but left happy, with my vision restored, and ecstatic about my experience!

Dec 14, 2018 I went for an eye exam and end up purchasing 1 pair of eyeglasses and 1 pair of prescription sunglasses. I was told it take UP to 2 weeks. 2 weeks after my visit on Dec 28th I called for an update and was told theyll check and call back. Several business days later I never received a call. I called 2 more times after that and have yet to receive a call back like they said they would do. Today is Jan 11th (4 fridays from my visit) and Im still waiting for my glasses. Service from workers during visit was decent, visit last maybe 3 hrs. .

I recently visited this location for my daughters annual eye exam and I wasnt pleased with the service that I received at all. Both the assistant and Dr. Wolfe appeared to be in a rush when they examined my daughter and I dont feel that she had a thorough examination. Dr. Wolfe came across as impatient and the entire process took maybe 5 minutes before he declared that she needed glasses. At that point, one of the sales associates (I dont recall her name) tried to talk me into purchasing the most expensive frames and that I should get the transition lenses. My problem with this is the fact that Dr. Wolfe basically said that my daughter would only need to wear glasses on certain occasions. I feel that he didnt take enough time to properly examine her eyes or to discuss it with me in any detail because he was in a rush. I will never come to this location again and most likely wont deal with any other Pearle Vision facility after this. Itll be interesting to see if my comment warrants a reply. I noticed that the owner only bothers to respond to the 5 star comments, so I will be watching.
