Updated to three stars: the last couple interactions I’ve had with the staff here have been much more pleasant so I look forward to hopefully having more!Ive been shopping at Opening Night at both locations for years and have never once felt like I was welcome in their stores. Their staff follow you around like they suspect youre going to steal something and never take my needs seriously. Ive had multiple bad pointe shoe fittings here and I dont think any of their fitters have had any actual training in fitting shoes. If you can, I highly recommend driving elsewhere or shopping online at a store that wont make you feel like a burden.

We moved down here the day before lockdown and going back for the 2020-2021dance season was a breeze because of Opening Night actually fitting my daughter properly for her Lyrical and Tap shoes! We will be back when she grows out of her jazz and ballet shoes!

My daughter goes here for ballet shoes. The process takes at least a hour and is extremely important as the wrong shoes can cause discomfort. They almost always do a good job. One time they had a young lady that my wife wasnt sure about so she rescheduled the appointment. Otherwise they are usually pretty good.

4.5 stars! Great service with most all your dance accessories right in one place. A but more expensive than large chain stores but the service and experience makes it worth it.

Always stocked with everything you need. The workers are sweet and very helpful. Glad there is somewhere close to be able to purchase instead of purchasing online.

Really appreciated the thoughtfulness and expertise of the staff. Took my fiancee in to get her some new technique and point shoes as a wedding present. One of the staff, Rose, immediately set out to help her find the right pairs. She spent an 1 1/2 hours trying different brands and sizes, until she was convinced they would serve my fiancee well. The rest of the staff was extremely friendly and encouraging. Highly recommend this place for the high level of professionalism and customer service we experienced.

Great and fast service. One person was able to serve me and two other people pretty well. She seemed well versed in multi-tasking. My little sister and step-mom sent me here for jazz shoes. A quick in and out and I am very happy with my purchase.

Super ExperienceWeve been shopping at Opening Night for 10 years. My daughter has been in Pointe for 3 years. Todays appointment with Sarah was by far the most amazing. My daughter knew what she was looking to assist her with a dance injury and Sarah worked with her on what best fit her foot and taught us both great things to know about the shoe. Best pointe shoe fitting in the area. They have my loyalty. Look for discounts/specials during the holidays and at the beginning of the school year. Note: we travel over 100 miles round trip to get my daughters shoes fitted every time she grows--the quality of the fittings and selection of shoe options makes it worth it. They will ship additional pairs to us for a very low fee when her feet havent grown but needs new shoes.

Very helpful staff. Ordered footsies for my teammates and myself and when the size wasnt available in their store the called another and had them delivered the next day so I could pick them up. They made sure I had everything I needed before walking out the door.

Wonderful and helpful dance store. They were fantastic with fitting my daughter for her first pair of pointe shoes, 25 pair tried on to get the best fit for her. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable in the products.

This was a great store with superior staff. Stopped on the way to the airport (which is 10 minutes from the store). The entire stire, every item was 25% off. Awesome!!! Call. Check. Out the website and watch for their sales… we will.

The staff is knowledgeable. The prices are on point. This store is familiar with all the local dance studios and which shoes and attire are required.
