This Kroger location always been my favorite. Though this store is busy it is always clean. Love their fresh produce. Staffs are friendly. The only caviot is short staff at register when it is super busy. Wish they additional staff to help the que move quicker. I always love to shop for Halloween. Loved their theme this year.

We’ll I go to this Kroger very often, most employees at this Kroger are very rude, it’s a few good apples who are very pleasant, but most are very rude, from the head manager Michelle down, it’s one guy in produce who’s nice & the lady Kim at uscan is very nice, everybody else is rude.

My girlfriend and I stopped in to get flowers for her friend whose mother died. There was a guy working in the flower area. He put bouquets together for us. We didn’t expect to have a person there, especially during the pandemic. I think his name was Chris. Thanks so much. :)

Pickup...Just Dont!!! The two times that I have ordered pickups from this location I am always waiting. My order was to be picked up at 3 pm...its 6 pm and I am still waiting. The amount of time that I wasted equal more than what I would have tipped a Amazon Fresh driver. Not to mention all of the wasted gas waiting in line with 10 other vehicles.

Omg! I called in a prescription around noon, they told me it would be ready at 6:00pm. I came the next day around noon, and they STILL made me wait 30 minutes‼️ They also tried to charge me $87 bucks for a prescription because they said my insurance didn’t cover it. I asked them to check it again & it was covered - they just didn’t bother to check my insurance! Rude! Is it too much to ask them to just do their job?!?

If you do online pick up don’t get fruit. I had ordered strawberries and bananas and I didn’t notice till I got home they were both rotten. The bananas were already black and my strawberries were mushy already. Why would you guys think it’s okay to just give people rotten food.

Okay selection, prices are good if you have the Krogers card .

This was my first time doing click list with kroger. I received a call later in the day a few hours after placing my order asking if they could have more time to get it ready for me because they were really busy. I said that would be fine because it really didn’t matter to me. However when I arrived there was a printed sheet front and back of items that were “out of stock.” The woman explained that I should select allow substitutions if I want them to replace an out of stock item, which I didn’t realize I could do. So I went back in while I was there to find my own substitutions and I literally found all but two of the exact items on the list. Kinda frustrating because the whole point of me doing this was so I didn’t have to enter the store but I ended up having to do it anyway.Everything in my order was correct otherwise and bagged nicely... but I still probably won’t use this service again.

Whoever is doing their shopping for online orders needs better training. Ordered turnip greens and got turnip. Ordered sweet potatoes and they gave us white sweet potatoes which are more starchy and lack flavor. I end up wasting money.

This location has the nicest people! Every time I go and interact with anyone working here, especially the cashiers, they are so genuinely nice and friendly.

The pharmacy used to be a lot better at getting prescriptions completed on time. My doctor sent one to be refilled last week, no text, called them and they said they couldn’t get refilled till end of day. When did it become ok to just not fill someone’s script and then make it seem like a nuisance for calling them and them making you wait another full day? I asked if it could be done before noon as I have appointment in afternoon, (only 30 day supply) and they said won’t be done till after 3:00. They expect you to wait another day, why is this ok???

I was here the other day and only two lanes were open and it was super busy. The bagger in my lane was spending more time singing Katy Perry than bagging and the cashier was getting frustrated, but let me tell you his kindness, help and professionalism was the only thing that kept me from getting frustrated. The prices here are very good and we use the pharmacy with no problems. Customer service managers need to focus on whats going on in the lanes though.

This is a very nice Kroger. The older lady that works in the meal deals to go area is awesome. The Starbucks in this Kroger is amazing. Their drinks are really good. I just dont believe your child should be sitting on the counter with their butt where people pick up their drinks.

Its great when I check myself out.... Last time someone checked me out I ended up going to check myself out because she didn’t want to keep working until her shift was over which was very inconvenient. Then this time that I had to use the checkout lane just because I wanted to buy a tobacco product the bag .girl had to put the bags on the opposite side so I couldn’t barely reach them? I just feel like if you don’t want to deal with people then maybe get a different job but anytime I ring myself out it’s perfect

They are always super stocked and the staff is super nice and helpful. I didnt give 5 stars because 99% of the time I am having to bag my own groceries when I go. Not a huge frustration, but definitely an inconvenience worth docking them for. That said, the fact that they are helpful in every other way and well run gets them high marks in my book.

I love this Kroger. Everyone polite courteous from customer service and register people. Pharmacy staff excellent. Professional and helpful and they go above and beyond with their customer service. Helped me transfer numerous prescriptions for better pricing.

Never have problems at this location. The employees are friendly and they have fresh products and keep the store clean. They have tried to reconfigure the items in store which has caused some confusion when shopping but it i am starting to get a grasp on it. Would like to see the store fully updated like some of the newer locations.

The produce, meat, and bread is always fresh. Ive compared it to other grocers in the area and Kroger continues to be on top with their product freshness. It can be a bit difficult to find things in the store, depending on what youre looking for. The wine section, for instance, is a complete maze. The signage isnt very clear and the employees who work in this area have no knowledge of any of the products. This isnt the case in other departments, however. I can say that meat and pharmacy, specifically, have very knowledgeable staff. Overall, I do enjoy my experience at this location and recommend it to others.

Could not find an Italian wine section, nor could I find Goya black beans. Other than that, there was great energy in the store and I had a very positive conversation with a young cashier about the union presence.

Great produce selection.The never have any of the smaller carts easily available. And it feels like too many of the close parking spots are handicap-only and usually empty.Its a good Kroger, but consider going to the one a couple miles south on Hamilton for smaller carts and easier navigation.

The atmosphere of this Krogers was very nice and quiet. When Im here at 7:40 p.m, its nice to have that quiet air to the store. It makes my shopping spree easier and faster. Everyone was nice and very polite!

Love this store its a joy going but they just dont have some of the seafood I want. STONE CRAB CLAWS!

There should be no reason why customer service doesnt answer the phone after 5 minutes and then puts customer on hold because the employee answering the phone has no clue. Hire people and train them appropriately. Unacceptable. BTW Im still on hold as I type this.

Nice store, good deals, I really like the produce section its always full and clean. The bakery and deli is always nice as well. Seafood department can be cleaner sometimes often times Ive smelled a nasty strong bad fish smell walking past. The meat department has a good variety of meats at good sale prices. Although sometimes I have seen some markdown meats that should have not been for sale, as red meat should not be brown. And it would be better if the smaller carts were available in the main entrance as well, and more of them it seems that the store only has maybe 20 of them. Overall I like going to this store wish it was still open 24 hrs though.

Why does it take 15 mins to get four items from the deli?

On a normal, bustling Saturday afternoon, I ran to Kroger for some basics. When I got to the parking lot, I eased my way into middle of it. Despte the crowd, I landed a spot three deep and right in front. Armed with e-coupons and my Kroger rewards card, I snapped a photo, grabbed a shopping cart and went to work.I found everything I needed: cereal, soymilk, toilet paper, paper towels. Alas, though, the did not have the 6-pack of Kroger brand paper towels in the big size, so I could not take advantage of the $1 e-coupon.When I finished shopping, the registers were full. I got in line behind two people. The young, friendly employee processed the customers quickly, and I soon saved $5 on my order.All in all, it was a successful trip with some good points and a disappointing missed chance to save a buck. The store was clean, the service was good and I saved some money.

The customer service in this store is terrible. I tried to check out at 10:15 AM and there was only one register open with about eight people waiting with full carts.I have been to other Kroger stores that when they see people waiting they open up another register.This has happened to me at this store several times and at different times too.They want everyone to use the self checkout in my opinion.They want to save on labor cost and dont care about the customers wait time. I will now go to Costco, Giant Eagle or Audis.

Cashier was too busy talking with his buddies to acknowledge me. Moved to another line. Wasnt a whole lot better. Employees still too concerned talking with each other.

It was lacking potatoes, cabbage, and the meat I needed for my corn beef and cabbage. With the little selection I had I settled with the chicken thighs. Normally, Kroger doesnt disappoint me, but today Kroger disappointed me.

One older lady at the front desk is useless. She acted like I bothered her and she couldnt possibly lift a finger to weigh the apple. Also, the front desk does not sell bus passes, so good luck with your 31 day COTA pass. Good thing cash back exists!

Stopped shopping here due to empty shelves all the time. Also, you may not find the same thing/brand each time you visit. Management clearly needs to be looked into to allow this store to be this way for years

All this Kroger had was the self check out line open. There was a family there with 3 little ones and a cart full. It took them forever to scan everything and watch the kids. There was a line to just check out. It seems to me all the stores are worried about Amazon and so have shifted to the buy it online and pick it up out side stuff they have forgot about the customers. Have at least one cashier there for people with full carts. Or you have 3 little ones and you try the self check out.

So we own a 18 wheeler I call the store and a young lady picks up and say we can park over night well we get there and call back to let them know we are here and a manager gets on the phone and is very rude young guy maybe 30 horrible additude say no we can not stay over night tell us its his parking lot and then says hes trying to save me a ticket I told the young man not to get a additude with me we are just trying o find a place for our 10 hour brake and this was the worst place I have been to I also told him I was coming in to shop and he said well thank you and then went on to say you still cant park out there I dont care what the young lady told you shes not the manager iam so yeah wow never again will we be back hes not made for this job at all

Best Place n very awesome associates. Always helping and much better then all supermarket.. very well organized and all items are better in quality than Walmart or aldi and also prices are cheaper over weekend..

Its a decent Kroger. The one older guy in the meat department could use a few customer service lessons though. Always looking sour like he doesnt want to be there. Very blunt and short with people. Comes off as a bit rude.

The store is really good. I just dislike the corporate gun policy. Either be neutral on the issue or ban them from the stores. The only thing you should be armed with in this store is a check book, credit card, or cash.

Ive been going here since I was little with my dad and family. I dont know half their stuff is never on the shelves and the employees I asked for help tonight were very unhelpful. Everytime I go in here there is only one brand of coffee creamer on the shelves. And there is never 32 packs of Kroger water out. I asked the employees for help and if there may have been some in the back. They said I dont know I think were out and sent me on my way. I had to go to 3 different stores after that. I dont know what happend to this place but its kinda a let down to see a place Ive been going to my whole child hood falling apart.

The people that work the night shift are so sweet. Especially the woman that works the self checkout station.

This store is so up and down we are about done with krogers all together. If you dont know there stocking order chamces are theyll be out of what you want or need there kroger bramd cheeses or dips either have mold or with in days will be molded. 80%of the time you feel forced to buy product brands you dont know or carw for at a high price becouse thats all they have on the shelves. I have no problem paying higher prices for what i want and know it wont go bad in days

The store is dirty, cramps with way too many displays, and there are no prices on many of the displays or products. Ive shopped at Krogers and Kroger only for the last 40 years. Theyve raised their prices much higher than is necessary. I doubt if Ill ever shop there again.

This Krogers is absolutely amazing to the pharmacies the best part of it all they make sure me and my fathers meds are there every month including my sons in the older guy that works in the pharmacy is the best hes helped my family in ways I couldnt even imagine and Im very grateful for him so I definitely recommend that Krogers 100%

This location is in my opinion one of the top krogers. The store layout was kind of a headache when we first moved to the area but after shopping here multiple times we have become more familier to where things are. Love the selection here it beats alot of other krogers and its a clean well kept havent had to deal with bakery yet which from other reviews I now will just steer clear of that area and stick with great harvest in westerville for our breads, but other than that Im really pleased we love that the selection of organic items here which means less trips to whole foods and this will be one of our shopping spots. customer service all in all so far is really nice the people that work here seem to have better customer service than other krogers we have had to shop at ( :( morse road krogers)
