Buying the car was great. Easy no problems. Getting my tag on the other hand a nightmare. I paid for the transfer cause I have a tag at dmv. They cant seem to figure it out or tell me what is going on. By the way it is legally their job by Florida law that a dealership takes care of tags.

I have been waiting 4 months for my title and tag called the dmv myself and they have no record of the car I bought on file they informed me to make a report on him with the main dmv in ocala I have called home multiple times and hardly get a answer and always get the run around saying oh I will have it by next week etc but yet the dmv dont even have any record of him even filing my title or my tag I would not do business with him at all I will be making a report with the dmv on this situation as well as fileing in small claims cause this is just outright ridiculous if I could give negative stars boy I would

Before buying I ask were there any issues, I was told no. Now one week later Im here with a vehicle needing a new radiator & 2 pages of repairs. The dealer stated they cannot REFUND or repair by law...& suggested I trade it in for a new car under warranty. He made it seem the vehicle was in good condition & been Inspected. A good car dealer has all of their vehicles inspected before selling not selling with over 1500$ needed for repairs & not saying a thing. Sad thought these guys work under honesty praying they do better business than this.

I give it a one star cause I did get a car from here before but I came back to get another car and the car broke down on me the next day after I got it. The person that sold me the car promise me that that car had a lot of work done to it so it run very well and after I got the car he tells me the car battery might be dead and that he might have to give me a jump if you put in a lot of money and work into this car it’s no way that should be a problem but he didn’t and the next day I drove it to work and in the middle of the highway it cut off on me I call for a mechanic and the mechanic came an he give me a jump and he told me out of his own mouth that is not the battery the battery is perfectly fine is the car the engine in it or something is messed up on the car so I want to recommend nobody to get a car from here at all no more

The car buying process can be nervewracking especially being a female college student. I inquired on a couple cars and Abraham returned my text within hours. BE AWARE FRAUD!!!, test driving is not enough, purchase a car test drove it, we did all paperwork, sign, got the keys, drove it to take it home and car stop running at less than 5 miles from this place, we could make it at 10 miles per hour back to the shop, they refused to cancel contract and give our money back, we have a broke down car and no money. THIS IS A WARNING, DO WHATEVER YOU WANNA DO, THEY ARE GOOD AT TALKING BUT A FRAUD.DO NOT BELIEVE GOOD REVIEWS, THEY ARE FAKE

Tried to get info on vehicle we were interested in. Took a while to get a response and then when we drove to look (1.5 hr away) we discovered it was a car lot and they sold the vehicle earlier in the morning. Would have been nice to know what was going on instead, they lied and to get us there. We left.

They buy lemons that arent suitable for even basic travel, cars that should be sold for parts. Great salesmen. You sign a contract that says as is- no refunds and then you get burned. Scam artists. One of the dealers said this to me straight up. The owners at one point made $400k per year a piece scamming the community. Sick how they can get away with this.

Bought a 2002 Honda civic for $700 down, 300/mo for 9 months, so $3400 total. Not a bad deal for a beginner vehicle. My next purchase will probably be something nicer

Very shady dealership. I bought a vehicle from them and paid with a bank loan draft. After securing my financing from my bank we agreed on a lesser amount for the vehicle so my draft was for more than the purchase of the car, leaving Carzilla owing me a refund of $400. We purchased the vehicle on a Monday, after multiple calls and emails that were unanswered I finally got a response that said “I personally mailed the check Friday, which turned out to be lie, it in fact was not sent out until the next Friday and I received the check a full 2 weeks later. The original paper tag expired and they had to issue us another 30 day tag. The original purchase was on April 29 and the title work was not submitted until June 18th and they did not list my bank as the lien holder and submit the title to my bank as they should have which would’ve cost $2 and the time of title transfer, and now to correct this it will cost me $75 and again they will not answer my calls or emails! DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! Worst car buying experience of my life!!

Oh that noise is the clutch. I went to his buddys garage for the clutch job. That was done the Im told o by the way that noise is a transmission bering. So now a new transmission or repair this one. Another 1000.00. To fix it. Thanks boys will not forget you.

Purchase a car 2 days ago, scamming, fraud, do not buy anything from them, we try the car and it was ok, did paperwork and paid cash, we gor the car drove it no more than 5 miles on our way hone and the car stop driving, it was driving at 10 miles per hour, we turn back to Carzilla and they werent there, we called and nobody answered, when they finally answer they told us to go get our money back, we went yesterday as agreed at 3pm and nothing, nobody there, we finally got a text back saying to go today, we went and no money back, they said that we already sign and there is no money back, we called the police but there is nothing they can do, we have no car and no money and a family in need, we cant go to work to feed our kids, we are DONE, DO NOT GO THERE, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING, THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!And their website says 14 day return no questions asked THAT IS A LIE

Bought a 2002 chrysler town & country with 120k miles for $4000, had an issue with the window within two weeks and they replaced the problem. I have terrible credit and was able to get a 12.9% interest rate so I cant complain! So far the customer experience was not too shabby. If this car treats me well I might get another one next tax season. Just dont let the salesman place you in the car that they want you to be in haha

I went to look at a car and the dealer, Abraham, was generally condescending. He took the car keys from me when I asked not to be called sweetie. He also seemed hesitant to let me take the car to my own mechanic to be checked out. When I asked if he knew where the car was leaking oil from, he showed me that the car had new oil. No kidding.

If I could leave no stars I would. I purchased two vehicles from Carzilla within six months both had major issues. The first vehicle, the engine was shot and left me stranded on the freeway. The second vehicle I cant drive for more than 40 minutes without the engine smoking profusely. Terrible experience with this dealership, if you choose to purchase a vehicle with them get a pre purchase inspection first!
