After visiting other mattress stores it was refreshing to walk into Mattress Firm on Archer Road. The store was not as overwhelming as other stores we walked into and Carols greeted us right away, rather than having to hunt around for someone to help us. We explained what we looking for and he asked good questions and made suggestions that helped us find the mattress we wanted at a great price.

I had such wonderful experiences working with both Carlos and Michael and the stores on Archer and 13th. I had previous ordered mattresses from Macy’s that kept getting delayed. Carlos found the most similar mattresses readily available in the warehouse and matched my discount from Macy’s. When the mattresses were sent to the store on 13th, Michael helped me schedule delivery. I got the mattresses in 2 days!!

We needed a queen bunkie board for our kids new mattress. We called around and people wanted to charge between 169-289 dollars for one. I called and talked with Carlos who was super nice and very helpful. He said it was 90 dollars and there warehouse had one. He ordered it and let me know the store it was go to.Next day I talked with Donovan and Michael at the store it was going too. They were super nice and let me know the time frame and that they would call me.Indeed they did. I went over, got the bunkie and they gave me scissors and twine so I could put it on the roof.Very very very good all around customer service.They have a customer for life.

My wife and I went mattress shopping for our new home and I can safely say if it wasnt for Louise being very helpful and informative we would have walked out without being able to make a decision. I was there yesterday and again today. This time I brought my wife. The staff was very courteous and helpful on both days. My wife and I were able to pick out a bed to replace the one we bought in February. We’re expecting the delivery on June 20th.

Michaela Yates was the store associate that was on duty. I got my memory foam mattress early 2020 because spring mattresses was not working for me anymore, and the spring mattress was messing with my Sciatic nerve to the point I could not sleep, but since the switch I have been able to sleep every single night. Ms. Yates was very informative about the products she had in store and, helped me secure a great deal. Ms Yates really makes you feel at home in the store, and she really does try and get you the best deals. All and all I would definitely recommend going to that store for all matters needs.

I recently moved into a college apartment and the full size beds are absolute garbage. I was in search of a reasonable mattress topper to add a little softness to my bed and found this Mattress Firm location was nearby to my house. I have been searching for mattress for my house and went to Ashley Furniture and got robbed so I was skeptical going to another large company. I’ll tell you right now that my skepticism for this company is gone. From walking in the door I was greeted and not pressured or hassled to purchase anything. It was definitely a welcoming environment. I feel bad because I think I forgot my sales associates’ name I think it was Nick? Nicolas? The gentleman that worked 3/25/19 at 1pm. He was explaining the differences between all the mattresses and provided his knowledge and experience to try and make the best decision. The main reason I went in store was to try out a mattress and order it online. The salesman told me the price match policy of Mattress Firm and it was at that point I made the decision to purchase from them vs online. They have a great warranty for the mattress I purchased plus the 120 night guarantee is fantastic especially compared to Ashley who has a 0 night warranty. If I had more bedrooms that needed mattresses, this will be the first place I go back to. It was a hassle free experience.
