Outstanding service. I’ve had my boat serviced at other places and these guys are hands down the best I’ve done business with. Friendly, honest service is hard to find these day but I’ve found it at North Texas Marine in Gainesville. It’s well worth the drive for me.

My son and I had an accident, pulling his bass boat just south of Gainesville TX on our way to Houston recently. The nearest dealership to have the boat and trailer towed to was North Texas Marine. I have to say, my son and I feel very fortunate to have found a dealership and service department that has a staff ( shout out to Brian) with a commitment to service that is unmatched. We found them to have excellent communication, and very timely service. My sons boat was picked up in better condition than before the accident. Excellent Service! We bought our boat in December 2017 and couldnt be happier. From the moment we walked in our salesman was there to answer questions but there was no pressure for a quick sale. They even took the boat out to the lake to go over exactly how everything work and answer any questions we had once it was on the water. Covered all the little things you might not think to ask about. North Texas Marine and our salesman have continued to provide excellent service after the sale. We have ordered some extras for our boat as well as dropped the boat off for maintenance. Weve been completely satisfied from start to finish. I highly recommend doing business there!

Great resource for service, although, tools associated with repairs are not for sale, only available to the local boat mechanics. Great for picking up last minute parts and associated exterior lights, oil, some electrical. There are some service members that appear to me more helpful than others.

Excellent customer service in the shop. We bought our boat used from another owner who bought here new. Bryan and the other service managers went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We will be using them for our winterization and any service needs from now on. Thank you!

The level of customer experience and patients that I received from North Texas Marine was unparalleled. Jacob Squires and I worked on the purchase of my boat for a little over 2 years and finally in March of 2019, I was able to purchase the Lowe boat that I exactly wanted.Its says a million when you work with a sales guide from two years ago and he (Jacob) was still there. I just want share my experience with North Texas Marine .I did not purchase a boat from these folks but I purchased a used boat from one of their customers.We were test driving the boat and just came back in and had boat loaded on the trailer and a North Texas Marine company truck pulled up with two guys and they got out and they knew the folks we were buying the boat from and came over to visit.They then shook hands with us and asked if we had any questions or concerns about the used boat? Wow was I shocked when they asked that and they jumped right in to be as helpful as if we were buying a new boat from them! Brian and Chris were the guys names and after our visit we needed a few small decals that were missing from the boat and also the bumpers were bent on the boat we were buying, Brian said come by and I will give you some at no charge? Thats unheard of something for nothing but he did what he said! We were staying over nite in a hotel so was concerned with leaving the boat outside over nite and Brian offered to leave at the dealership? Again what kind of cordial can you ask from someone that has nothing to gain from me living in another state and 350 miles away! Sorry for the long review but felt they deserved the recognition! I would buy a boat or parts from these guys just by the way they treated a stranger.Thanks Guys!

Customer service is terrible. The salesman tells you one thing then it does not happen that way. Took way longer than was told when there was no reason why it should have. They seem to make everything so hard and difficult when it should be a great and exciting experience. Seem to not really want to sell you the boat. My husband falls going down the stairs and no one came out to check on him we ended up at ER and his foot is very bad pulled and sprained. On crutches for two to three weeks. When we were supposed to be picking up the boat instead they needed copies of paycheck ( which they should have already ask for that) we told them about my husband fall and all the salesman said was sorry to hear that. He acted like he could care less. I would never do business with them again at all. The worst place ever. Just to update this post. When we went to finally pick up the boat the manager did not include me in a discussion about this post he ask my husband and son in his office but not me. That just showed me what type of person he is. All he had to do was talk to me about it but he chose to totally leave me out. I hate that my son bought a boat from them. This place not a family place.

We purchased our 22 Blue Wave last September. Had a couple minor issues that needed to be looked at. I contacted Brian and we brought the boat in and everything but one thing was fixed that day. When the part arrived for the last item, he called to let us know. We cant say enough about the personal attention that weve gotten from this dealer and its been shown that they will do whatever it takes to make you happy. Thanks Brian.

Thank you so much for the exceptional response to my boating challenges last week. I had an engine/computer problem that left me stranded in the middle of Moss Lake and without a boat for the weekend. We had 4 couples coming for the weekend to enjoy the “lake life.”Daniel was very helpful trying to diagnose the problem by phone from the lake and he followed up numerous times that afternoon and the next day (even though it was his day off!)Mitchell was very determined to locate the problem when he came out to service the boat at our dock. Once locating the problem and discovering he did not have the bad sensor in stock he came up with a solution. He brought help to tow the boat to the boat ramp and take it back to the shop. He then worked after hours to swap the needed part from another boat and had my boat back on my dock by 9:30 am the next morning with guests to arrive at 10:00.I received other phone calls from the service department informing me of the plan and progress along the way.Thank you again for the exceptional customer service.

Broke my transducer. Blew wires lose under my console with high pressure washer. Wasnt a good experience. I wasnt pleased to say the least and I didnt contact them to give the opportunity to fix what was broken. I just didnt want to bring it back.

Talked with Phil about a boat they had for sale. Made arrangements and took a day off to head to their dealership. Spoke with him morning of 2.5 hr trip. Halfway there he calls and tells me he sold the boat from under me. Bad way to do business.

Not really sure .I was in the store 7 minutes walked in front of 4 people before anyone offered assistance. This is always a concern when I plan to make large purchases. Finally received assistance from kind friendly salesman.NOTE: I was at a Cabelas up in Washington state 3 days ago now I never waited for any assistance ever.Just a simple comparison. I can not rate this place above3 because of this.YES I clock every place I visit its a way of determining future interaction.
