While our finished job was well done in both quality and craftsmanship, the communication with their regional sales manager was extremely poor and lacking. We purchased our slabs (3) in hopes there would be excess for another project. The excess wasn’t delivered on the day of installation. Even weeks after the job was finished we couldn’t get an answer on what remained. Then after finally getting this info, and requesting it be delivered, the piece was broken (1/2 slab) by the delivery men. We refused delivery, requesting a call from the Gainesville sales manager about what could be done. Never another word from Zsolt Granite. Get everything in writing, and don’t pay in full until you have all that is promised.

I loved that we were able to plan exactly how everything would lay out on the slabs before they started cutting. We have bought counter tops twice at Zsolt Granite. There is a beautiful showroom to let you see just how beautiful their granite is installed. We had visited another place the first time and it was on the side of a road and very primitive! The gorgeous room settings Zsolt has shows just how gorgeous your kitchen or bath will look with their stone. There are so many to choose from also! We renovated our 1992 kitchen and everyone was amazing from the salesman in the showroom to the guy that measured and the installers were amazing also! So when we decided to build we said Zsolt Granite had to be where we purchase the granite again! They made sure we got exactly what we needed. Because it was new construction we were not certain of a good installation date and had to change the date several times. Zsolt Granite was super nice to us and worked with us to get it installed. She was patient and able to answer all my questions, and I had many. Another bonus, she was able to help me with back splash design which I greatly appreciate. Horrible communication. Stay away from these guys. We found them on Facebook and the sales woman Racheal scheduled someone to come out for measurements. She didnt tell us she cancelled them because they didnt do floor prep. Stay away from these guys as a residential buyer. They are horrible.

Went in person. Gave measurements and details. I was supposed to receive a quote the very next day. Never happened. Called to f/u. Nothing. Sent another e-mail to f/u. Someone got in contact with the typical apologies. Finally more than a week later, the saleswoman contacted me saying the stone I wanted was no longer available which was a made up story since I was to get general quotes on granite and quartz. In addition, she asked me again for all the info I had already given her in my in-person visit. If this company does a good job or not I cant say since I was not even able to get a quote from them. What a terrible customer service, dishonest behavior, and waste of my time. I needed a countertop not apologies.

Zsolt granite just installed beautiful quartz countertops in our kitchen this week. They are perfect! When the guy came out to do our template, he listened to us and made sure he did the measurements for exactly what we wanted. The installers also did an amazing job. We have 40 year old cabinets that I just painted white and they literally did not even leave a mark on them. To be honest, I was concerned because our cabinets are so old but there was no damage at all. We also liked the fact that we paid per square foot of countertop and not for an entire slab. We really couldnt be happier! Thanks Zsolt for an amazing job!

Zsolt granite did an amazing job in my new kitchen and bathroom countertops. The color and clarity is AMAZING! The installation staff were very meticulous in taking out my old countertops and replacing the new ones. They worked all day and into the evening to make sure they got it all done in one day! I do not recommend. Granite is not as shiny as it should be. very poor customer service. They were 1 week late to come take measurement. We got our Granite cracked and they said they will send someone to take a look at it, it has been 10 days and no one even called. The Gainesville rep if you are lucky and he answer the phone, he will promise to call you back but he never does. I called Longwood office to try to fix my problem and I had no luck with them either. I wish I didnt deal with Zsolt. The installer did not know who the Gainesville rep was, which surprised me. Again, Not recommended. They brought me headache and now I dont know how to deal with them to end it. (see crack in picture)
