My familys been coming here for over 15 years. Yesterday 08/19/21 I purchased a Stihl trimmer on their website and went to pick it up. A new elder employee was trying his best to finish the paperwork, but needed help. Understandable. Another younger male employee came up and proceeded to be very rude with the elder gentleman AND ME !? Acted as if it was my fault for showing him proof purchase on my phone ! Trash customer service. If I was manager Id fire him on the spot.

When the repairs on my rotary mower were becoming excessive, the service department contacted me suggesting it would make more sense to buy a new one. I agreed and was transferred to the sales department who gave me a price and when I asked to buy it she told me the one she had didnt belong to the Gainesville location so she couldnt sell it to me. She then told me she couldnt get me one until spring and to call Ag Pro in Hastings or Tallahassee and get their price and go buy it from them.

Kalyn was INCREDIBLY helpful and thorough when I called in for a quote on a few things. She was more than willing to provide me with as many comparable quotes as I wanted and took extra time when I stopped by in person to educate me on the equipment. She made a point to inform me about potential extra discount opportunities which I REALLY appreciated (given sales people typically aren’t incentivized to do so.) Kalyn’s assistance is actually the reason we chose to pursue a purchase via this Ag Pro location versus other providers for our equipment. This location overall appeared very well organized and stocked. We are so excited about our purchase and are incredibly grateful that Kalyn helped us get a deal that we were comfortable with. HIGHLY recommend this location and her in particular overall! She is a massive asset to this place.
My family purchased a John Deere Zero Turn here late July of 2019. I had some questions and dropped off the unit, I bought blades better suited for my weedy lawn, etc. The stock blades were sharpened and stacked for me as a suprise courtesy, as if my tractor belonged to them personally. As a guy who took ASE mechanic classes in college, I notice more than the common customer. Ag-Pro also inspected and changed several things around, that I had no idea existed. Just superb. As long as Ag-Pro keeps this up, Ill definitely buy whatever I need from them.
These guys are exceptional! As an owner of a commercial lawn service company,dealer support is crucial and they got it covered from parts to new machines. Always top notch service! Big shout out to coach and Chris today for getting me hooked up with another mower.

Had problem with not knowing how carburetor linkage hooked up on my jhon deer, they let me talk to service tech for free. from the parts service man to service tech which gave me excellent knowledge. Thank yall !!!!!

Steve is awesome. I walked in knowing the model of stand on mower I wanted and in 20 minutes I had signed the paperwork and was waiting for delivery. Steve kept me updated until arrival and made sure delivery was made on time. I hold high regards for Steve and the Ag-Pro sales team. I will be returning for more equipment soon.
Chris helped me alot, when i was there the mechanics seem to really j.g elp the first ti.e Tractor owners. Its a big difference. I know Kit will help the friendliness around tge store.The guys in the parts department are just outstanding, they really talk to you and help you to understand.
The store has a new General Manager as of February, Kris, and he has been very helpful to me. After some miscommunications involving Internet Sales which delayed the delivery of my new mower from the date of purchase on July 9 to August 4, he took charge of the situation and delivered my mower to me himself. He filled it with gas and took time to make sure it was operating properly. After he left, I called him to tell him that I was having trouble with the brake and he immediately returned to examine the brake and make sure I was able to use it. He even offered to follow up with the service department to see whether the operation of the brake could be improved.I couldnt have been more impressed with the level of service he provided.

Had taken a z turn mower in for repair and was told the repairs, $2500+, were extensive to the point we started looking for a new mower. Took the mower from here unannounced to get another opinion, they were shocked that I was taking it. Got the mower home and it appears that a fuse was changed and the mower is running & cutting fine, no repairs needed. Im not saying they were dishonest in any way but broken lawn mowers dont magically fix themselves... I will never do business personal or professional, with this company in any form or fashion ever again.

What a great group of people from the front to the ones in the back that fix everything. Alex and his team go the extra mile to make sure all my equipment is up and running top notch.
Disappointing service. Called them on Monday to get my lawn mower serviced. They came out on Tuesday to pick it up and told me they should be able to get it done by Friday. Called them on Friday because I hadnt heard anything and they told me they hadnt looked at it yet. I wasnt told there was a delay in service initially.
I bent the heck out of the blade on my mower and was worried I damaged the deck. I brought Alex & his team at the service department a replacement blade and asked them to check out the mower. Luckily for me there was no damage aside from the blade. Not only was the blade replaced within an hour or so, they didn’t charge me... You do not see customer service like this let alone someone helping another person out like this any more. I thought I’d be dropping around $100 for a replacement and diagnostic. Thank you all for your generosity and kindness. Especially during this crazy time we are all in.
I would give no stars if this were an option. Took a zero turn radius in for repair. They never called me back after 12 days sitting there. I called and was told I would be lucky if they called me back in a week and a half. I was quoted $725.00 for general maintenance, blade change and fuel filter. That is outrageous and only intended to pressure you into buying a new mower. They don’t need a service manager since he does nothing to help paying customers. I would not recommend Ago Pro to anyone.
My husband and I go here for his climbing gear. They have reliable products, but their staff arent all well versed in the climbing gear that they carry. They could use some more training so that when we have questions reguarding products capabilities they can be answered.

So glad this is where my tractor supply items are purchased and repairs are always done. In the face of an oncoming hurricane, John and another salesman went out of their way on a Friday night, (five minutes before closing), to make sure my new Stihl chainsaw was the right model and ready to go. Cheerful attitudes and great advice really made me sure I had gone to the best dealership for my needs. And the cute John Deere hat was just icing on the cake!

I was in the service department about my john deer front end loader cylinder that I need repair and the service guy was rude. Young guy with dark hair saw me with 50 cylinder in my arms having a hard time holding it. He did not offer to help one bit. He was rude to me also. I put on the ground and when outside and I went outside and said to my self why should I give any business to him. I call HoBo tractor in lake city, which made go back in to get my part back to take to them.

While service at the parts counter can seem a little slow there is good reason. This place is always busy due to the excellent customer service. I have never left this place upset. I might get a little testy due to the wait, but once you get to speak with someone you get what you need at a fair price.
The gentleman and lady in the service department have your best interest at heart which is hard to find these days.

As an business owner its a necessity to have dealer support. If our equipment isnt working, then we arent able to provide service to our customers. These guy make it happen and stand behind their product. The staff at Ag-Pro is always friendly and goes out of the way to help out. The GM, John Healy also makes time with his busy schedule to stop and talk with his customers. He makes sure everything is going well and see if we need anything. Brought a commercial 900 series zero turn in for a repair. The mower had 130 hours on it. The mower did not start which is the reason it was brought in. While there I asked them to perform the recommended service, which they did. When I called to inquire if the mower was done, I was told it was. The service rep informed me that the oil cooler leak, spindle bearing had been replaced and it was serviced. I asked why it did not start as that was the reason I brought it in, there was a pause and I was told it was a loose connection. Like an idiot, I asked which connection and I was told it was not listed. A week later, my mower does not start. If I knew which connection perhaps, I could have gotten it on the trailer. Reasonable deduction, It was not fixed. However, I grease my spindles more than recommended and I never noticed a bad spindle bearing.

Brought in my Exmark mower, when they were finished they had left a locking pin sitting on the deck. If I hadnt seen that, the brakes would not have functioned. Later while I was mowing I discovered they had lost another locking pin and the right brake would only function if I held the rods together while trying to mow. Days later I called them to order some V belts, called a couple days later to follow up and they said they couldnt find my order but would call me back later after they had figured it out. They never called so I called the next day and they said my order had been deleted but they reordered them. However, at this point they were going to come too late. Their parts department couldnt order parts, and their service department couldnt put my mower back together. I wont be going back. I do not trust them.I talked to a manager about these issues and his response was Im sorry you feel that way but we have hundreds of happy customers each month. Very dismissive, didnt seem to care about losing a customer.

Went there to buy a riding mower. We are in the midst of a pandemic. Staff not only did not wear masks or practice social distancing, they were quite rude when suggested they do so. I will never shop there again.
I used to do alot of business with these guys but after my last visit I will not ever spend another penny in this store. I will travel to another county before I do business with them again. Since they have moved into the new building and changed thier counter staff, they are rude and lacking in knowledge. During my last visit the guy at the counter literally walked away from me in the middle of a transaction and started helping another customer. Thats it for me.
Brought my mower in for repairs and asked for a quote before work was done. I received a call shortly thereafter with a grand total quote from the service department. When the repairs were completed I went to pick up the mower and found that the cost had jumped to over $60.00 above quote.The mistake in the quote was on Ag-Pro but they came through and charged me the original amount at cost to them for oil and parts.That, people, is how real businesses are run! No haggling involved and no run around, Just taking care of a mistake the right way.I would not hesitate in using their services again and I would recommend them to anyone!

Engine stalls after 10 minutes. Service Dept. said repaired and I paid them $150. Still stalled so it went back. This continued for three trips until I gave up and went on line. Found it was possibly a clogged gas cap vent, which I flushed and mower worked fine. Service dept. is the worst!

This is the worst run store. Never get the right part. Several times despite looking it up on the computer and writing down the part number they order the wrong part 3 times. Yes 3 times. Never get anything right or on time. Incompetent. Would never never buy a John Deere product again
I never had any work done by them but if you need parts, they seem to have pretty much everything and know what they have.
