The kitchen is impeccably clean. You can choose from some menu items or make your own. There are many sauced and veggies to add. Super tasty and refreshing! Would definitely recommend for a hot sunny day at depot.

Around 5pm its pretty light on customers so you can have a beer with a friend inside with the A/C which is cranking. Great selection of drinks and beers and cold coffees. Inside seating is good and warm, friendly staff. Great place all in all for a pit stop from the heat.

Its so convenient when I need to get a quick drink after a jog. The sandwiches are also pretty good.

Nice little general store with a little restaurant inside. I ordered the vegan breakfast burrito, and I would order it again. They have a wide selection of drinks, including alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.

Rude service. Basically told my girlfriend and I to buy something or get out. The place was completely empty, so we weren’t keeping a table from anyone. Don’t know why they felt the need to interrupt our time together.

Love the options here for all kinds of dietary needs. Friendly and quick service. Tons of tasty food either prepackaged or served fresh. Really nice atmosphere, I tend to see families spending time at Depot Park stopping in for a quick bite. Lots to look at while you’re inside. A little cramped but it works out. Highly recommended!

Prices are RIDICULOUS for a cookie!!! I can go to Walmart and get a whole roll of cookie dough for the price of one cookie!

Its a good place if you know your brands... They carry too old of unions in brand name food though.... If you can stop by the gas station across from checkers on university for Wisconsin cheese sticks...and then stop by the park free from vendors...there is a wine and beer garden too near the park... I would advise adult activity kept to advertised music clubs..

We here at Dan Kays Auto repair, ( down the Street from Depot Park on SE 4th ) Absolutely love the Unique Culture and the Convenience of a nearby Lunch Spot. Weve been lacking on Variety and Convenience in this section of town for sometime now. Definitely worth your time to stop in and try some of the Various food and drinks.

This was my first visit to Pop-a-Top and I want to start off by saying the food was really good!What made me a bit frustrated was the staff’s understanding and communication on allergens.I had originally asked if a specific menu item used red onions since I have an intolerance (and I told the cashier this), and they said it did. So, I ordered another item on the board that didn’t have onions in the descriptor. When the item came out, it had red onions on top. Thankfully, I was able to pick them off but it was frustrating that I communicated my inability to eat something and staff didn’t follow through in warning me or communicating with me that the item I chose had red onion on it.I appreciate all the vegan options here though, and the atmosphere is really cool! It was just the food experience that bummed me out a bit.

Its a quaint place and the hot food is tasty. They have quality vegan and vegetarian options. Downside...imo its priced like a convenience store for their snacks, a significant markup.

Stop here every week for coffee and a sweet treat. Good stuff for lunch too. Nice outdoor seating and a little inside too. Nice staff.

Love coming down here to grab a quick lunch or coffee! The salads are phenomenal and they always have great veg options. Side note: the dressings are surprisingly tasty and wonderful. Glad to have it in the neighborhood :)

I stop by every day for lunch and I can say the rotation that have of food is really amazing. Lots of variety and great flavor. In particular I love their savory pockets and soups, and their great selection of beer (that I dont get because Im working ☹️) . Plus, the staff is really friendly and nice. It will always be my work lunch place.

Their food is delicious; theres a wide selection of options that really do cater to any kind of food specialty I can think of. Owned by the same owner as the Top, so this is the same quality of food in a bodega setting. Pro tip: breakfast sandwiches and pastries are half off in the afternoons.

This place has the best bottle openers staff is very nice and have great stuff for a great prices.

Great place for lunch. It quiet, quick. The premade sandwiches and salads are awesome, and many to choose from. They even have a small kitchen at this location. They also have a nice small selection of craft beer.

Sometimes, Pop a top at Depot park really works, nice atmosphere, good food and beautiful veiws. However, they often are closed for no reason (weather, cleaning, etc.) They are the only option in the depot park area for food, and having to trek over there only to find it is closed is a horrible experience.

Friendly staff. Cozy environment. Excellent food selection. Daily specials and sales.

Always the best food and chill fun at the park.
